Review: Failure to honor restoration repairs on vintage trailer I purchased from seller.

Purchased 1954 Cardinal travel trailer on 7 /1/2012 for $5200.00 with a contract with seller to restore trailer to working order. Seller provided a list of repairs to be made. Received trailer on July 28'2013.The following repairs were not made:

Working lights(brake/signal light), a working propane stove, an electric brake system (I paid extra for this)', new tires,a clear title so I can register trailer. So in addition to the 5200I paid her $700 for brakes and tires. My total cost=$5900.00 . I have asked seller to refund my money for work not completed. Seller denies my complaints and hangs up on me. She will not return calls. I just paid a local repair man $150.00 to fix light (hehadto rewrite everything). I have yet to fix propane stove, have electric breaks installed. The tires are ok but they are not NEW.

Desired Settlement: I am seekin a refund for all the repairs I must make that we're not proved by seller as according to our con tract.
