Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:As you can see by the other complaints listed on the Revdex.com website this company is misrepresenting themselves. For myself (and all the other complaints) I thought I was on the website for the venueUnfortunately, it was not until the order was completed that I realized it was notI immediately tried calling the company but conveniently they can not be reached by phone. I then found an email to ask them to cancel the order immediately. All of this was done in less than an hour. Then approximately hours later the company emailed the tickets (which I have still have not opened that email to download the tickets). It wasn't until days later that I received an email back from the company stating their "policy" and that they could not refund me the tickets because I already received them. It was very convenient that they waited to email until after they sent me the ticketsThe event does not take place until October so they would still have plenty of time to try to sell them to some other poor unsuspecting individual. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to operateSomething needs to be done about companies that are ripping people off. I will settle for nothing less than a full refund!I definitely consider this matter FAR FROM CLOSED!I would be more than happy to provide you with any further information you require to resolve this matter
Sincerely,
Teresa ***

Thank you for your responseAs we have previously stated, the customer was sufficiently shown all order details prior to placing their orderDirectly below the sales terms and conditions that were outlined on the checkout page the customer visited, it was stated in bold text, "I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed aboveI understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value." The customer then selected a checkbox that signified their agreement to this bolded statement. It should be noted that directly above the Review Order button, the following was displayed: "Total charge: $Includes service and delivery fees." Once the customer selected the Review Order button, their order was successfully placed. As we have adequately addressed all of the customer's concerns, we consider this matter closedIf the customer has any additional concerns, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I was told by a customer service rep that that ticket prices were inflated so that the "company" makes moneyAnother service rep indicated that the service fee was the only way the company made moneyI was mislead in some fashion accidentallyThe company has since refunded my service feeI have to still eat the overpriced tickets. The response to my claim indicated that sellers determine the price of tickets however I was told by a service rep (manager) over the phone that the company inflates the price to make a profitI'm only stating what was translated to me by the service repI am in no way saying that any of this information is valid or correct.
Sincerely,
Ryan ***

Thank you for your reply. However, the Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows concert is the only upcoming concert our customer has placed one of our online marketplaces. As such, we encourage our customer to review her financial statement to ensure the entity with which her order was placed. Once that entity is located, we suggest contacting that entity directly to assist. As this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. As the site operates on the secondary marketplace, they do no own or list tickets available on the site. Rather tickets are owned, listed, and priced, by professional sellers. As stated throughout the checkout process, our customers are notifies, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above face value. We are not owned by any venue.”In relation to the package which our customer received, they first notified of this on 10/5/2017 via the Live Chat application. A representative then reached out to our customer via telephone to discuss the delivery. Additionally, we contacted the seller on this purchase who has confirmed that the wristband to gain entry into this event was provided in the package which was delivered to our customer on 10/4/2017. If our customer would like to discuss this matter further, we welcome them to contact us, referencing their order number, for assistance. Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, Pink, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of the customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $643.79 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of the site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with the terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” The customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above. I understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value.” For every order place on the site the customer’s order total is reiterated below this in large, bold text. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. The customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed. The customer has expressed concerns regarding the name on their tickets, to which we would like to clarify. Although our customer's tickets have an Estimated Ship Date of 5/22/2018, the name on the tickets represents the original purchaser that resold the tickets. This information is carried over when tickets are resold on the secondary market and the tickets are completely transferable. Due to the nature of business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and their affiliates are not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on the site are done so by the individual seller, not TFS, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. In addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the favor of TFS. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
John [redacted] This is a scam company who lies about everything to win . They have the same scripted answer . Enough complaints and the government will step in as they did with wisetronics who also sold defective  items at above retail prices and would change the order without customers approval

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer has stated they selected a listing which stated $85.00 per ticket; this is inaccurate. The listing our customer selected specified the price per ticket as $72.00. As it is a common occurrence in any live market, prices and availability vary. On this listing, our customers are notified that we operate on the resale market, have no affiliation with the venue, and the prices listed may be above face value. After selecting the listing they were interested in, they continued to the checkout page. Our customer placed their order on 7/22/2017 and immediately received their valid tickets via email. As a courtesy, their tickets were re-delivered on 7/27/2017 and 7/28/2017 prior to their event later that evening. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer placed their order on 4/21/2017. At the time of placing their order, they were notified that “All sales are final” and were required to agree to the sales terms and conditions and proceeded to place their order. As the site is user-driven, no order can be placed without the customer having agreed to this. Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site are not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not the site, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. This fact is stated throughout the checkout process with the notation on the top of every ticket listing page, “Prices set by sellers, may be over face-value. [The site is] not owned by any venue.” Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Our customer contacted us on 5/5/2017 stating that they would no longer be able to attend their event. At this time, we offered a courtesy resolution to recover the cost by reselling the tickets on the secondary market. Our customer accepted this and their valid tickets were delivered on 5/16/2017. We discussed this matter further with our customer on 5/31/2017 prior to their event on 6/28/2017 resulting in sufficient time to list and sell their tickets. Our customer’s order was filed correctly, they agreed to the “all sales are final” policy, and they received their valid tickets prior to their event, which has since passed, with ample time to resell. tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer has stated they did not receive their tickets with sufficient time prior to their event; to this we would like to provide clarification. Our customer’s valid tickets were delivered via email on 6/10/2017 at 9:39 AM CST before their event that evening at 7:30 PM CST. Our customer emailed us regarding the delivery of their tickets the morning of the event to which we replied to clarifying that tickets had been delivered via email. Furthermore, our customer was notified that tickets would likely become available in early June as an estimated delivery date was provided at the time of purchase. As a secondary market, we do not own or generate tickets. Therefore, in some instances, a primary market may not release tickets until closer to the event date; as we have no affiliation with the primary issuer, such matters are outside of our purview. As such, the terms and conditions which were agreed upon by our customer prior to checkout clarify, “In all cases, Vendor reserves the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as one (1) hour prior to the event” and “Delivery designations, such as "e-Tickets" or "Instant Download", do not constitute guarantees of delivery any sooner than the day of the event.” Due to the nature of the business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site do not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. At this time, we offered a courtesy resolution, stepping outside of the agreed to terms, in the interest of customer service. Our customer, however, declined this offer. As valid tickets were delivered to our customer prior to their event, we consider this matter closed. Any additional concerns our customer may have can be directed to our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services
