Total scam do not send them your phone you will be disappointed. They will communicate with you until it's time to pay you.I was a fool to believe them. Do not waste your time they'll give you the run-around until it's time to pay, says a customer who is still waiting on my money.

More than a month ago I have sent my cellphone iPhone 7 and I haven’t received my check.
One week ago I called the office, and after many times, they answered the phone and they told me that they were going to talk with their finance department and send me my check.
They haven’t send me my money.
Please, fulfill what you offer.
I don’t recommend anybody to make business with them

I sent two used phones to Bing Bong Tec three weeks ago. Their website shows the items were received but I can't get payment for the two phones. I have sent two emails and left a voicemail message but no response.

On 12///26/2019 Order # *** Sent iPhone 6S to Bing Bong Tec They acknowledged receving the phone. They were to send a check to me for $40.00 plus $5.00 for shipping within 2 days for a Total of $45.00 I never received a Check.
Numerous attempts to contact Bing Bong went unanswered

I sent my iPhone 8 and received a response that it was received and that I would be updated within one business day. I have emailed and called to follow up and get status and have not been replied to. They received the phone on 1/31/2020 and email that they in fact received it. According to all of the Revdex.com complaints and a F Revdex.com rating, it sounds like they do not pay people or they cut them fraudulent checks if they send anything at all. Please help!

on January 21,2020 I received an ONLINE QUOTE in the amount of $240 for my USED/BROKEN IPHONE XR 256 GB PRODUCT RED (VIRGIN MOBILE IS A SPRING MVNO/PREPAID CARRIER).THEY (BING BONG TEC OF CANTON OHIO) IMMEDIATELY E-MAILED ME A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL.SHORTLY AFTERWARDS,I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SOMEONE NAMED *** THAT OFFERED A $5 BONUS IF I SHIPPED IT TO THEM WITHIN TWO DAYS.SO I DID.THAT HAS BEEN MY MAIN PHONE FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS.I PURCHASED IT CASH,BRAND NEW,FROM *** FOR $750 IN 2018.

THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED AS WELL AS HAVING SOME LCD DAMAGE WHICH I DETAILED IN A NOTE ALONG WITH THE DEVICE.I FULLY DISCLOSED THE PHYSICAL CONDITIO OF MY TRADE IN.THIS COMPANY OWES ME $240 MAXIMUM FOR THAT DEVICE.SHORTLY AFTER I CALLED THEM ON MONDAY JANUARY 27TH DEMANDING PAYMENT AFTER FOUR DAYS OF THEM POSESSING MY PHONE,THEY THEN TRIED TO SCAM ME BY CLAIMING "FINANCIAL OBLIGATION" ON A PREPAID PHONE WITH NO ACTIVE SERVICE.SO NOW THIS COMPANY/PAWN SHOP THATS ELLS USED PHONES HAS CONNED ME INTO WIPING MY DEVICE BACK TO FACTORY CLEAN STATE THEN SHIPPING IT TO THEM ALL FOR ME TO SIT HERE WITH NO $240.

I would not use BingBongTec.com Lastly they are still selling on eBay as they shipped my phone back to me with an *** shipping label even though this was Not an ***ransaction.

Received a quote from Bing Bong Tec of $210 but was re-quoted $150 and have not received payment nor phone. I need to receive payment or receive phone back.

On Nov 2019, my daughter sent her iphone to BingBongTec. They were going to send her a check for $200. A few days later after they received her phone they called her and told her that the phone was worth a hundred and change. After waiting and repeated calls to them, they have neither sent her the money nor have they returned her phone to her!!! It is now January 2020, and they will not return her phone calls. They are not only scammers but thieves as well!

They never paid me the $125 promised when I sent in my Iphone 8.

I sent in my iPhone X to sell for a reroute I got for 300.00.
I have yet to hear back from them, no check or money on ***

I sent my Iphone X 256 GB phone to be paid and never received the echeck that they stated would arrive. The ONLY communications I received was that my phone was 'damaged' and they were going to change my original quote. I took pictures of my phone before I mailed it initially and I know their allegations are false, but instead of hassling with the returns, I accepted the new quoted rate. They received my phone on December 23rd and I still have NOT received payment!! I have sent multiple emails to their contact email and have received NO responses. I have been looking in my spam folder as well and not one response back. I am livid because this phone is over $300 that I apparently am never going to get back.

I sent my iPhone to them several weeks ago. They emailed me saying they received it. However I haven’t been paid. I don’t think they plan on ever paying me. I have tried contacting them via phone, email, and on their website and nothing.

This company agreed to pay me $370 for my iPhone, but I never received payment. After not receiving payment for several weeks, I emailed the company and was sent a “new” electronic check. “I cashed that check, and the bank returned it with a note stamped on it, 'NSF - Not Sufficient Funds.' Additionally the bank charges a fee when a check bounces like this one, so I am now out the iPhone and out the NSF fee. Their customer service support via email promises me that there is plenty of money in the bank and keeps asking me if I have a *** account. However, they have yet to send me any money.

This company quoted a great price on an old cell phone and then never paid they don’t have a phone number you can call and will not email you back. They are essentially stealing phones

I sold my phone to this company and mailed it to them last week and have not yet received the promised $295. They have my phone so either return it or pay me.

I found this company during a web search for buying electronic devices. I mailed 3 phones to them for prompt inspect and payment to avoid selling myself on *** Big mistake. This company, upon receipt of my 3 phones, immediately offered a less price than was quoted on their website. 2 of the 3 phones are in perfect condition and with the original boxes. I’ve contacted the company several times this week and have requested return of 2 of the 3 phones. The one they offered me $100 for, an iPhone 7, they say it’s been sold but I have not received payment for it. They received my devices December 7, 2019. I want my $100 for the phone they say they sold and I can’t get back and want my other 2 iPhone XR’s mailed back to me in the exact same condition I sent them in.

On Dec. 3rd, I mailed an iPhone X to Big Bong Tec in exchange for payment of $380. The phone arrived on Dec. 6th and after not receiving an email letting me know that it had arrived, I reached out on Dec. 8th to inquire about the status of payment and I was told that due to scratches on the back and a damaged speaker, they had requoted the phone price to $320. I accepted this re-quote and the following day and still have not received a response or payment.

I send an IPhone XR to Bing Bong Tec for a quoted price of $350. I received an email stating they changed the value of my phone to $300. I requested they send my phone back to me. I have not received any payment or my phone back. They are not communicating with me.
