Bill Frusco Plumbing is an excellent plumbing companyThey came out to clean my drain in the basementWhat they uncovered was a crack in the pipe underneath the cementMy house is yrs oldThey gave me a fair price to fix it, they were on time, showed me what they fixed and cleaned up afterwardsI would definitely use them again

I am rejecting this response because: my complaint still stands firm. If a job is performed and if there was a charge made on my credit card, it is only fair that a business provides a receipt explaining the work performed and the reasoning for the huge charge they made on a customer's credit card. If a customer authorizes a charge - it is only fair that a business stands behind their work. Bill Frusco Plumbing performed an improper and inferior repair work and refuses to stand behind their work with the excuses that they're explaining in the reply. As of this date, I have never received a copy of the work completed at Carver st and as of this date they have not sent me an invoice for the work performed and the charges made to my credit card. They went ahead and charged me $on my credit card. Definitely, now Bill can claim anything that he wants to saying he installed. As a customer, I was told that the job would cost $and they required a deposit of $before the job started. I paid the amounts promptly. I'm not a plumber and I don't know and I do not want to know as to how deep the excavation had to be to complete a job. The job was not performed satisfactorily, unfortunately. Bill or non of his employees had explained the depth of excavation required to complete the task. They assessed the problem, gave me a price and got paid for the job. Now, since the problem still exists, they do not want to take responsibility of it. This is unethical. When called and inquired, he cursed me out over the phone. *** *** is upset because the charge was made on his credit card and the job was not professionally performed and the initial problem for which Bill Frusco Plumbing was assigned, still exists and now in a bigger scale.By the way, MrBill is lying about the 9' deep curb trap, because he has done other curb trap jobs for me in the past and he never said a word about a curb trap being 9' deep or the depth of excavation that he had to do to perform the job, in the past. I checked with other plumbers in the neighborhood and they said, it's usually between 3' - 6' deep. Once again, I'm not a plumber to decide this. Also, the office never bothered to send me an invoice via email neither, which they usually did in the past. If all what MrBill said in his reply was true then, he should have sent me the invoice with the details of his work, after the work was performed and the charges were made. Therefore, with all the above reasoning and explanation, I refuse to accept his response

Bill Frusco Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. They came out to clean my drain in the basement. What they uncovered was a crack in the pipe underneath the cement. My house is 40 yrs old. They gave me a fair price to fix it, they were on time, showed me what they fixed and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

You specifically said the lights were $24.00 from [redacted] ad the stone was about 4 bags costing $10.00 per bag, which the total cost would be approximately $64.00. Your neighbor, our customer, was willing to pay at least $400 - $500 and you declined. Your interest isn't in getting your lawn repaired or this letter wouldn't have been written. You sent this letter to the Revdex.com before you ever talked to anyone to try and resolve this. I am willing to write you a check for $500.00 for the stone and lights, which should cover any damages,Thank you,Bill Frusco Owner
