[redacted],

Attached is a new invoice reflecting the $179.95 plus $45.00 pick up and delivery charge and State of ** sales tax.  Please send payment to [redacted].  We do object to the bait and switch comment. We have been in business in this community for over 32 years.  We would not have lasted this long if our customers were not treated fairly.  We apologize that our mechanic did not call you before repairs were made.
[redacted]
Chainsaws Unlimited, Inc.

While we whole-heartedly agree with Mr. [redacted] that protection in an investment is always a great idea, the banks that actually approve the loans & give us the structure we have to stay within sometimes don't allow us to keep all the requested protection on the loan.  In this case, [redacted]...

[redacted] gave us an approval that was the best fit for Mr. [redacted] and we couldn't keep [redacted] & GAP in the structure.  Anytime, products are removed from a deal, there are forms signed outlining this & Mr. [redacted] did sign the necessary forms needed when the rewrite was done.  We apologize if that was not clear at the time but [redacted] has received all the forms that Mr. [redacted] signed & has funded the loan accordingly.

Revdex.com:they did not send any letter to my address as they said they did and it You’re supposed to be certified mail within 10 days so [redacted] Ive and prove to me that you send it certified because you also told me that you mailed it on the 31st which I still haven’t received so you join our Sullivan are a bunch of liars
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because:they never sent letter like they say the did  Fasley sent a letter to the Revdex.com showing that they said it which they never did still have a received a letter that they say they sent their supposed to send it certified signature requested  and they took my car to auction luckily didn't get sold when the contract wasn't even approved

Dear Mr. Guerrero let me be very clear.1 Robert Devenecia Sales Manager call me in 5 time to trade in car.2. 90 Day policy were I could not trad my car in. Not toled verbally, not on contract.3. Credit: Run My credit 17 time.4. Cancellation: Protective and Express Autogap. [redacted] Thay said this would go on my payment it did not went on to my principle5. I was finance for a $24,000 car my credit was good.6. Message rfom business This message from John L Sulllivan Chevrolet This response could not be further from the truth.7. I will take a Lrie Test, Will thay.

I am rejecting this response because:they needto get their facts and stories correct down therethey have contradicted their self so many times now I do not believe they even know what's true and what's not

Mr. [redacted] has been a pleasure to work with.  However, this summary of events to date is marked with inaccuracies.Mr. [redacted] did indeed purchase a new vehicle in late December of 2016.  This original transaction included a significant amount of negative equity from trading in a prior...

vehicle - which was omitted from Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.  Shortly thereafter, he had changed his mind about his original vehicle selection and wanted to trade in the Chevrolet for something different.  Because of the customer's insistence, we did indeed attempt to trade in the vehicle for the customer, as he'd requested.  In fact, he returned to the dealership several times in repeated attempts to trade in the Chevrolet.  Notably, these multiple attempts on behalf of the customer's requests were the reasons for a variety of credit inquiries; John L Sullivan Chevrolet does not in any way strategize to negatively impact a customer's credit rating.  Ultimately, these repeated attempts were all unsuccessful because Mr. [redacted]'s budget constraints & preferences, the negative equity from the original transaction, the lack of adequate down payment, and individual creditworthiness (which should not be disclosed fully in this forum, to protect the customer's interests) prevented successful conclusion to the customer's requests.  Without significant cash down payment, and/or a substantial increase in monthly payment, his selected vehicle alternatives could not be financed as requested. In short, we would love to help Mr. [redacted] achieve his goals.  However, the original transaction he agreed to has been processed with the California DMV, and processed with the assigned leinholder.  At this point, simply returning a formerly-new vehicle - which would now be used - is simply untenable. We wish Mr. [redacted] was happier with his original purchase.  And we wish him the very best.

I would like for the business to stop towing the car to my house and stop calling because I don't want the car.

Thank you for your interest in acquiring a vehicle from John L Sullivan Chevrolet. Our dealership prides itself on pursuing every opportunity to obtain beneficial financing terms for our valued guests. In some cases, lending institutions will respond with lending terms and conditions which may be...

somewhat different from those our guests and the dealership would prefer. In these instances, the guest has the option of acquiescing to such terms, or rescinding the proposed transaction. In addition, John L Sullivan Chevrolet has no interest in "running credit" multiple times with our guests. Such a practice would have no benefit for either party, after all. Further, when a specific lender reviews the proposed transaction, that lender will usually appear as a line item of the guest's recent credit activity.  Unfortunately, John L Sullivan Chevrolet has no means of modifying credit bureau records on behalf of third-party lending institutions.

Once again, we certainly sympathize with the customer and share his frustration with the time frame required to acquire this requested refund.  The resounding issue at hand is the third party, the vendor asked to supply the refund.  Ultimately, if they do not receive an adequate cancellation - due to loss in transit, legibility, missing signatures, or any other reason they unilaterally deem essential - the refund may not progress.  Thus, additional cancellation requests may occasionally become necessary, as in this instance.  And even once the cancellation is received and accepted, the process of supplying a refund to the lender is rather slow, indeed.  While we are sympathetic to the concerns of the customer, the funds ultimately come from the vendor - rather than from the dealership.  And we are both restricted by the vendor's administrative processes and procedures.Again, we sympathize with the customer.  We are afforded little option but to wait in unison for this refund process to complete from the associated third party.

I am rejecting this response because: the door did not malfunction with a missing screw nor with wiring issues. Yes it was repaired at ** at no charge but their was still cost associated with that, I had to take off work and use time and energy to deal with an issue that should have not occured. The dealer is trying to put responsibility for the problem on me. If they could take the car I would love to give it back and shop else where but I know it's not an option. I should be reimbused something for their lack of.  They need to be held liable for selling me a vehicle that had an inoperable door without disclosing the information to me

We continue to be concerned that Mr. [redacted] is less than satisfied with the service he has received from our organization.Specifically, the sales contract simply indicates that written notice is required to rescind the contract; the contract does not specify the process required for this notice.  In short, it is a misnomer that a 'certified letter' would be required by law. And a copy of the written notice sent to the address on file for Mr. [redacted] is attached for review and verification.  Further, if Mr. [redacted] did not receive this written notice sent to the address provided to our organization, perhaps his concern should be directed toward the postal service. We sincerely this additional information is adequate to conclude this issue.  And we continue to wish Mr. [redacted] the best.

I am rejecting this response because:at the time of dropping off my vehicle I requested a full diagnostic of my vehicle my original estimate was for thermostat oil change and filter and $160 for diagnostic when I was called by [redacted] and told what the problem was from them diagnosing my vehicle I told them to do the work now they're saying they did not do a diagnostic of my vehicle and I have it in writing that I wanted it doneI was informed that the $160 that was in the original estimate for full diagnosis of my vehicle would be applied to the work being done if I had it done by themI am requesting a hard copy of original work order with notes from [redacted] and the mechanic they say they don't have hard copies

We will not submit a reimbursement

We appreciate the time Mr. [redacted] has invested to inform us of his frustrations.  After all, it is only from feedback that we may identify opportunities for improvement.  We will thoroughly review internal processes and procedures to avoid any similar frustrations for future...

guests.Meanwhile, our finance team has indicated that the down payment has since been received from Mr. [redacted], and that the contract has been funded with the lender. We sincerely hope that Mr. [redacted] enjoys his vehicle.  And we appreciate the opportunity to improve our processes going forward.

At John L Sullivan Chevrolet, we are greatly concerned when any guest is other than thrilled with the experience received at our dealership.  So naturally, we approach this feedback with great interest and concern. The process of refunding contracted services may be quite slow, as it turns out...

to be in this specific instance.  The vendor providing the dent repair coverage specified for [redacted] [redacted] received the cancellation submission on 26 January 2018.  From the time of submission, it may take up to 90 days for the credit to be received by the lender from that particular vendor.  Mr. [redacted] may expect to receive the applicable refund in this timeframe. We continue to be concerned that Mr. [redacted] is anything other than thrilled with the service he has received.  And, we hope he enjoys his vehicle for years to come.
