do not buy from this company - I fell for the scam and bought something from them over the christmas holiday that they had listed on their site they would only take amazon gift cards, bitcoin, or other non-credit card ways to pay and I fell for the scam and bought with them they promised shipping of my daughters #present would be within 3-days Cut to two weeks later and nothing Their customer service number is fake and so is the shipping site they use to track your order What a shame to be tricked during the holidays for $ I should have known better when it wouldn't take my credit card let this be a lesson to anyone smart enough to search out customer reviews on this site first (which I did not) p.s - if it ever does arrive, I will update and remove this review

I purchased items for Christmas presents online with this business on December 10, They sent me a site to track the package and by December 22, 2018, I realized that my package was not going to arrive before ChristmasAfter having several conversations via email with the business they assured me I would receive it but it had been delayedNext thing I knew the tracking site showed it having arrived at my towns post office and scheduled for delivery on January 3, Then on January 4th it stated that they had delivered it that day at 5:pm but I had not received itAfter that I did not receive any more communication from the business I went to my local Post Office on January 5, and spoke with the branch manager thereHe said the tracking number did not start with the same letter prefix that the Post Office uses and that their delivery people had finished their routes and were back at the Post Office by 3:pm on January 4thSo there was no way the Post Office

These people are scammers-They stole $from me and attempted to charge on my credit cards,, Cant wait until they are behind bars!!!!!!

On 11/26/I ordered Holiday Time LED Lite Lock MChristmas Lights Warm White, Count × from Big Deals MallOn the 27th I received an email saying that they were shipped by UPST Post and providing a tracking numberI followed the slow progress of my parcel for the next weeks and on December the tracking says that it was deliveredIt was NOT deliveredWe were home all day and there was no deliveryI have tried to call UPST Post, but their phone number doesn't workI tried to call Big Deals Mall bt only get a busy signalI have emailed both BDM and UPST Post multiple time with no response I could not find UPST Post as a listed business at the Revdex.comAs I can find no physical address on their website, I did not add them As a side note, shortly after this order, my credit card was compromised and I had to cancel and have it reissued

This company's website sole purpose is to steal credit card informationWhen you try to purchase from them after entering in all your card information you are told you card has been declinedI tried two of my cards and a few day later they both had fraudulent charges on themAfter the two different cards were declined I used PayPal to complete the transaction and never received the item or got any reply to my inquiries

This business is a fraudulent business They list items for sale and when you attempt to check out they "decline" your credit card Once you use an alternative form of payment (PayPal for me) they send you fake tracking information via a shell company and a few days later attempt to run your credit card to make online purchases I had to cancel the credit card and dispute the charges and will be engaging PayPal to reclaim the funds

On October 18, I purchased an item on bigdealsmall.com for $Order #***After not receiving the item after one week, I notified Big Deals Mall via email inquiring about my item on October 26, I received a response on the same day indicating that they had contacted the UPN carrier and that there will be a "minor delay" and that if I don't receive the item within days, they will ship the item again via Express Mail I emailed them again on October 31st and again they informed me that the item was shipped outI emailed them again on November 5th and this time I never got a responseOn November 14th I checked the tracking link that was provided and it indicated that the item was delivered on November 8th, however it was notI never received it My last email was on November 14th with again no response

I purchased on 11/through Bigdealsmall.com BLow mold Wisemen for $69; order # My credit card was initially declined; and was advised I could use an Amazon gift card; so I purchased a gift card and applied that $towards that purchase I was advised it was shipped on 12/tracking # *** and still did not receive the item The "company" emailed that there was a delay; and should be delivered shortly; but I was never able to track the item Since 12/I have tried to contact them again; and email comes back undeliverable and site says it can not be reached I am a senior citizen on a budget and was donating this item to the town park's lights for Christmas and would like a total refund Thank you Vicki
