Sometimes you just get lucky Every member of the Plumber Guy staff acted professionally and provided timely information and solid advice The technician who performed the on-site repair (Junior) was friendly, extremely competent, and patiently answered every one of my questions--even those unrelated to the immediate issue Plumber Guy and Junior are now my "go-to" plumbers
