Dear Mr*** *** (of Round Rock, TX) -You recently brought your vehicle to us for diagnosis of a check engine light concernAfter pulling your vehicle into the shop, our technician hooked your vehicle up to the GM approved diagnostic tool and was able to determine the source for the warning

This vehicle has been in for repairs of various failing components of the air conditioning system six times over a two yearsOur company has made a very generous offer for a complete air conditioning system disassembly and reassembly to diagnose the condition AT NO CHARGEOnly repairs found
necessary would be requested for paymentThe disassembly and reassembly includes removing the dashboard will be at least ten hours of labor timeOur guest has declined this offer at this timeWe are not able to make any additional concessions at this timeFor any further issues, please contact *** ***, Service Manager at *** We are closing our case on this complaint and will not be making additional payments or concessions for repairs requested
