Just spoke to Mrs [redacted] we have agreed to release her lien and the balance owed will be considered paid in fullShe will fix the exterior wood problems and the interior problems herselfWe both agreed to consider this complaint satisfied

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I was TOLD by your [redacted] that the roof would be white I never received a copy of the job materials list, even when I asked for it just prior to filing this complaint Second, I did not have a problem paying for the new roof, the original price was paid in FULL before the work began I had to remind you more than once to send me the invoice so I could pay for the additional charges.This time I would like the list of materials (including product information on the sealant to be used), the work order showing EXACTLY what is to be done (including rehanging the gutters as stated in an earlier order) and updated warranty info covering the new sealant that is to be applied, PRIOR to any work being started.Once I have this information, then we can proceed Regards, [redacted]

Going to fix there shingles tomorrow my repair man meet with [redacted] and went to pu the shingles he needs to replace

Ms [redacted] ,After extensive review It has been determined that you were presented with a replacement proposal of the existing roofing products (Insulated Metal Roofing) and due to your budget requirements you oped out of that proposalYou accepted the proposal to put an asphalt torch modified roof system on the trailer In the process of removing the existing metal roof on the trailer we uncovered the fact there was zero decking installedThis included a large cost as to which you were very reluctant to coverWe did everything in our power to try to keep the cost factors to this project as low as possible for youAll work orders on this project reflect a Black Modified Roof System in my system as top which we installedIt is my understanding that we have been to the site to complete a small punch list for the wood you felt needed addressedAt this time in efforts to satisfy your complaint I am willing to coat your roof system with an approved product that will leave a white finish to to roof and provide minor help with radiant heat in the homePlease let me know if this will solve our differences

We spoke with [redacted] came up with a game plan to deliver his shingles and place his dumpster! He was very happy with the out come

the clients repair has been complete today , homeowner is happy with the work and still owes us that he said he will pay us now

Mr [redacted] , in your response you failed to mention a few important things First, myself and my son contacted your office at least four times starting approximately March 23, by phone to dispute the final invoice You never responded to our calls Finally, I sent a certified letter to your office dated April 10, that outlined my complaint In the letter I requested a response within days You finally called my son and left him a voice mail on May 20th as you stated He was traveling abroad and was unable to immediately return your call However, you did not try to call me Furthermore, you still have not responded to the certified letter When my son returned to Florida, he returned your call and did speak with you My son had to inform you that there was a complaint letter, which you were unable to locate My son kindly asked that you find the letter then call him back Instead, you asked him what the problem was After briefly explaining the complaint, you immediately and unequivocally refused responsibility for anything Again, he asked that you read the letter that specifically details the complaint in hopes that you would have a better understanding of the situation and provide a fair resolution You stated you will get to it the next morning as you have other things to do, but you’re position would not change; I would be responsible for everything Also, the flat roof is NOT attached to the main roof at all And, the driveway was in good condition prior to the job starting The contract even notes that there is not existing driveway damage The driveway is broken because the driver of the truck obviously drove off of the side of it You’re responsible for the negligence of those you hire Mr [redacted] , not me or my insurance Regards, [redacted]

We tried to cancel with her and she insisted on moving forwardThe dumpster company was late and told us for days they would deliver and finally didHer insurance company paid $11,and that is what we will take but we will not charge her for the up-graded shinglesThe interior is not
included in that price so we do not owe for the interior the $11,was the roof onlyThe colors she picked for the trim were installed and matched her home perfectly and then she wanted a different color after the trim was installed

Thank you for taking the time to outline the concerns you have about the miscommunication between the production department and billing departmentI am *** *** the Owner / CEO of RoofMax CorpI was made aware of this dispute and asked to call your son on 5/20/As to which I called and
left him a voice mail leaving my personal cell number for him to reach me at that dayI just received a call back from him this morning at approx 11:amIn this conversation he was able to outline these concerns to meI told Him I would certainly address any problems he had to please allow me the time to review the file as to which there are in many cases pictures and notes throughout the process as well as a communication chain between the in-house production team as well as the onsite production team that I want to review in hopes to find the break down or purpose the flat roof was replacedIn most of these cases the flat roof can be damaged wile removing the joining roofing material and has to be replaced to insure a water tight transition between the two productsIn any case it is our stranded procedure to replace this portion of the roof in the event that happens and bill the owner accordinglyYou however may have the additional coverage under your policy to present the bill to the insurer that has paid for this loss to you home as an unavoidable and incurred cost. With this saidI asked you son the time to review this file so I could wrap my head around the issues and come back to the conversation with a definitive solution for these problemsAt this time , obviously in a very short manner, said "Thank You Very Much" and hung the phone upAs it pertains to the drive way, I notified your son that in any event we would not be liable for the condition of the driveway due to the fact that the integrity of the driveway can not be verified prior to the arrival of materials to your homeThis is a slandered business practice among all roofing companies that I am aware ofWe are unable to guarantee the driveway will not damage when materials are from the supply company or the debris are being removed from your home by the disposal companyCurrently I am reviewing the file as I stated to your son and will do my very best to resolve any problems we have moving forwardThank you,*** ***, CEORoofMax Corp
