I sent my iPhone to BingBong Tec and they reduced the quote they gave me. I accepted it and never received any confirmation that payment was forthcoming. Emailed them twice and no response. Fraud!

I sent my cell phone to BingBongTec after receiving a quote of $205 from them. They responded to me by email a few days later saying they received the phone but we’re going to lessen my payment to $170 due to having a red spot on phone. I agreed and they stayed, according to their website that a payment will be issued within 2 days of receiving the phone. It has been well past that time frame. I decided to look up the companies policy on payments and noticed from various sources, including Revdex.com, that this company has many complaints filed for non payment. I expect a full payment of the agreed amount t of $170 they offered.

I sold my phone to BingBongTec and they initially did not send payment for the cell phone. I reached out multiple times and they eventually sent out a check. I cashed the check, but it was then returned. It appears that the company intentionally sent a fraudulent check and did so with the intent to steal my phone.

It appears the customers bank may not accept eChecks which is the reason the check was returned after speaking to them. When the customer reached out to us we promptly paid them via an alternative method

DO NOT send your phone to these people! We sent them an expensive phone in the summer and half a year later, they still haven't paid us. We didn't hear back for months. They 'sent' is an echeck, but somehow we didn't
receive it. They 'sent' us a paper check, but it somehow didn't arrive. They sent us another echeck to print out. In the end, we got charged for their bounced check. If you've been tricked too, post about your experience. It seems that they shut down negative reviews on websites too.

This company is a total scam. They tell you that you selected a higher grade phone and that your offer needs to be adjusted down. (You didn't, this is part of the scam) then they work with you on the new price and send you a check..... but it bounces. Only use this company if you want to be out a phone and a bank fee for a bounced check.

My phone was sent to the company with a prepaid label to be sold at a quoted rate if passing inspection.

My phone was received and passed inspection on Monday November 4, 2019. I was informed my echeck would be issued within one business day and I would receive an email notifying me of that. No email came and no echeck received.

Thursday November 7, 2019 I contacted their support and received a rapid response stating that the echeck was sent out and I should check my spam folder. I did not receive any echecks or emails from the stated parent, nbdeals who apparently sent the check through echecks.com. They offered to reissue the check directly to my email, have a paper check sent, or deposit through paypal. I opted for echeck and did not receive any response since. Multiple follow ups have been ignored.

Customer sold us an *** which was received on 11/3/19. Our processing time is between 2-5 business days depending on volume as stated on our homepage. On Sunday 11/6 the customer send us an email asking for payment which was not responded to until the next day (Monday) by which time the customer had already opened this complaint. We quickly resolved the issue the same day and they received the payment for the device

I sent this company 3 cell phones in which they where suppose to pay me for. Two where iPhone XR’s which they said they would pay $430 for one and $405 for the other. The other phone was a iPhone 8 Plus and they agreed to pay $250 for it. After shipping the phones they gave poor communications about payment. Many emails later and still no response pay or return of the phones.

Customer sent us 3 phones for us to purchase on which were received on 10/12. Processing time is 2-5 business days depending on volume and if there are issues with the devices received. There were some minor issues with the buyers devices that were resolved through communicating with the buyer. Upon preparing the payment to be issue we noticed the payment method for the devices were not all the same, one was a check and the other 2 were *** so we reached out to the customer for clarification but did not receive a response until 10/23 when this complaint was opened. We reached out to the customer and resolved the issue the same day and payment was sent

I quoted to have my iPhone XS Max sent to them, for $625 total so I mailed them my phone. It’s been around a week and I have called back the number they called me to confirm and it says the call can not go through. I saw many good reviews for them but thought this would be my best method to try and get to them. They have not sent any payment which should have been sent within 2 business days according to them. I have emailed many times with no response at all.

I accepted an offer from Bing Bong to purchased my used iPhone 6s, printed the label and sent the phone. They sent a reply a couple of weeks later, letting me know that my phone had some dents and they sent a downgraded offer. I
wrote to them to ask why the offer was lowered and received a weak response. Nevertheless, I took the offer since it wasn't that much different from other sites with similar quotes. Weeks, months have passed and they never send me the check. Also, they have not replied to any single email since. I called them twice to no success. I have received no payment, nor have I had the
phone returned to me.

Well they waited 5 days than stated my iPad was damaged due to my poor shipping envelope, I believe they damaged my iPad and I think this is how they rip,off people

On August 16th I quoted my iPad mini and iPhone for an exchanged on Bing Bong Tec website. They sent the mailing forms and I sent my electronics out to Bing Bong Tec. Bing Bong even called me personally to check if I sent my items. They sent confirmation of receiving both items and passed inspection on August 28th. Their website advertised next day electronic check through email which I opted for. It is now Sept 23rd and I have not received any payment for my electronics. I've tried calling multiple times, sent multiple emails on their website and from my browser and I have received nothing. I received only one email from Bing Bong that I felt toyed with me, stating I should check my spam folder. After a month of trying to recieve my payment for the exchange of goods, I have decided to report this issue to Revdex.com.

I used a phone selling aggregator site to find somewhere to sell my mother in law's phone. I found that Bing Bong Tec offered me $9 more than other people. I accepted the offer, printed the label and sent the phone. They sent a receipt, let me know that it was a model with more memory than indicated, then increased their offer. I accepted. They then sent a downgraded offer. I wrote to them to ask why the offer was lowered, and received to response. Over a month later, I wrote twice more and I called them twice. I have received no payment, nor have I had the phone returned it received a reply.

The other complaint is probably true, sent phone and they downgraded condition, pics of phone didn't seem to be the one I sent. They offered me less and I accepted but never did transfer to Pay Pal after several calls and excuses and promises to transfer ended with negative results. This company I believe is a scam, going to do whatever it takes, FTC and possible Lawsuit after a lawyer consultation!

Business quoted to purchase my cellphone, when I sent it to them I received an email asking for a passcode the phone was requiring that I didn't know anything about. I asked 3 times if they could use my phone and send me my payment or return the phone with no response.

On 07/12/19 I reached out to Bing Bong Tec to purchase my I6 cell Phone and they agreed to buy my phone and provided me a shipping label and on 07/12/19 the phone was shipped to Bing Bong Tec ***.

On 07/18/19 I received a email stating Your Order has Passed Inspection! O and

Hi ***

Great news! We have inspected your device(s), and have determined it has met the description of the quoted offer. Your payment will be issued within one business day! You will receive another email once your payment has been issued.

Since this time, I have called them and left messages twice and sent them 2 emails on their web page contact us.

No contact from them and not check as of this date.

I sent a perfect condition, 100% working and non-damaged iphone 6s to this company with an original quote of the condition as 85$. I purposely submitted it in this condition knowing it was likely in even better condition than what was chosen thinking they will probably lowball their offer back to me regardless. Not only did they do what I assumed, they claimed the phone had deep scratches and the battery was not working properly. I took a video before sending the phone out to show that it had no scratches whatsoever and that it was kept in a lifeproof case and hardened glass screen protector the entire time it was owned by my fiance. This company after offering me a lower than acceptable amount will not reply to any of my emails and has not provided me tracking or any response to show that they intend in any way to either pay me or return my phone. At this point I feel as though they are probably going to just sell it and never pay me. I just want my money or my phone. Additionally they claim to be Revdex.com accredited right on their page and yet Revdex.com states they are not accredited on the Revdex.com site. This phone arrived at their business on the 5th of July and I havent heard back since!

Horrible communication, lies about the condition of your item when they buy it. Also says at the bottom of their website that they are Revdex.com accredited and according to the Revdex.com website they are NOT.

I sent them my phone after an agreed upon purchase price. Then decided to modify the offer after receiving the phone which I declined. They have since halted communication entirely and I have not received any further information after several attempts to contact them via their online contact form and directly from my email.

I sold my phone to BingBongTec and agreed to them paying me $92 for it on June 28. Order number is ***. The company has still not paid, will not return my emails and their phone voicemail is full.
