In the last 5-6 weeks I've ordered 3 shirts, a jacket and a pair of shoes, not to mention the items I've ordered for other family members in other states. Each and every ordered was processed and all orders were received within 5 days and we live on the other side of the country. Also, ALL items were in the orders, the quality of the items actually was much, much better than what I expected. I've been pleased with the products I've ordered and the timelines in which they arrived to their destinations.

Have yet to receive my t shirt that I ordered months ago. No reply from customer service yet and can't track my order despite a follow up email that I could.

My son ordered a hoodie in March they contacted him stating the payment is still pending from their end due to a billing address or credit card address issue. They asked for a screenshot where the bank processed the $65.00 payment. The bank did process the payment 3/20/19 and I submitted a copy of the bank transaction as they asked. I've had no response from them and still have not received the hoodie. He would really like the hoodie he paid for or at least a refund if it can't be sent. I have emailed them almost daily and I have not received any response!!

First off, big baller brand is very good and provides great service if it wasn't for them I wouldn't shop at big baller brands site

I ordered three tee shirts and they were never shipped to me. Order placed was on March 26th and it’s now April 8th, and have not heard a word about my package. Order #***.

I ordered 2 Jackets during the Spring cleaning sale everything was pretty much 40% off my 2 jackets were supposed to come within 7-10 days but it actually came within 3 days from when I ordered it, they both fit well and I rocked it to a hornets bs 76ers game and received many compliments about my jacket #Revdex.com I hope y’all can settle all the drama that’s going on with the brand because y’all have my support 100%

Every review above one stars is clearly an employee making up fake names. At least the atrocious business practices of this fraudulent company have become slightly clearer in recent days. Owners fleecing the bank account and illegally transferring money to personal accounts or more blatantly stealing it “without a trace” provide some degree of explanation as to why they take your money immediately and sometimes, if ever, send you the product you paid for. Although it’s much more likely you will receive an entirely different product to the one you ordered and many many months late without even the slightest semblance of customer service updates. If you do receive a response to your undoubted repeated requests for information, it’s sure to be nothing but bold faced lie; either claiming “it’s in the mail”, “here’s a made up tracking number”, and more of the same. More likely, all attempts to make contact will go entirely unanswered. Clearly with the company coffers being consistently emptied in such illegal fashion, vendors supplying the products have long gone unpaid and thus refused delivery of any previously made products, or refused contracts to continue supplying Revdex.com. Hence why it would be prudent for all to steer very clear of this business which places it’s highest and only priority on robbing *** (its customers) to pay Paul (thieving/felon owner).
Hopefully this company will shutter it’s doors permanently in the very near future and save any potential future victims any undue stress and financial loss. Shame on you Big Baller Brand. You are truly a disgrace.

Ordered a couple shirts on 10/17/2018 and never got them. They were a Christmas gift for my son. I have sent emails on 11/4/18, 11/21/18, 11/29/18, 12/6/18, 12/17/18, 12/23/18, 1/2/19, 1/12/19, 1/21/19, 2/3/19, 2/10/19, 2/18/19, 2/25/19, 3/1/19, 3/13/19 and 3/20/19 and have never got a response or the products I paid for and they took my money for. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone there. BUYER BEWARE

Waste of time and money, it gets delivered 7 months later and wrong size.

I have ordered from Big Baller Brand multiple times and never had a negative experience. I accidentally put the wrong address on one order and it was undeliverable and got lost in the system, but I emailed Revdex.com and they replied in less than a day and overnight shipped me a replacement. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

Have ordered hoodies and shirts multiple times and have received them on time every time. Not sure what everyone else has been experiencing, but my purchases have gone great! Would buy again.

Ordered two hoodies late November and paid for 7-10 day shipping. It is now January 15 and I still have not received anything and have not gotten a reply in quite some time. USPS says it’s created a shipping label but has not even received anything to ship out. This was supposed to be a birthday present and I was supposed to get it on time. I am very upset and would like to know where my things are or I would like a refund. It’s getting ridiculous

EXCELLENT customer service. My son’s hoodie was lost in shipping....and they sent a replacement immediately!
