Mr*** purchased a pre-owned motorcycle on March 20, We arranged to obtain a loan for Mr***The down
payment was $2,Mr*** paid $and signed a document stating he would pay the remaining $within daysHe also signed a document that stated the motorcycle was sold "As Is"The interest rate of the loan was disclosed to Mr*** when he signed the paperwork before he took possession of the motorcycleIf there was an objection to the interest rate then Mr*** was under no obligation to go through with the purchaseMr*** financed an extended service contract with his purchaseIf he cancelled that contract, the amount of the refund goes to the lienholder to lower the amount he owes the bank
Mr*** specifically signed documents promising to pay us $within days and that the motorcycle was sold as isMr*** has defaulted on his agreement to pay the $despite our repeated efforts to collectThe matter has been turned over to collections
Mr*** is now making claims that contradict the documents he signed at the time of purchaseWe do not owe anything to Mr*** and he is not entitled to any refund

I am writing with regards to the complaint filed by Mr***.We stand by our original offer to repaint any scratches that may appear on the exhaust. We have discussed this with Mr*** on several occasions. Mr*** changes his mind on what he would like to have done to his bike each
time he has discussed the matter with us.We would like to reiterate our offer to repaint the exhaust that is scratches at our our body shop.Thank you for your consideration in this matter

I am writing in regards to the complaint filed by *** A***I have spoken with the Finance Manager who prepared the paperwork for the purchase of the Harley FLHXD. I noticed the purchase date to be Dec26, 2016, not May 2, 2017.After speaking with the Finance Manager, his
account of the transaction differs greatly with Mrs***. He stated that he remembers her signing the paper work in his office. I am sending the copies of said paperwork in the hopes this matter can be closed. The desired settlement cannot be accorded at this time, Big StCharles can't speak for Harley as to bill adjustment or removing this contract off Mrs***'s credit rating. If I may be of further assistance in this matter please do not hesitate to contact me

My salesman *** has been in contact with the consumer today, and we are gong to pick up his bike September 28, to remedy and problems he may be having

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in regards to the complaint filed by *** ***, concerning his purchase of a Yamaha YCF 450. Mr*** purchased the Yamaha "AS IS" but, was offered an extended warranty. He chose not to purchase the extended warranty. When Mr
*** brought his bike to us and requested we do Carb and Charging System. He wanted us to install a stator and rotor assembly. He authorized part of the work, but stated he could do the rest of the work, he only wanted us to do the electronics and he could do the rest. We completed the work and Mr*** picked up his bike. I am enclosing a copy of the Bill of Sale and have circled the section that says "AS IS". I am also enclosing the repair order with comments as to the problems existing with Mr***'s Yamaha 450. He chose not to have our technicians perform the work. If I may be of any further assistance in this matter please contact me. Sincerely, *** ***General Manager

The Vehicle in question was brought to our shop because a foreign object had been ran over causing a torn seal. The Service Manager spoke with our Kawasaki Repand was able to get the damaged covered under warrantyEven though it was not a warrantable itemThe customer took the bike home
and damaged the rear fairing and expects to have this also covered under warranty When our Service Manager explains this to the customer he became irateWe attempt to go over and above our customers expectations, but sometimes we are unable to cover problems that were visibly caused by poor riding of the productIf I may be of any further assistance in this matter please contact me

In response to customer's complaint the desired resolution is based on a misunderstanding of repairs and replacement of parts on the
H>D> Shovelhead MotorcycleThe problem was clutches were dry and had to be replacedThis was the diagnoses of the problem and the repair was made accordingly
The clutches and the gaskets were replaced at a parts cost of $128,labor time was hours at $an hour for a total of $plus shop supplies of $and taxes of $for a totalof $447.26.less the deposit of $leaving a balance of $which was paid for at the time the H.Dwas picked up
The customers husband signed the disclosure form and the work was performed The HDwas working fine when it left our repair shop
After the customer called back saying it wasn't working we offered to pick the H.Dat no charge she refused
The work was done properly and the bike was in good shape when it left our repair shop, We feel The complaint was unaware the charge of $was an hourly rate, not the cost of the labor in it's entirety
We feel a refund is not warrantedAfter speaking with our Service Manager he told me he had not hung up on the customer, but just the opposite she hung up on him after finding out he was not going to refund the charges for repairs,
If I may be of further assistance in this matter please contact meI do extend an apology for any misunderstanding the Customer may have had with our Service Department as to labor rate per hour

Ms. [redacted] had been negotiating a deal to purchase a pre-owned motorcycle. We had come to agreement on the terms of the sale...

however, Ms. [redacted] did not make an earnest deposit in order to hold the bike. Our company policy is that we do not hold a motorcycle until the customer puts a deposit on the bike.
We did work with Ms. [redacted] to purchase another motorcycle, which she took delivery of on February 22, 2016. This matter has been resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

We performed work on a 1987 Kawasaki Ninja 500 for Mr. [redacted]. He picked up the bike on May 5, 2015.
A copy of the...

repair order is attached. All work we did on the motorcycle and parts that were replaced are itemized. We did not replace the water pump as Mr. [redacted] claims. The water pump failed after Mr. [redacted] took possession of the bike and is a separate and new problem.
Since we did not replace the water pump we are not responsible for its failure or for any damage the motorcycle suffered as a result
