On 2-**-I placed an order for **" blown straight clip in extensionsWhen I placed my order a message on the site said my product would ship on 2-**-On 2-**-I still had not received my shipping information, so I emailed Big Chop hair to inquire about the status of my orderOn 2-**-I got a reply stating that "due to unforeseen circumstances " my hair would not ship until the end of the week, which would have been 2-**-On 2-**-I emailed Big Chop Hair again to inquire about my order, Since I still had not gotten shipping informationAt that time I was told that They were having a "quality" issue with the hair, but shipping would resume Thursday, 3-*-15, and I would have my product Monday or Tuesday of the following weekOn 3-*-I emailed Big Chop Hair yet again to ask about my order because I still had not received my shipping informationI got no response, so I went to her Instagram page and left a commentShe then blocked me from her InstagramWhile on her page I noticed she had a phone number in her Bio, so I text that number to get answers and complain about the lack of customer serviceAfter a brief back and forth where she would admit no wrong doing or even apologize for the poor communication, I was issued a full refund

I asked for a refund. I received an email from City Samuels [email protected].
They gave me the address to send back the clip ins. I sent them and they received them and have not heard a word back from them. I paid $130 and they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I've been emailing and sending messages through Facebook Messenger and no response. I found a phone number registered to Roger Samuels (347)309-2876 and someone answered and said she didn't know where City was.

My experience with @bigchophair just keeps getting more and more janky smh I jus wanted to make a returnWhy must I have to contact you on different mediums for a response? That's called HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThen you call the number and the poor girl don't know *** thts going on via email or online n can never answer questionsBless her heart smh Their customer service is janky, 80% of the hair melted & wouldn't go past a #color even after they assured me it could if you do it safelyTHEN you have to chase them down for any type of responseI'm just ready to get the rest of me#y refund so that I can go about my business and never have to work with this hair company again manI just wanted some clip ins and now I'm stuck with a headacheSmhI'm so disappointed that #bigchophair didn't live up to all the hypeSmh

I ordered flat iron straight clip ins on July 31, 2018. It is August 16th and I still haven’t received my order from them. I emailed and no one responded. I called and sent a text and received no response. I even left a comment on their IG page and no one responded. I contacted paypal and hopefully I can get my money back. Black people want us to support other black businesses but no one keeps black business accountable shen they give you poor quality services after they took your money.

After purchasing 2 sets of Corkscrew Curl Clip-Ins ( 16 and 18 inch), I was very excited to receive my order because I'd read/seen so many good reviews. I received the package in a timely manner. When I received the package, it had clearly been ripped open, and the 16 inch clip-ins were missing. Thankfully, I used [redacted] and immediately started a claims process. I also started a claims process with USPS just in case [redacted] didn't work out the way I expected it to. After I filed the [redacted] claim, I received an e-mail from the seller that was very rude. She asked why I filed a claim. She then asked for photos of the ripped packaging, and also for my phone number. I never received a phone call or a response back from her. About 9 days had passed without me hearing from her again. [redacted] was waiting on her response to the claim. I then escalated the claim to a dispute. I finally received an offer of a $125 refund from the seller to replace the missing product. $125 was not enough. I was owed $140. So, I denied the offer and was told To wait to hear her response. 4 more days went by with no response, so I was instructed by [redacted] to ship the hair back to the seller for a full refund. I e-mailed the seller one last time to ask for her to offer me the $140 because I really was afraid to ship the hair again. She responded saying that she doesn't know how to make the offer again. I told her that [redacted] would allow it if she just contacted them. I never heard back from her. I shipped the hair and waited for her to tell [redacted] that she received the package so that they could issue me a refund. 2 days passed with no response. I am lucky that [redacted] decided to refund me the money because she had been unresponsive. The worst part about all of this is that she insured the original package for $500 and didn't want to refund me. There's no way this wasn't planned from the beginning.

I expresssed my concern that the hair I bought is too thick and does not look natural and would like to return. Their customer service would not respond to me. So I contact someone from their Instagram who then began to ignore me as well. Poor customer service. Out $300 for terrible hair

Review: I purchased wholesale human hair and ended up with a rash around my hairline. I contacted the company and explained the issue. Big Chop Hair agreed to send me a new batch of hair, and for me to return the old hair that I purchased. I did so and contacted the company informing them of my actions. Several weeks went by with my not hearing anything from Big Chop Hair. I sent several emails, voicemails, phone calls, and even messages via social media which were all ignored. Now I am out of hair along with the money that I spent on the purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the amount of money I spent which is $323.50. Thank you.

Review: I HAVE NO PRODUCTI sent an email on 2/*/16 in regards to 18' corkscrew curl wig. The wig was extremely damaged, dry, matted, tangled after ONE week. This can not be real hair as the owner has advertised. The seller gave me a name and address [redacted]. She told me to send my wig back and she will replace the wig and ship it back out to me (stated 2/** at 11:35)pm. [redacted] tracking stated item received and so did the seller. 6 weeks has passed and I have not received my wig. on 3/*/16 owner stated that my wig is currently being made. On 3/*/16, Owner States that I will have wig by end of the week. Today I still have no wig, no tracking, and the owner is not responding to my calls or emails. She has blocked me from her site. I HAVE NO PRODUCT. But she has my money. Please refund my money.I HAVE NO PRODUCTI HAVE NO PRODUCTDesired Settlement: Full refund $283.00
