Dear [redacted]:I am replying to the irrational complaint made b[redacted]. I did indeed perform plumbing work for [redacted] and I believe the street address that was never given in his complaint was 2144 Carver St. I have sent you a copy of the work that was completed there. We installed...
a new 34” K copper water service. Our excavation was 3° deep. We worked on the water supply only. After excavating the job, we must let the ground settle for at least 30 days before re-cementing. We did just that; we cemented the hole when the ground had settled.[redacted] then called us to clean a drain and we found a problem with the curb trap, which is 9° deep. [redacted] became violent on the phone saying that this is our fault. He said a neighbor saw someone drive into the hole. We cannot be held responsible if someone drives a vehicle into a hole that is on the sidewalk. That is the driver of the vehicle’s problem. This is standard procedure for all plumbers.[redacted] is upset that there are other problems with his plumbing and he does notwant to incur any more cost.Sincerely,Bill Frusco
Review: On August 4th above business repaired a waterline break. To do this he had to dig two large holes on my sidewalk. Paid in for the service. He has never cemented the holes as agreed. This is a safety issue and L and I from the city has already visited to see when it will be fixed.Desired Settlement: Cement the holes as paid for
