Intermittent service or no serviceFive calls within days with no remedy or suggestive repair
We have called Watch times within a day periodEach time we are transferred to technical support who ask us to reset the router in order to restart our internetThis does not workThe internet will go down for approx min- an hour each day normally 6x/dayWatch has not sent a technician our nor will they work to remedy the situationOn each and every phone call, their recorded greeting states they are aware of a system/power failure within the areaIf this is the case, and obviously has been for several months, then there's an issue that Watch is failing to address all while charging the consumer for services that are not being provided
The service is in and out at least ten days a month we don't have Internet the bill a month ahead and will shut it off to get reconnection fees
At least 3or times a year they shut it off to charge reconnect fee service is out at least ten times a month for extended periods there my only provider available where I love and they take advantage of this fact
The service with Watch Communications is beyond terribleThey lie a lotI wouldn't be surprised if when they answered the phone and said their name, that it's not a lieThey have taken nine months to bury a cable line and it's still not done??? They have said we are on the list for monthsWe have called nurmerous times to try to get someone to do thisIt is dangerous to have a live wire 60ft long that you have to mow around I have left messages with a supposed manager??? I'm sure he wasn'tThis is ridiculous If you are thinking about getting internet/cable through them, I very highly recommend you DON'TI would give them no stars if that were an option
