Greetings, This is Jon again with Big Fish Our Casino Lead, Tiara, had checked the June 3rd logs starting at 2:PM CST to 3:PM CST, the time given was 3:PM CST, which falls into that range Tiara checkedThe only win she was able to locate was a 330,chip win that occured at 3:CSTThere was no instance of a million chip jackpotWe did credit Ms [redacted] million chips for the inconvenience she experienced Connectivity issues can cause a delay between when our logs record the results of a spin and when a player's device recieves this informationThese issues can occur when the connection between a device and our server is weak or has been interruptedThis interruption can happen anywhere along the path that the information takes from our servers to a player's deviceEven if our servers running without issue, performance issues or disconnects can occur if the connection is either slow or has failedWe have no control over the connection Currently, all our support is done via emailWe simply are not set up to offer support over the phone at this timeWe recommend simply replying directly to the email sent on June 14th, (incident# [redacted] ) for continued assistance It appears that we have addressed all of Ms [redacted] 's previous concerns and have nothing further to add We do encourage them to contact us directly if he has any new issues to discussWe are more than happy to help Contact Us https://www.bigfishgames.com/help/?rn=ask
