Bill Bennett Boot Camps Reviews (%countItem)

Bill terminated my membership 3/13/18. I paid $990 for a 10 month membership. I was unable to use it for the 7.5 months. He owes me $750.42.
On 3/13/18 I attended a 6am boot camp. Bill had explained our workout so quickly that I did not understand all of the directions. After his quick explanation, I asked Bill if he could re-explain a particular exercise station. He immediately became hostile with me and accused me of not listening in front of the whole class. For the next activity, I went to the wrong station, Bill told me I don't listen and asked me to leave the gym at 6:20am. He told me that he would deal with me later.
While I was shocked at his hostile and explosive behavior, I enjoyed working out at the gym. I sent him a polite message to "smooth over" the negative interaction in hopes that that would never happened again.
In response, Bill told me I was disrespectful and he terminated my membership. He told me there were complaints against a friend and myself for talking and being disruptive. I was told I would receive a refund for my unused time I had already paid for. Then I received an email saying that I would not be able to receive it since I was terminated for bad behavior.
I was never spoken to about my behavior, just terminated. I was an active and loyal member to the gym for 19 months.
While I was friendly and would occasionally talk with my friends, it was shocking to me to be "kicked out" of boot camp for being social. If Bill would have spoken to me about my behavior, I would have certainly corrected it. Being a 41 year old woman, I certainly know how to behave and know that the other gym members would attest to the fact that I have never been disrespectful to members or trainers.
Bill accused me of being excessively late. I was late one time in 19 months. Bill's allegations are unfair and do not warrant terminating one's membership.
At this point, I believe Bill owes me the remainder of the money that I had paid in advance since I will not be able to use that money towards my gym membership. He owes me about $750.
I did not sign a contract for the 10 months of services. I did not have bad behavior. This is a subjective matter and Bill does not have any proof that warrants him from keeping my money. I would like the money to be returned in full.

Desired Outcome

I paid $990 for 10 months of services. Those services began on January 1, 2018. My membership was terminated on March 13, 2018. Bill owes me $750.42 for the remaining months of the membership that I was not able to utilize.

is frequently late. This is not the first time. And then she continues to talk loudly over the trainer explaining the courses which numerous other clients and trainers have lodged complaints.

Since then *** has had personal issues with her husband leaving her for a younger woman. She then started bringing her personal life into the studio.

Approaching clients who she didn't even know and telling them about her husband that who had left her for a younger woman.

After months of this many people in the studio complained and were going to different time slots to avoid her antics.

Then her behaviors become erratic and the trainers did not know what to expect.

She would demean them, question them and disrespect them frequently in front of a group. This affects our product as a safe environment for clients.

Towards the end, she was frequently late and became even more inappropriate by crying or showing emotions that were not appropriate for a group that was there to exercise.

*** paid $990 for sessions in January 2018. She has had 109 workouts since then. See attached. This comes to $9 a workout and we charge $10 a workout. She has utilized her training sessions. Her workout logg ins are below

She is not entitled to a refund. She has utilized all her training sessions.

She also signed a contract stating We have the right to cancel any client who is disruptive ,inappropriate and/or makes staff and clients feel uncomfortable at any time.

*** has decided to send scathing e-mails and threaten the studio with lawsuits.

This has now been handed over to our attorney Jerry W. We will also be filing a lawsuit for sexual harassment towards a male trainer , which includes inappropriate clothing and gestures and discussions of her sex life.

This will be handled in a court of law.

WORKOUT LOGG is attached *** 109

Bill is telling malicious lies. I am not late. I discuss very little with the trainers. To accuse me of sexual harassment is ludicrous. I certainly never speak of my sex life with the trainers.
Bill tells lies to make himself look as if he is in the right. Attached you will see that Bill used his public business page to boast about kicking my friend and I out of his gym.
He also told me that I am a joke, people didn't like me, and that the trainers couldn't stand me.
You can see from the attachments and that Bill verbally degraded me and continues to try to do so by lying on the Revdex.com website.
The only people I speak to about my personal life were my female gym friends. We mainly talked after class or if in class, quietly amongst ourselves.
Bill offers an unlimited membership so it should not matter that I went frequently. I was denied 7.5 months of my membership because Bill terminated me for unacceptable reasons.
Kids don't get expelled for talking and adults certainly should not either. An owner should not tell lies about former clients. Everything that Bill wrote is untrue. I think the attachments make that clear.

Bill Bennett Boot Camps Response • Mar 20, 2018

In this post no where is ***'s name mentioned. I let 3 female clients go. I was discussing with another member on the thread who thanked me for getting rid of these clients. One in particular that actually was not ***. *** jumped in and assumed it was about her.

*** is once again , thinks everything is about her. She is malicious and vandictive and is just validating why she was let go as a client.

We received a registered letter today that *** is filing a lawsuit.

Im looking forward to showing the judge her signed contracts and talking to witnesses who are clients who have endured her inappropriate behaviors.

At this point, out or respect for the Revdex.com there is no point to discuss this further. This will be handled in the courts.

Bill is being vindictive and malicious by verbally attacking me on this site. He has also done so through social media and emails with me. Not sure why one would look forward to going to court? It is sad that a former regular client of 19 months has to file a lawsuit to get money returned for services not received. Bill Bennett is being unlawful and unjust to myself and the community. He has also unjustly kept money from several previous clients (who he also terminated). Not sure why a gym owner terminates so many clients.

Everyone is so welcoming and positive. The trainers really care and want you to reach your goals. The workouts are challenging for all skill levels. Very happy I joined!

Great place, with awesome people. I really enjoy the trainers and feel like the help me get better by designing different workouts to challenge you.

I love Bill Bennett Boot Camps, the work outs are challenging and you definitely see results. The trainers are amazing, they are constantly motivating you to push yourself. I recently joined and I look forward to going every time. The best feeling is at the end of every session, you get a sense of accomplishment. The environment is welcoming and friendly, I honestly couldn't recommend a better place to work out.

I just joined Revdex.comC and I am really enjoying it so far. I finally LOOK FORWARD to going to the gym again. The staff is super friendly and all the members are extremely welcoming. The classes really push me in a good way and I love that I can be doing high intensity interval training one day and recover with some yoga the next...can't wait to see my body get stronger...thanks Bill and the Revdex.comC Team!!

Revdex.comC is the perfect Boot Camp/Workout for anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and get in shape. The close-knit group dynamic is so welcoming to everyone. The highly skilled trainers are absolutely amazing and can simultaneously push the most advanced participants while building up the least experienced. Bill (owner) also cares greatly about every member of the community. He keeps an eye out on your physical well being in the class and also supports every member however he can outside of workouts. I can't recommend Revdex.comC enough.

I've been a client of Bill's for over a year now, and have found him, as well as his other trainers, to be professional, concerned for our safety and well-being, as well as our physical improvement. This studio cares for its client family in a way that is rare in this day and especially in this industry. Bill (and his studio as a business) is also a great neighbor in the Mills 50 community, finding ways to give back and be involved in the community.

I began attending Bill Bennett Boot Camp after being nominated for the 2017 Father of the Year Contest. Bill and his team have educated, encouraged, challenged and inspired me to do more and work harder than I ever could have on my own. Having tried several other Orlando gyms, I can say with integrity that Bill has created a unique experience with knowledgeable staff and a community of people that support and encourage one another. If you're looking for a positive gym experience, give Revdex.comC a try. You won't regret it.

I have been attending Bill Bennett Boot Camp classes for a little over 4 months now and I am happy to say that I have finally found the program and routines that challenge me but at the same time I am encouraged to adjust certain moves in order to refrain from compounding on old injuries. It has been a true gym family atmosphere.

It was very dessapointing. After I sign for a free trial. When I show up he say I could do his program because I use a cane to walk. But on his advertising he say he have many programs even if a person have problem with the back knee and is phisical challenges. N he also have joga in his studio. But he turn me away. Telling me that it was not possible for me to do anything they don't in his gym but he did even try me out. So I leff thinking why he refuse me and the ymca, don't refuse me? Not clear but something looks wrong here.

Bill Bennett Boot Camps Response • Jan 29, 2018

America

I apologize for the misunderstanding.

You were walking with a cane. I was there, I spoke to you and I was very kind.

I explained to you that anyone using a cane, crutch or any other assistance is not a candidate for our classes. They need physical therapy which is something we do not provide.

Many people have knee and back issues but do not use a cane or a crutch to ambulate.

Once a client gets to that point they need medical attention. Not a boot camp.

We are a private studio and safety is our # 1 concern.

I see this all the time. It seems you want to blame rather that take acceptance here.

You are striking out at me because you're angry when you let yourself become so overweight you cannot walk without assistance.

I am not a rehab facility or doctor which is what you need. And when I originally told you that you needed to see a doctor you told me you don't trust them and have not seen one in years.

You are not healthy enough for our program.

In addition if you would've filled out the application form properly you would of been told this before you come in. But you didn't. You didn't fill out several questions, you avoided them.

Here is the link to the assessment form
***

You filled out only 3 of the questions.

I'm very sorry this owner feel like he can try to say am angry at anyone for my weight problem I can assure you sir that am very much am aware of my weight gain. But that is why I am looking for a way to fix this. I use a cane because o have osthoartritis if you was in a medical field you would know that even if I was slim I still will be on a cane or a scotter. I understand is a boot camp but maybe you can use other terms stead of advertising that you take customer with knee problem and back problem because there may be other people like me showing up at your gym.. and I did answer all the question when I sign in that is why I receive the appointment. I wrote to you guys at Revdex.com. Because it have to be note. There are 1000 difrent gyms if I wan to loose weight. Am unto holistic medicine that is my right. N about me not been to the doctor. That is not so. Yes we spoke N I did mention you about me not liking doctors. But it does not mean I don't see one. So please don't assume my life if you don't know it. The true is that the advertising confuse me and in no way you told me that you sorry about the miss understanding.and I must say that even with my condition I have a lots of resistant. Dont have other problems that my ostho. Pretty heathy for my weight.

This complaint is absurd. It comes from someone who is uneducated and possibly not even a US citizen.

1. She did not fill out our health profile assessment correctly. If she did we would have seen she uses a cane to walk. And she would have been directed to see her physician. Anyone who comes in with any bad knee or back issues requires a physicians clearance. We are not doctors.

2. When I did mention to her to see a physician she stated she doesn't trust doctors and has not seen one in 3 years.

3. I am not a rehab center and do not take clients that are debilitated.
This is Florida State law for what I am licensed by the Health Department to do. I cannot take someone who needs medical care.

So this woman is complaining about me following a code of conduct for her own safety.

I strongly believe she is mentally ill and I wish for this to be closed so I can focus on running a business.

I know I should not even bother on reply to this. But I am going to do it just because. This whole comment sound ignorant. First I have a education for people that show me respect. Second I am a citizen. Although, I don't know what this has to do with your false advertising,
. Maybe my mistake is not seeing that your business profiles people. I let the staff of the Revdex.com be the judge of what type of business you have. Here in America you can run any business you want but you have guidelines to follow to be in the Revdex.com, im sure you're smart enough you know that, So please do yourself a big favor don't say belittling things about me in writing when you really don't know anything. Have a bless day
