The vehicle was on our lot for an extended period of time because we were awaiting payment for the repairs we performedWe never represented that it would be stored indoors nor was that ever requeasted by Mrs [redacted] After additional inspection and as can be seen by the photo's attached, it is clear that the vehicle has long term water leak issues that Mrs [redacted] is aware ofMrs [redacted] needs to pick her vehicle up soon or we will have no choice but to have it impounded If anyone would like more information please contact me directly at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] PierreFord.com Regards, Luk B [redacted]

Thank you for sending this information to reviewI reviewed the history and spoke to the parties involvedMr*** had his Ford Ranger towed in late July after he attempted a front brake overhaul at homeWhen the truck arrived he had all the brake parts in boxes inside the cab with no brake fluid in the systemAfter examination we found front brake calipers had come out causing all the brake fluid to bleed out of the systemBoth Calipers were damaged beyond repair and we also found the front wheel bearings loose and lubricated incorrectlyWe had to replace calipers and remove Rotors to repack wheel bearings correctly and installed new grease sealsNowhere in the work invoice or in the conversations did we indicate we had to bench bleed the hydraulic control unitIn fact the work order stated "using IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System)/ Bleed ABS HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit)" Then we had to bleed out the system twice to get all the air out after the first road testWe were recently contacted by *** about Mr*** complaint with them and after explaining the scenario to *** understanding the condition of the truck they understood why all the labor chargesIf anyone would like additional information please let us knowRegards, Luk B*** General Manager Bill Pierre Ford
