Big Chop Hair

Review: I ordered hair and was never sent a confirmation that the payment was processed or a delivery tracking number. The hair was attempted to be delivered while I was away on a business trip and I had no idea it was even being delivered. I emailed the company once I got a botice from USPS that the package had been sent back because no one came to claim it. They said they would resend the package and I even offered to pay for redelivery. After two months, I still hadn't received the package and my calls and emails were going unreturned. I finally heard back from the company saying the package had been reshipped that day but, alas, it's two weeks later and still nothing arrived and again no tracking number was provided from the company. I have asked for a refund but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I hope to be refunded the $110 I paid since the event I planned on using the hair for has since passed.
