First the prices and customer service of the plumber guy is top notch! They got a service tech out the same day to fix my issue and was very professionalThe ball valve at the main line out front was also in need of repair and could not fix it due to the rain and needing to soder the materialsThe company Squeezed me in the next day in between jobsWill turn to the plumber guy for all plumbing needs!

Water heater located in garage gushing out water from top of unit The Plumber Guy response was about to minutes on an early Friday morning There had been no previous indication of a pending problem with the heater
The Plumber Guys appeared within minutes My water heater was about years old and was determined to need replacement I agreed My questions had been satisfactorily answered and the men were courteous and professional
They quickly removed and took the broken appliance away and within a very short period of time returned with the new replacement and installed it within minutes (or so it seemed)
Their appearance was neat and clean and they left the work and installation area clean and free of work related material
Also, I believe the charge for was reasonable considering extra trip to pick up and install the new unit and dispose of the old
I certainly recommend The Plumber Guy and will contact again should I need plumbing services in the future

I called three plumbers in the west valley to remedy the water leak from the on/off handle in the bathtub The Plumber Guy replied right away (I never heard from the other two plumbing companies) Junior came out the same evening and identified the location of the leak and found that the installation, frame and wall was dampen by the leak He recommended a restoration company to evaluate the situation He made sure the water didn't leak while the walls were drying Junior came back out a couple days later and replace the damaged pipes My guest bathroom is up and running again, I'm a happy customer Junior was professional, informative and made sure I understood the problem I didn't give the Plumber Guy a "star" because there is no way of knowing if their work will last years

Anthony Gagnon was friendly, hard working, and professional He arrived on time and explained the options to me Once I decided to replace the entire sprinkler system back flow, shut off valves and faucet; we worked out a mutually agreed on priceOne day later there are no leaks, the old eye sore is gone, and the new system has improved our water pressure throughout the home as well Most importantly, this young man knows how to communicate and is a pleasure to have in your home Thanks Anthony!

Bryan did a good job He changed a couple of bathroom faucets for me It was kept clean The only problem was the cost I thought it was way too high, other than that, he was very professional and very pleasant
