On 11-23-the vehicle is in for service with the advisor [redacted] *** The service department has looked into the warranty with Hyundai The warranty is for the original owner and until 100,miles The sales department tried to work a deal for trading in this vehicle but there is too much negative equity to make a deal At time of purchase there was an opportunity to purchase an extended warranty [redacted] will make a call to [redacted] today

Revdex.com:they did not send any letter to my address as they said they did and it You’re supposed to be certified mail within days so [redacted] Ive and prove to me that you send it certified because you also told me that you mailed it on the 31st which I still haven’t received so you join our Sullivan are a bunch of liars I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We are mutually disappointed by the outcome of this transaction However, the claims put forth in this complaint are without merit Indeed, John L Sullivan Chevrolet did everything within its power to facilitate a reasonable and positive conclusion for Mr [redacted] .First, there is no so-called 'spot delivery scam' Rather, California vehicle contracts include provisions for vehicle delivery pending subsequent loan approval by the lender Sadly, Mr [redacted] did not receive the desired approval from the involved lending institutions.Second, there is extensive documentation outlining the processes and communications involving this transaction The '10-Day letter' was sent on January - clearly within the 10-day limit following the vehicle delivery on January And there were multiple attempts to secure credit worthy co-applicants and/or sufficient down payment to satisfy potential lenders Indeed, John L Sullivan Chevrolet went so far as to allow Mr [redacted] to continue driving the vehicle he had selected as financing alternatives were further pursued The vehicle was not returned by Mr [redacted] until February, 2018.Quite simply, Mr [redacted] did not qualify for the requested loan on the vehicle he'd selectedFurther, Mr [redacted] was unable to produce adequate down payment and/or sufficiently credit worthy co-signer(s) to satisfy lender requirements Ultimately, John L Sullivan was left with no alternative but to 'unwind' the vehicle transaction, requiring Mr [redacted] to return the vehicle to the dealershipNaturally, we continue to wish Mr [redacted] nothing but the best

Dear MrGuerrero let me be very clearRobert Devenecia Sales Manager call me in time to trade in carDay policy were I could not trad my car inNot toled verbally, not on contractCredit: Run My credit timeCancellation: Protective and Express Autogap [redacted] Thay said this would go on my payment it did not went on to my principleI was finance for a $24,car my credit was goodMessage rfom business This message from John L Sulllivan Chevrolet This response could not be further from the truthI will take a Lrie Test, Will thay

I would like for the business to stop towing the car to my house and stop calling because I don't want the car

I have reached out to [redacted] on 8/21/and discussed the concerns she is having with the a/c After our discussion she is satisfied we are going to look further into her complaint and the issue she is having with the vehicle as well as the extended warranty she purchased in finance I will contact her on Monday after further investigation

I am rejecting this response because:at the time of dropping off my vehicle I requested a full diagnostic of my vehicle my original estimate was for thermostat oil change and filter and $for diagnostic when I was called by [redacted] and told what the problem was from them diagnosing my vehicle I told them to do the work now they're saying they did not do a diagnostic of my vehicle and I have it in writing that I wanted it doneI was informed that the $that was in the original estimate for full diagnosis of my vehicle would be applied to the work being done if I had it done by themI am requesting a hard copy of original work order with notes from [redacted] and the mechanic they say they don't have hard copies

I am rejecting this response because: the door did not malfunction with a missing screw nor with wiring issuesYes it was repaired at ** at no charge but their was still cost associated with that, I had to take off work and use time and energy to deal with an issue that should have not occuredThe dealer is trying to put responsibility for the problem on meIf they could take the car I would love to give it back and shop else where but I know it's not an optionI should be reimbused something for their lack of They need to be held liable for selling me a vehicle that had an inoperable door without disclosing the information to me

Once again, we certainly sympathize with the customer and share his frustration with the time frame required to acquire this requested refund The resounding issue at hand is the third party, the vendor asked to supply the refund Ultimately, if they do not receive an adequate cancellation - due to loss in transit, legibility, missing signatures, or any other reason they unilaterally deem essential - the refund may not progress Thus, additional cancellation requests may occasionally become necessary, as in this instance And even once the cancellation is received and accepted, the process of supplying a refund to the lender is rather slow, indeed While we are sympathetic to the concerns of the customer, the funds ultimately come from the vendor - rather than from the dealership And we are both restricted by the vendor's administrative processes and procedures.Again, we sympathize with the customer We are afforded little option but to wait in unison for this refund process to complete from the associated third party

complaint # [redacted] [redacted] states that he was told his cost for an oil change and blade sharpening would be $ Perhaps he misunderstood but our seasonal special rate for this work is $ Everyone here quotes that price for anyone that asks Any parts that need replacing are extra and pick up and delivery back are extra ***, the owner of Chainsaws Unlimited talked to [redacted] before his tractor was delivered back He explained the bill and the fact that it was not running when we picked it up It had to be pushed on the truck when we picked it up He also explained that the blades were worn out and couldn't be sharpened safely, so we replaced them The extra work was required to make the tractor run We had thought he was ok with the work done as he told [redacted] he would send a check so we returned the tractor to him in good faith that he would send a check We have sent several requests for payment and received no response or phone call from [redacted] We can remove the labor charge for the additional work which amounts to $plus the taxWe can also remove the charge of plus tax for the fuel stabilizer because it was well within the special offer expiration datesWe cannot remove the pick up and delivery charge as he requested the pickup As to the mower blades; does he wish to return the new ones to us and we can give him his old ones back not sharpened? We cannot sharpen worn out blades as that causes a liability for us should someone get hurtPlease let us know if this acceptable and we can send a revised bill

I am rejecting this response because:they never sent letter like they say the did Fasley sent a letter to the Revdex.com showing that they said it which they never did still have a received a letter that they say they sent their supposed to send it certified signature requested and they took my car to auction luckily didn't get sold when the contract wasn't even approved

We appreciate the time Mr [redacted] has invested to inform us of his frustrations After all, it is only from feedback that we may identify opportunities for improvement We will thoroughly review internal processes and procedures to avoid any similar frustrations for future guests.Meanwhile, our finance team has indicated that the down payment has since been received from Mr [redacted] , and that the contract has been funded with the lender. We sincerely hope that Mr [redacted] enjoys his vehicle And we appreciate the opportunity to improve our processes going forward

At John L Sullivan Chevrolet, we are greatly concerned when any guest is other than thrilled with the experience received at our dealership So naturally, we approach this feedback with great interest and concern. The process of refunding contracted services may be quite slow, as it turns out to be in this specific instance The vendor providing the dent repair coverage specified for [redacted] received the cancellation submission on January From the time of submission, it may take up to days for the credit to be received by the lender from that particular vendor Mr [redacted] may expect to receive the applicable refund in this timeframe. We continue to be concerned that Mr [redacted] is anything other than thrilled with the service he has received And, we hope he enjoys his vehicle for years to come

The financial agreement with the lender has indeed been completed successfully However, the dealership is still attempting to collect the down payment due for the transaction To date, the customer has not paid the agreed upon down payment in full As a result, our Finance Department has been attempting to collect this owed sum, as the customer originally agreed to pay These collection attempts are not at all a form of harassment, but rather an attempt to finalize an owed debt

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at *** * *** Chevrolet. In that spirit, we have assisted Mr*** in every way possible In addition, we informed him that General Motors has avenues to assist customers when they aren’t satisfied with the answers provided by GM
dealershipsWe have spoken with this customer on multiple occasionsAnd we have assisted him with a few concerns, following his purchase Additionally, our service records indicate that this vehicle was diagnosed at our Service Department on January regarding the brake concernIt was recommended that the vacuum pump be replaced under warrantyThis action was completed as indicatedIn an effort to resolve his dissatisfaction with this vehicle, we offered Mr*** the full purchase price he had paid as a travalue - almost a full year after his initial transaction with usSadly, due to a number of factors - including financing options, his desired monthly payment, and his vehicle selection - we were unable to come to an agreementStill, customer satisfaction remains our top priority at *** * *** ChevroletWe continue to desire resolution for this situation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concernI did not receive a call on Monday but did get a voicemail todayI tried to call back but I had to leave a message and have not heard back

Due to the time passing as well as no one discussing the occurence with management on the day. We will not be reimbursing the customer

I filed a complaint about Roseville Chevrolet about weeks ago they said to have resolved the complaint finding the down payment & that the deal was finalThis week alone they have called my phone at least times from thier own personal phones harrassing me about $that they said they had already foundThis is the last straw I will be filing suit for illegal practices, harassment, & whatever else falls in between the linesThis company is a fraud they have been continuously lying from the go... 'm tired of being hound by this business & their shady businessmen
