Signing up for The Little Black Dress Challenge at Revdex.comC is the best gift I've given myself in a long time. After trying another boot camp, steadily training for a half marathon, and eating "healthy", I finally found a place that gives real guidance on how to eat clean, learned what great form really looks and feels like, and realized that working out is way more than cardio.

Bill and his team help set you up for success with their knowledge, but YOU have to be ready and willing to put in the work. The meal plan is super easy to follow, and makes planning meals for the week less stressful than just going shopping on the fly. While you will see results with your change in diet, the real magic happens in each workout session. No two classes are the same. The trainers, Bill, Matt, Patrick, and Mackenzie, not only work to ensure you're safely performing each workout correctly, but encourage you to push yourself to your limit-- and then some! Just when I feel like my body can't take any more, they're there with motivational words, a high-five, or a way to push myself beyond what my mind is telling me I can't do.

The big bonus to Revdex.comC is the community of people. Doesn't matter which class you attend, everyone is welcoming and rallies for your success. If you're a little weary, the 7:15pm class is the place to start, for they are the most positive group of people you'll ever workout with.

Overall, this is the place to be if you are truly ready for a total mind and body transformation. Step outside of your comfort zone and take plunge-- you will be forever grateful for giving yourself the gift of a healthy life.

I originally signed up for a 6-week challenge group, and, in all honestly, I had no intention of becoming a full member. I was so nervous going to the first class. And it was hard. Even though I was sore, I came back the next day to do it again. And it was harder. But all of these strangers working out together were cheering on one another, cheering me on, and the smiles and high-fives just did not quit. From there, I was effectively hooked.

Bill and his staff are focused on each individual's success. They know everyone's name. Bill is an ace at getting people to let go of what they think are their boundaries; the trainers know when they need to push someone just a little harder; and they all are encouraging!

I have been working out at Revdex.comC 4-6x/week for 7 weeks, and no two work-outs have been the same. Different level classes are available multiple times throughout the day and a lovely yoga on Sunday. The studio is geared toward people 40+ who want to work hard and make changes from the inside out. There is always some new challenge or dare to keep things fresh.

The trainers demonstrate all of the work-outs at the beginning of each class, including modifications for those who need to have a lower/higher impact, or to be easy on knees /shoulders/etc..

Six weeks ago last Friday, I made the choice to become a healthier person; it was a choice that has changed me for the better. For my six week challenge, Bill set a goal for me to reduce my body fat by 6%. I started at 23%, my cardio was weak, and my energy level was all over the place during the day. Bill swiftly made what seemed impossible into a daily routine. My wife and committed to the Keto diet, and I went to 6am classes. Both kicked my butt, but after a few weeks in, my energy level was stable, my body fat was dropping, and I was beginning to see the difference. Bill was always there for me, supporting my diet and pushing me in class when I needed to be pushed. The challenge was tough, but, by the end, I had dropped over 10 pounds and my body fat was just over 14%. Bill and his crew are great motivators, and my fellow gym mates were always supportive and helpful, especially when I had no idea what I was doing. My wife and I are now full members of the gym, and we look forward to continue improving our health for ourselves and for our family. Thank you, Bill!

Joining this family has been one of the best decisions I have made in my two years living in Orlando. The warm reception and constant encouragement that Bill Bennet Boot Camps provides is incomparable to any gym I have previously belonged. I have seen more results in my first 6 weeks here than I have anywhere else, which I believe is partly due to the positivity that exudes in these classes. Everyone wants to see each other succeed. Bill Bennett and his trainers are a constant source of information and support that help you propel through your failures to help you personally overcome your hardships and road blocks along the way. Don't just run to these classes, do some burpees, frog leaps, and gorilla walks to get here because you will not be disappointed.

Bill Bennett Boot Camps is an amazing place to get yourself into a better, healthier version of yourself. Bill and his staff of trainers are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and just very welcoming. The classes will keep your body and mind challenged, and it doesn't matter if you're a beginner and feeling out of shape, or if you're in great shape and feel like you're hitting a plateau. You can push yourself depending on your fitness level and goals. One of the most refreshing aspects of Bill's studio is the support that everyone gives each other. We are all there to work hard and to succeed, and to help pull each other up when needed, or to push each other when we need that extra motivation. It truly is a unique experience. As someone who took on a 6-week challenge, which included a nutritional program, it was a life-changing experience for me. It was hard, I'm not going to sugarcoat it, but Bill knows what he's talking about. He's walked the walk. If you follow his program, and get to the classes and work hard, you will come out the other side a changed person, for the better. Thank you Bill for all you do and keep up the awesome work!

I joined Bill Bennett Boot Camp a little over a month ago and I can't recommend it enough. I've been wanting to rediscover myself and get into better shape and thought I'd give it a try. I initially signed up for a four week program and half way through I knew I'd be coming a full-time client. I'll admit I was extremely intimated my first couple of classes but both instructors, Bill and Matt, were extremely helpful explaining the different workouts, would provide additional assistance when they'd notice I was struggling or confused, and checked in to make sure I was feeling good about my experience. The training/learning doesn't just end with the workouts; nutritional programs are provided to club and program participants; the workouts are clearly explained so you know what you're working on and what the results will be; the club is continually evolving the workouts and nutritional programs to stay ahead of the curve and help provide the best results for its clients; and we're provided with additional training/learning through*** videos and live seminars. The best part of the whole experience is the supportive and encouraging atmosphere that is fostered by Bill Bennett and his staff; everyone, even your fellow clients, are extremely encouraging and cheer each other on. I was looking for a gym/workout program to help me get into better shape - what I've found is just that and more! I feel better about myself both mentally and physically and I look forward to continuing my journey!

We recently joined and cannot be more happy with our experience so far. We signed up for a 3 class trial to see if it would be a good fit for what we were looking for in a more personal gym experience. We were ready to join after the first class. Bill offers an upfront and straightforward approach which we love. The flexibility of class times/schedule works great for us as we like to workout in the morning, having classes at 6am and 8am is great depending on what we have going on with our schedule. If you are looking for a more personal gym experience with great trainers and welcoming members we highly recommend looking into Bill Bennett Boot Camps!

My Partner Jimmy and I joined Boot Camp this week and we're HOOKED!! The work outs, the gym, the support system, the people and the overall positive vibes are exactly what we're looking for. We look forward to waking up in the morning and sweating hard while having fun. We recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances!

I've been in and out of gyms for years. Have had many trainers, some of them former military in Washington, DC; other bodybuilders and professional fitness instructors. While I've seen some little result over the years, nothing was really working. When I hit 30, I almost hit what I consider my version of "rock bottom," gained a lot of weight, wasn't keeping up with the gym, was out of shape and out of breath so easily,.... I hit my peak weight on January 1st at 214 pounds (While I spent most of my 20s at 185pounds)! Then my neighbors convinced me to join Bill Bennett Boot Camp and so I did, somewhat reluctantly. It didn't take me long to get hooked. I can honestly say I have never had such results in my entire adult life working with trainers and belonging to many gyms. Less than 5 months after joining, I had already lost close to 25 pounds and my endurance and strength increased significantly. I owe it all to boot camp which has now become part of my daily routine. I don't even have to force myself to work out, it's just part of what I do in the morning. Yes, it's tough, challenging, but the results speak for themselves. I couldn't have achieved what I have accomplished working out on my own or with the previous trainers I have had!

I moved to Orlando 3 months ago. Missed my old gym and have been hunting for a gym that measured up. Finally found the perfect one! If you are looking for a place with extremely welcoming and caring staff, and excellent trainers, this is the place! Love the variety of classes, there is something for every level. Love the family atmosphere here as well. If you are looking for a gym family, this is the place for you!

I have just completed my first week at Bill Bennett and I know this is the place for me. I've tried other boot camps before but being of a certain age, I found them to be too intense with few options provided for modifications. I love the 10 am 50+ bootcamp - the workouts push me physically but the trainer always provides options to avoid impact or to accommodate any injuries or limitations. I signed up for 12 sessions per month but am going to upgrade to the unlimited package.

Bill Bennet's has been an amazing experience so far. The workouts are challenging, intense and the team atmosphere keeps you motivated!

I just started Revdex.comC. Had my second class tonight. The class was challenging, and fun at the same time. They modified some of the exercises due to a couple injuries I have. I was partnered with a regular client, Ryan. He stayed with me the entire hour and encouraged me as I went along. A couple other members welcomed me at the end of class. I am looking forward to my progress in the months to come. Can't wait to begin the meal plan on 5/7/18! Thanks BB

I joined less than a month ago and I am truly greatful I did. Bill and his team have been extremely supportive, encourage me to succeed and meet my goals. Staff is great. Very friendly and open door policy. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to meet their goals.

Been a great experience so far, the workouts are different every time and I really feel that I have worked out! Class times allow me to fit it in my work schedule. Have only done the 30 min classes can't wait to try one of the hour long classes.

Love this place. After two weeks saw a change and felt stronger. Trainers are great and push and motivate you to get out of your comfort zone. Every class is different so you never get bored.

I have been going to Bill Bennett Boot Camps for about a month now. I was hooked within the first week because of how much I enjoyed the workouts and how quickly I was feeling improvement. I have never enjoyed cardio, but I love these workouts and the way they incorporate weights and cardio. These workouts really are fun. The owner, Bill, works very hard to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all of his clients, and it really shows in the actions of the instructors and all of the clients who workout here. You will have fun and feel welcome here!

I joined Bill Bennett's Boot Camp recently and it has been an excellent experience. I travel frequently and the many class times allow my workouts to fit into my schedule. I am getting a more well rounded workout with the bootcamp because it combines aerobics with weights so for anyone who avoids aerobic exercise in favor of just weight training this is the place for you. The classes are fun and the groups are all friendly and supportive and help bring out the best in each other. I only wish I had joined sooner. Great job Bill!

Went to my first class today and was very pleasantly surprised from the cleanliness of the gym, to the welcoming nature of everyone I met , I am excited to continue going !!
