I would give lower rating if that ws possible.
I have bought from BBTS a few times and been quite happy so I ordered two Transformer toys. Both were faulty so I complained. Customer service was great.I asked for replacements. Keep the toys and we'll refund the money then you can re-order. They did refund. I did re-order. Yhey took the money. NO toys arrived. I complained many times but they continue to IGNORE ME. There is NO customer service. No response through PayPal. Absolutely nothing. so I say: DO NOT BUY FROM BBTS. If you've been happy in the past (as I was) then quit while you're ahead.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] From start to finish this whole transaction has been a nightmare .And the way my order was handled is in my opinion , ATROCIOUS ,when a customer pays for to day shipping it means just that ,I ,as a CUSTOMER am paying for expedited services ,not to have my order sit in a warehouse for days before the order is even processed .It was when ,and ONLY when filled out their questionnaire on their service and gave them a poor review , was my account frozen /suspended with an order pending , leaving me with absolutely NO means in which to check the status of my order I paid for to day expedited shipping NOT to have my order sit at a warehouse for days before it even gets processed.to me ,in my opinion, thats thievery .I had to track down through e-mails the ONLY means of communication with them to ask why my account had been suspended after taking my money and leaving me with NO means in which to check the status of my order ,they dont even have a customer service phone number which in my opinion is rather insidious and not very customer friendly let alone smart ,,,,who, for a business that claims to have been around for years seems odd and unprofessional .Consider the people who pay for 2nd day air yet still have to wait hours for their order to even be processed ,think about it ,as a business I find that completely unacceptable.I hope Big bad toys store gets it together and realizes this is NOT how you treat a customer whom has spent ,to this date nearly dollars on the product they sell, I personally dont care just HOW long they have been in business,,,there are things you just DONT do when dealing with customers .One of which is to sit on an order for hours when that customer has paid extra to have their order sent out expeditiously otherwise I may have just as thrown my money out the window .Second is to learn how to accept negative feedback ,no matter how long youve been in business,,,its YOUR responsibility to go ABOVE and BEYOND to make SURE that customer is treated with the UTMOST RESPECT !Not delete their account when someone complains which is EVERY god given customers right to vocalize their grievances when they feel they are being treated unjustly either by their business practices or their customer service or lack thereof .Third is to provide said customer with ALL ACCESS to the status of their order along with the tracking number ,not cut off their account because the customer complained about the amount of attention paid to an orderSo now I have NO product that ive waited days for and no refund as they claim ...because I just got back from going to my bank and there is NO record whatsoever of a refund even transpiring .....or will I have to rely on the strange and mysterious time frame of big bad toy store to get my refund I've owned my own business for years and NEVER have I had SUCH HORRENDOUS customer service as what Big bad toy store has displayed ,,,nor would I EVER take someones hard earned money ,,make them wait three days when they paid for expedited services ,cut ALL AND ANY ties with them and leave them with NO means in which to either call or check the status of their order ,AND NOW HERE IT IS DAYS LATER ,just about the time I should have had my product and NOW I find out not only was the package finally sent ,,,but also intercepted by them with a return request and a purported refund issued .IM LEFT FLABBERGASTED BY THE TOTAL AND UTTER LACK AND DISREGARD OF RESPECT BY THIS COMPANY AS A CUSTOMER !INSTEAD OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ....BECAUSE IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE WOULD SUCH AN ISSUE LIKE THIS ARISE IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED THEFT ! FedEx stated that the customer was not available at the time of delivery so according to tracking data, they are going to reattempt the deliveryThis is common practice of the mail carrier(s) and does not reflect on any business practices of BBTSWe apologize that the customer did not receive their package on the first delivery attempt, but that is not a reason to file a complaint with the Revdex.comUnfortunately, irrelevant complaints such as this have a damaging effect on the credibility of the Revdex.com website and it's actual purposePlease be aware that shipping carriers may not meet their expected delivery windows and they state in their terms and conditions that their delivery windows are not guaranteedThank you for your cooperation and if the package is returned we will be more than happy to issue a refund for the merchandise

The reason the company Big Badtoystore has sent me is no longer valid. There reasons such as 20 business days and that FED EX doesn't provide tracking number is incorrect. I have spoken to FED EX myself and they always provide tracking #'s. Three months to ship from the US is too long. As I stated my previous shipments only took 2 weeks. Why all of a sudden my next shipment is M.I.A. This company needs to take accountability and do there job...The customer service needs to communicate with the shipping department and get this imaginary tracking number that Big Badtoystore claims doesn't exist. I have contacted numerous shipping companies such as Purolator, UPS, DHL, Fed EX and even US and Canada Postal Services and all these companies informed me I need a TRACKING NUMBER to even search for my shipment.

Thank you again for the information and we apologize for the inconvenience of not having any tracking, which is stated on our website when orderingWe typically only have a number that is provided for a shipment that once reaches New Jersey, is no longer traceable beyond that stageWe have reached out to the our FedEx FIMS representatives for assistance on this same inquiry in the past and they were only able to track our shipment as far as New JerseyYour local postal worker or employee who delivers your mail to your residence will make the final deliveryIf you would prefer to ship using methods that include tracking, we do offer USPS Express Mail, and UPSWhile Air Mail is the least expensive option and/or economical it is also the lengthiest wait time for deliveryIf a package is not claimed in a timely manner once it reaches your mail office, an unclaimed box will arrive back to our warehouse but it can take several weeksWe will gladly offer a refund if this should happen versus the package arriving to you

I've received multiple emails from FedEx today about the packageOne states it's coming tomorrow (4/19) and the other states it's coming today (4/18), see attachedAt this point I don't know what's going onFexEx has not called me back about the issueBBTS has not been willing to help me with this issue eitherI've emailed them a few times now, speaking with CainHe's offered no outreach to FedEx about the matter, doesn't seem to accept that I was home on Saturday, and he hasn't recalled the package as I requestedI won't be around today to take the package and made arrangements to be here on Saturday when it should have arrivedI can't be on the phone all day with FedEx about this matterBBTS should have their logistics group contact FedEx to return the items.

The customer was not lied to or mislead, as clear instructions were provided throughout the FedEx lost package trace/claim processA full refund has been issued

We have conducted a thorough investigation in our facility and expended all of our available resources with regards to the shipment in referenceWhen an order is placed, there are specific procedures that are put into place to fulfill each and every orderThis includes but is not limited to,
pulling the item from stock, removing it from inventory, sending through our Quality Control Department to confirm accuracy of the order fulfillment, and finally packing and shipping the item(s) accordinglyThis package would not be able to ship without the exact contents inside given the designated weight of pounds which is noted on the tracking data and/or mailing labelOur mailing labels are not created or affixed to the actual package(s) until the very last stage before sending the box off to the destinationEach shipping box is weighed on a scale prior to affixing the mailing label, so the contents would have weighed much less than pounds if we had not packed in the figures in the box.We have concluded that the action figures that were ordered from our facility were shipped properly and delivered successfullyOur inventory is exactly correct as there are no overages or shortages in our remaining stockAt this time we can only recommend that you explore your place of residence and follow up with the person or persons who were involved with the handling of your package before and/or after it was deliveredIf you feel that your package was tampered with during the transit time from our warehouse to your door step, you are also welcome to contact FedEx and/or USPS to file a claim if you believe they may have tampered with your package.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but after thorough research and investigating, along with all of the precisely accurate resources we have available to track and monitor every order, this is the only reasonable answer that we can provide

We do apologize that you experienced a complication with receiving your packageIt is very important to keep current address information updated in your profile to avoid packages from being sent to a previous place of residenceWe attempted to help you recover this package via the shipping carrier
service as well, but once a package has been delivered it can be a complex process to recover a package showing as deliveredIt is also critical to contact us immediately after a package has been shipped, or review the shipment confirmation in the event of an address complicationThe customer has already filed chargeback/dispute in an effort to receive a refund from their financial institution, which unfortunately is an all too common practice todayThis process can take upwards of days or more so the customer will now have to follow up with their financial institution at this point as it will be up to them to decide on whether or not a refund will be grantedWe will continue to watch for this package should it arrive back to our facility

this is not a resolution! Unless the FEDEX driver was observing my item being packaged and then sealed then weighed with there high end scales and printer and then was handed my package that was then handcuffed to his wristThen for all I know bigbadtoy store.com employees or Mike him self could have removed my item or never put the item in the box to begin with
