This is a scamBought phones and other items from this websites- bigdealsmall.comLooks like items on this site are just screen shots/duplicates of walmart.comThe tracking is fakeI've been tracking thru this upncarrier.com, shows package moves, now shows the package is delivered but it's notI also lost my Walmart gift card on another transaction

My order #*** placed and fulfilled on Sept 20th was supposedly delivered by Big Deals Mall's carrier, UPN I never received the merchandise ($worth of products paid for by an Amazon Gift Card) When I tried to call their carrier, UPN, the phone number shown on UPN's website is not a working number When I try to call Big Deals Mall at ###-###-####, the number listed on their website, it is always busy I have sent emails to customer service, and have been promised that they would (1) look into where my order is, (2) check with UPN to find out where it was delivered, and (3) will re-send the merchandise to me via another express carrier I have not received any satisfaction in any way nor have I gotten the merchandise I paid for They seem to be a legitimate business online but I am doubting it now

I ordered product in the very early part of December I have tried to call this company and every time I do it’s always a busy signalI have emailed them a number of times and never get a reply backI have never received my product but yet they kept my moneyI cannot have them put it back on the debit card that was used because I had to get a new one because Ever since I ordered from them I’ve had people try to hack my account and use it for other products else where.I would like a refund of my money if possibleThey can send a cashiers check

These people are scammers-They stole $from me and attempted to charge on my credit cards,,
Cant wait until they are behind bars!!!!!!

do not buy from this company - I fell for the scam and bought something from them over the christmas holiday that they had listed on their site they would only take amazon gift cards, bitcoin, or other non-credit card ways to pay and I fell for the scam and bought with them they promised shipping of my daughters #present would be within 3-days Cut to two weeks later and nothing Their customer service number is fake and so is the shipping site they use to track your order What a shame to be tricked during the holidays for $ I should have known better when it wouldn't take my credit card
let this be a lesson to anyone smart enough to search out customer reviews on this site first (which I did not)

I ordered jars (Ounce) of Peter Pan Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Spread for $ The order number was # They claimed they had the items in stock and would ship it They gave me a tracking number of *** and said they shipped it using UPN Carrier I placed the order on 9/5/and tracked it for the entire month of September Finally, on-line tracking said it was delivered on 9/27/ This of course is a lie I never received the package I tried to call the company that I ordered the product from but their number doesn't work I tried to call the shipping company but their number doesn't work I emailed both companies three times each and never received a reply I believe I have been scammed

I believe this is a phishing websiteI put my credit card information in to buy a toy and it told me my card did not go throughI ignorantly thought it was the card, so I entered a different credit card's information inIt told me the same messageIt was then that I realized I probably had made a bad decisiona few days later I had fraudulent charges on both credit cardsObviously not a coincidenceHonestly when searching the item online it was one of the top "hits" so it immediately made me think the website was legitimateAlso, when I went to check out, there was that green lock symbol in the search bar which I thought was to allow a computer user to decide if a website was secure

In the later end of Nov, I purchased an item on bigdealsmall.com for $ After not receiving the item after one week, I notified Big Deals Mall via email inquiring about my item I did not receive a response back from them I began tracking the item via the hot link they supplied The item apparently moved around from one location to the next on the East Coast for a month, finally coming to rest in my local post office The tracking info then indicated that it had been delivered However I never received it and my local post office has no record of it This appears to be a scam by way of the post office and therefore should be a federal crime

I ordered coffee online from this companyMy credits cards were declined I received an email that they only accept paypal or bit coinI told them I only use major credit cards
days later the fraud dept of my Mastercard notified me that two online charges were made to my credit card for $& $
I went on the buydeals online website & their site was removed

after trying to make a purchase and entering my credit card informationMy cards were declinedI know these cards were validAfter a couple of days and receiving a couple of email alleging to be the customer serviceI had fraud alerts from of my credit cards I attempted to use to pay for a product from the siteI have gone through some hassle getting the credit cards situatedI had to verify information and wait to receive new credit cardsThis site if I type it in I am now redirected to buydealsmall.com instead of bigdealsmall.com

I resell items on ebay and I found in google about their site!It seens reallu authentic and I bought some items from them and paid via walmart gift card!they sent me tracking number and all the things but I my customers never received their items!!This site is fake!Please help me to receive my money back

I purchased items for Christmas presents online with this business on December 10, They sent me a site to track the package and by December 22, 2018, I realized that my package was not going to arrive before ChristmasAfter having several conversations via email with the business they assured me I would receive it but it had been delayedNext thing I knew the tracking site showed it having arrived at my towns post office and scheduled for delivery on January 3, Then on January 4th it stated that they had delivered it that day at 5:pm but I had not received itAfter that I did not receive any more communication from the business
I went to my local Post Office on January 5, and spoke with the branch manager thereHe said the tracking number did not start with the same letter prefix that the Post Office uses and that their delivery people had finished their routes and were back at the Post Office by 3:pm on January 4thSo there was no way the Post Office

The site scammed me out of $USD paid via the seller requested method of payment via amazon giftcardmwhich I purchased for the purpose of fulfilling y order online with best deals mallThe item never arrived and my customer on amazon has filed a claim against me now requiring me also to compensate my customer a full refund

I made a purchase in September 2018, purchase order #***, the confirmation provided a UPN Carrier tracking # *** departing a location in Moutainside J on September 19, at 5:am the final entries showd processed at UPN Sort Facility New Lenox, IL on October 6, at 6:am, Delivery on October at 4:am Needless to say it was not delivered This purchase was made with a Walmart gift card which currently has a balance Walmart has no record or responsibility for thisI have made several attmepts to email the service department to no avail

My product was never received and both of my credit cards use to purchase the product have had fraudulent charges on them

I tried to place an order on bigdealsmall.com and it said my card was declinedI then looked up the company and saw several similar complaints about them stealing credit card info and making fraudulent chargesI promptly froze my credit card and days later, there were fraud charges attempted I had to change my card Why can't the website be shut down after complaints?

I order skin products from the above, never received my orderThe weird thing was that before I put in my order I did googled and found a page about them, and it was good I do feel that they can see Your activities through you computer, tablet, etc
At first I tried to pay by my credit card, and it I was rejected I had to buy amazon gift card for my productsThen they sent me email on December 12, saying that my item had been shippedOn December 13, I got alert from my credit card company and was able to stop the process cause I didn't understand what happened Now I do
It's a lesson for me and it cost me $ They have a page on the face book and instagram, however the comments are in foreign language I don't understand How can we tell people about this place It's scam

On Dec11, I decided to buy my daughter a Christmas that was sold out everywhere, it was Grocery Mart by Melissa & Doug When I tried to complete transaction, it declined my debit card from my bank institution So I decided to try a major credit card, it was also declined I didn't proceed A day later I was contacted via email that my order was hold and wanted to know if I wanted to proceedI contacted them via email (which is easier for me since I'm at work) and explained the difficulty I was experiencing I suppose this is where I should have stopped altogether They informed that other forms of payment They sent me a link to purchase an Amazon gift card and use that, so I did Once I did, I was able to finalize my transaction I received an email of gratitude for using them, along with shipment and tracking information

I purchased tablecloths from this company way back in October I have contacted them numerous times I paid with a $amazon card because my card was "declined" Magically, my credit card was soon hacked I have never received the merchandise - which only cost $ I did not get any money back These guys are crooked and should be prosecuted by criminal authorities Obviously I cannot file since I live in Oklahoma Their phone number ###-###-#### is busy
