Review: I participated in a timeshare promotion in which I was to receive a travel voucher at the end of the meeting. I did receive the voucher however sent it in to be redeemed via first class mail and not certified mail. Upon receiving my voided voucher back I called [redacted] at Big Valley to see if an exception could be made. [redacted] answered the phone and was completely rude and unhelpful. She would not allow me to speak to a manager nor would she provide any other help. In short she told me they are able to advertise for promotions like this because people don't send them back properly and void them in turn [redacted] will not provide a replacement voucher. So after taking 4 hours travel time and an hour and a half for the meeting I get nothing in return after that is what they promisedDesired Settlement: I would like a new voucher

Review: On 8/11/2013 my wife and I went to big valley resort and listened to a 90 minutes conference. They had promised a price of 2 nights at [redacted] with 100 dollars dinner card. I traveled approximately 2 hours from New York to Pennsylvania. After complying with their requirements we were given a rain check, instead of the price. I just spoke to them today over the telephone (###-###-####) and they always keep giving me the run around. Since I have being appointed in two different occasions by [redacted] president to community board #4' I told them that what they were doing unethical and disrespectful to the community. So far I have not heard from them. Please, help me.Desired Settlement: Honor the 2 nights and 100 dollars dinner card for [redacted] lodge

Review: On 3/24/14 I received a fax from the legal department from [redacted] to my employment fax machine . The fax was a notification of Possible Lawsuit with the amount owed. This information was reviewed my entire workplace including management office. My personal information was made public through the public fax service and it was left in my employment inter office mail box. I would like to know if a company could service you a notification of possible lawsuit via employers fax number.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if these actions are legal and if I can do anything to reprehend this company to hold them accountable.
