** *** had no money to pay on time we wait for him one week in florida to unload and we did not say anything we did not charge him any extra money He was very happy, He is the one said go back to NJ and come back after or dayswe refused to do that we wait one week and we did unload

To whom it may concern Diane told the customer we do not deliver to *** we have no problem to pick up your job and to send it with a who does to to *** but it takes business dayes he did not agree every moving co. second he did not tell us we have to move a boat
this is daxel hazard we cannot move the boat and the equipment belong to the boat, he did not tell us about the boxes beside the furniture,he was not telling us the truth what he has.Sorry that's why we did not do his job.Thank you ***

They arrived on time and called to let me know that they were outsideThey were very thorough in wrapping my things and stacking them in the truckVery quick and didn't waste any time in getting my move done

We contracted Big Sam on June 1st to move our things from *** to *** on July 1st, A week before they were scheduled to arrive, we confirmed, and they sent us an email and a voicemail confirming the service, but asked us if they could arrive on the 3rd at a.mfor traffic purposesAt 10:30, we called to confirm that they were on their way, and the secretary, Diane, who we'd spoken to previously, tried to tell us that not only do they not ship to ***, they don't give quotes to people in ***Upon pressing, several calls later, she admitted that she had made a mistake and told us her boss would call usAn hour and a half later, he still had not called us, though Diane said she would have somebody out by p.mand apologized
At p.mwe received a call from the mover telling us he was busy and asking if we could reschedule to the 4thWe declined and he agreed to come at p.mon the 3rdHe also told us that it would take business days to reach

I don't know where to begin! I was referred to them by a friend of mineI needed to move the heavier pieces from my apartment to my storage unitThey didn't even bother to wrap my flatscreen tvs, but charged me to wrap my dresser and a large box to put miscellaneous items that I had A lady who was watching said your tv is gonna break with the way they were handling itMy stuff have been sitting in storage since July 15, I moved everything out on August so everything was sitting in there for about a good month
I moved it out which my mother's boyfriend handled my tv with care and even wrapped it gently and neatlyCome to find out when the cable guy came to restore my services as me if I knew my tv was damagedOf course I didn't cause it was in storage! I called Big Sam and got the runaround that Mike was going to call me which he never didI had to call back today and Diane gave me his numberSo I called Mike and of course he was an extreme jerk! He didn't want to

I hired them for my Bedroom move and I would say it was the best decision made to trust Big Sam Moving CoThey came before time and wrapped furniture, mattress, etc taking good care of thingsMove was within the City and Mike was very courteous and helpful throughout the timeHad a good experienceInitially it was hrs of work but came out to be double the time due to unavailability of Service Elevator at the new locationThey unpacked, assembled the furniture and did a good jobI would recommend themMake sure you get in touch with them and follow up from your end

This is my second time hiring moversThese guys were very courteous, strong & professionalI was particularly impressed with the care they gave to my home and my belongingsUnlike my last moversRecommended a lot

They were greatThey made the move easy and effortless and went above and beyond as far as I am concernedThey were available last minute and got the job done in under hoursGreat job, guys!

resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sam knows that he is not telling the truth my furniture was promised for Sept 3rd and I have it on paper. He needs to send the 300. dollars. What kind of a company that the customer must find their own people to unload  a truck after $ 4000. 00 dollars have been paid in cash. NEVER AGAIN. The person who recommended him is highly embarrassed.

I am rejecting this response because:  I gave them a deposit of 800$. I spoke to [redacted](partner) who said it would be ok to give them a money order when they delivered my furniture. [redacted] and Diana, only complained about the balance of the money after they did not make the appointment to deliver. I also spoke with [redacted] several times about delivery times and dates. He 1st told me the 18ththen called me and said he will be there on the 19th. After missing the 19th he said he would be there first thing on the 26.  I reiterated to [redacted] that my complex is very strict on deliveries.  He told me "Don't worry about it, its fine"  His Driver will call me on Sunday! Monday morning came around no phone call no truck.  I called [redacted], he said Igor didn't call you?? Come to find out Igor left Sunday night around 8 or 9 pm.  I got a call from Igor Tuesday morning at 9:30 saying he is in Orlando and won't be able to make it until 4:30. This is the time it turned ugly.  [redacted] was saying the complex was being unreasonable, he has never heard such a thing.  [redacted] and Diana started to harass the management company. They gave me several options 1st the could put my stuff in Storage and I would have to pay additional movers to bring it to my apartment(they would reimburse me 200) or they where going to take my stuff back to NJ and not sure when they would be able to come back.1st,  My job was paying for the move ([redacted]2nd, They quoted me 1600$ because it was almost a identical move from before but added a additional table. I thought this was fair since the unloaded and reloaded.3rd,  I would not be so disturbed if they hadn't cancelled 4 times. I missed 2 days of work as well.

I am rejecting this response because:Diane did not tell me they did not do jobs in [redacted]. Diane actually told me they did, sent me a quote with the [redacted] address on it, and confirmed multiple times. I have a voicemail, email, and quote confirming this. She only claimed they did not do jobs in [redacted] after they did not show up as promised. I did not have a boat to be moved, I had a kayak, which I told Diane about multiple times. The boxes I had were small boxes and would have fit in the cubic footage alloted, if it didn't I was told I would have to pay more which I agreed to. What I didn't agree to was after the appointment was  rescheduled when the didn't show up as promised, the driver called and asked for half cash up front, and then tried to negotiate on how much cash I would give him up front when I told him no. I did not  feel comfortable doing this as Diane had told me I wouldn't have to give cash up front and they had already been misleading. I also requested that the contract said 15 days as that is what Diane had promised me multiple times. The driver who called me also said he didn't feel comfortable doing the job because I couldn't give him cash up front and because I requested the contract state what was originally promised. I can provide a copy of the quote to [redacted] if needed. To give me a quote to [redacted] , confirm a month in advance, then confirm again a few days before, but then not show up and claim they don't go to [redacted] is ridiculous and deceptive.

Hi The Job was much more furniture and Items,They did not say what exactly have it took us more time to load and unload and wrap the furnitureI will return $50.00 back to them. Thank you [redacted]
