The third Party that they gave my check to is there company they need to call them and let them know and this number is automated and you can't get a person to talk with. I will have no choice but to go public and let people know this is how Big Lot handle there personal information by giving it to third party.

We do frequently have an assortment of different models available in different locations. I would be happy to run a local search for the Keurig model series that this customer indicates she is interested in, however cannot guarantee the exact product, as that is not determined by the sku that we have, and again, the assortment will vary. Pricing is specific to the model in question. I am sorry if there was any confusion or frustration regarding the product saved at store level when this customer arrived to make her purchase. Please confirm the physical address of the store that is most convenient for this customer.
The current retail price for the 300 model series is $99.99, however if we can confirm product availability in a local store, I will be happy to gift this customer a discount, by adding a Reward offer to the registered Rewards account. associated with the customer's email address.

The local police department was brought to the Asheboro store and the fraud department was called and the representative said that they would not release the video to the police man for review. The police man was told that only an attorney was allowed to review the video. Why do I continue to get conflicting stories on how to get this matter handled?

WE are partly satisfied , Big lots did return the 2 recliners but nobody wants to own to returning the sofas, we quit making payments because nobody would help us get new or repair these, so we stopped payments and so we only paid a few payments. We just want what we paid in refunded and it removed from credit and we will be satisfied. But Big lots says [redacted] leasingand [redacted] leasing says big lots.

Sorry, it took so long to reply.  I am not on a computer daily.  I spoke to a Tara at Big Lots Customer Care Dept. (###-###-####) on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 at 10:09 a.m.who told me to complete forms and return.Tara told me to complete the top two (2) forms.(not information on medicare/release form)I was informed to wait on an examiner to contactme.  I also, told Tara - Big Lots can have thedamaged coat.  (It is of little use).Claim is still not settled.  Unable to locate a leatherjacket.  I will look on the internet.

The district manager is the one who told the local police department to contact the fraud investigator to get the video. The fraud investigator told the police department that only an attorney could gather the video. The district manager is not willing to help with this matter. She was the first person I came in contact with to get this matter resolved and she is a very rude person unwilling to help a customer. I can't imagine this time she will be of any help.

customer and may be used to speak to a manager on site, in a local store, to inquire if they are able to make any concessions and/or offer an on-site option.
Please note, Big Lots Stores offer a 30 day return time, and at the time the original email was sent both to us and the Revdex.com, 30 days from the date of the original purchase has lapsed. The manufacturer of the item in question, does offer a longer warranty period on this product, however we have been advised they typically do not cover any type of wind/storm damage, due to the fact that their guidelines for authorized use make note of the fact that the product is not intended for use during inclement weather. Owners are advised to take the product down during bad weather.
The contact information for the vendor, was provided in previous correspondence to the customer, but in the event it may be helpful at this juncture it is included below. The vendor may be able to work to provide necessary replacement parts. Any associated charges or shipping fees to receive these parts, would need to be addressed by the customer.

Good morning, Thank you for sharing this feedback. I apologize for any confusion. Unfortunately, just USING a debit card during a purchase, does not make that transaction a "debit" transaction. If a debit card is used for a purchase but the PIN number associated with the card is not entered at the...

time, then the transaction is coded as a credit transaction. The difference between these two is that a debit transaction at store level can be refunded as cash. A credit return transaction at store level sends the returned funds back to the original card. Any time a refund is applied to a credit/debit/bank card, the process can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to complete. Please note, this is not Big Lots policy, and is rather the industry standard, by which the financial institutions manage these transactions. Upon review, we find the original purchase made in the store  - as indicated, on 06/13. The return for the fan was transacted on 06/14. The funds associated with this return should be posted to the customer account within the following 3 - 5 business days from the date the return was run. In this instance, that means anywhere between 06/17 and 06/21, the customer should have visibility to the refunded monies, in her account. Please also note, this referenced purchase was, in fact run as a credit transaction, not a debit transaction, and as such, the monies associated with the return of the fan were placed back on the card that the customer used to make the purchase.
