they re unable to get me a bill to my email then send me late notices screwing up my credit im at the point I consider this as harassment roughly months ago I hade them remove my email and give me a new one I was getting nothing put spam I requested they send me my bill to the new email that's how I wood receive it before by email well I never got it! so I contacted them I was told I hade too login to there smart all attempts led too username and password incorrect after multiple phone still never straighten that issue out same thing with billing called them dozens of time too straighten it out now I find out after all the past due notices from not getting a bill has lowered my credit rating its been nothing but a royal pain and over all harassment for me I have better things too do then try to make them fix this why why why can no one there do there job I would just like a bill sent too me so I know what I owe them I could never have imagined it would go on this long

I have had issues with my internet service EVERY DAY for monthsThey refuse to fix the issue or credit my bill I have had ongoing issues with my internet service lagging, or not working at all for monthsI am forced to use WATCH TV as a provider due to the apartment complex I live inI have complained on a regular basisI am forced to pay my bill every month for a service that I am not getting It is costing me data on my phone plan, because I cant even connect my phone to my internet most daysThey do not return my calls, and I constantly get the run aroundmonths of paying full price for a service that only works about 35% of the time!

I believe if this company had a larger foot print, it would win worst company in AmericaI recognize this is a self-limiting observation as it will never be large enough to receive this distinction, but it easily is the worst company in AmericaThe internet products offered promise speeds of a given level of performance, however it is never deliveredService interruptions occur on a daily basis, if not more frequentService technicians are constantly critical of their predecessor and freely share what a bad job "the last guy" didAfter dozens of service calls and promised solutions, services still do not workCustomer support is rude, hangs up on callers, credits for blacked out periods rarely happen (even if customer service takes full blame for the problems on behalf of the company)I cannot think of a single positive thing to say of this entity, avoid them unless you absolutely have to obtain their services and have literally no option

They advertise high speed internet and the interenet the provide, when it is working, is not high speed
I'm constantly losing internet service or the speed is so slow, I can't do anything on my computerI live in a rural area and they know it and use the lack of other providers to their advantageThey constantly try to say the problem is on my end, when it's notI'm tired of paying for a service that is unreliable and misadvertised

We have been with Watch TV for several years as Internet customersIn April of 2017, after very good Internet service, they switched equipmentEver since then our Internet service has been intermittent, slow, and unusableWe have called many times and spent way too much time on hold, or with the technical support peopleWhile they are always friendly, they have given the same answers for the past months, claiming that "Once everyone is switched over to the new equipment it will be fixed," or that "There is interference at the tower and we are working on figuring it out." For almost days our internet service is out for half the day or more, multiple complaints resulted in a different excuse each time and no solution
Every night and into the next morning the internet service is not being provided nor a discount on the billNo matter how many times we call we never get a straight answer and nothing is fixed, this has happened for long periods of time previouslyThe provider appears incapable or unwilling to provide service
