That is unacceptable for me as I did not plan on being transferred out of state for workI think it is a horrible business practice to not help your customers who have unforeseen circumstances

Their business is not up front with me!!! I want to see the pictures before and after!!! If he said my arms look good now!!! Then I shouldn't have to do it from the beginning!!!!! Cuz its doesn't look any different for me to spent $Total of $myself and my sister!!!!

Im not agree with what the Doctor saidThey didn't informed me with all the informationThe consultant miss lead me to the resultShe pinch my arm give me the picture in my head and said my arms gonna be very skinny!!! If they told me from the beginning that it's work different on individualThat's might or might not work on me then we will think about itCannot told us one things send us home with the consent said another thingsThen why do we have to wasted hours of talking with the consultant for???????They told us all this things after the all the factsWe paid $in total for somethings we couldn't tell the different!!!! It's not pocket change for us!!! If they were honest with us from the beginning that it might or might not work! And we still want to do it then it was our problem! Don't gave us the picture in our head that our arms gonna look very skinny!!!!

Revdex.com, BioDerm is a medical facility that offers skin care treatments to improve the quality of skin and the appearance of the skin This patient has received treatments and after comparing her current skin condition to the image taken before she started, there is a clear improvement At our follow up meeting, this patient met with me specifically, and as the physician, I explained to the patient that clients will either meet with me, the physician, but may also meet with [redacted] PA before any treatment As a physician assistant, who has been practicing medical esthetics for over years, she has the experience and knowledge to properly evaulate and assess the skin and determine a treatment plan [redacted] PA evaluated this patient's skin prior to her treatments and recommended a treatment course She has finised 4/treatments and has received significant improvement [redacted] explained to the patient that all patients respond differently to the treatments and occasionally, some patients require more than treatments That being said, in an attempt to provide reassurance and great customer service, this patient was schedule to follow up directly with myself In my evaluation, it was again determined that she had improvement compared to before we began her treatments This patient was even offered some complimentary treatments to provide further improvement at no cost She declined the offer at the time Unfortunately, our medical procedures are non-refundable We have already purchased the material, supplies, and equipment as well as provided staffing to provide services for this client We explained to the client that all purchases are final at the time of purchase This client only has treatment remaining and is welcome to come in to finish the remaining treatment or has the option of transferring the treatment to another person We, here at Bioderm hope she takes the time to truly assess her skin and see that her skin truly is improved Highest Regards, [redacted] MDBioDerm Skin Care & Laser CenterMedical Director

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The signed acknowledgement was for sales of services RENDERED BioDerm did not render/provide services nor did I receive services Procuring necessary materials, etc - I asked the same question multiple times and received the same response every time from [redacted] and ***The question I asked is whether or not the consultation, evaluation and procedure could be accomplished in the same visit, or did they have to order anything The response every time was that all supplies needed for the procedure were already at the facility and everything could be accomplished during the same visit (thus no ordering) (Conversation with [redacted] on 4/10/and meeting with [redacted] on 4/18/18)Equipment is already on site and personnel is already on the payroll and working Therefore, the explanation that "BioDerm immediately procures all necessary material, supplies, equipment and personnel needed ..." is a statement and inaccurate Materials - again, see my explanation above for number above that the material needed is already on site at the BioDerm facility and there is no need to procure anything Also, the statement that "Once the material has been used on a patient, it is no longer available for refunds or exchanges as it has already been used." This is IRRELEVANT as BioDerm did not render/provide any services nor did I receive any services I'm asking for a refund of the deposit, not for any services rendered or received, as there were none.Please review all previous Revdex.com complaints against this company because there are numerous and they all are strikingly similarAppointments broken by BioDerm not the customerAnd BioDerm has refunded quite a few customers for this same situation.My request is for the $deposit refund due to BioDerm fault, not mine Regards, [redacted]

BioDerm Skin Care and Laser Center is a medical clinic that has performed countless treatments on patients Each patient is also given a written receipt that states our No Refund/No Exchange policy upon purchasing of any treatment Upon receiving payment for any treatment, BioDerm immediately procures all the necessary material, supplies, equipment, and personnel needed in order to make available for the scheduled treatment date Therefore we must maintain a No Refund/No exchange policy Because this patient has personal issue that prevents him/her from receiving the treatment, we offer the patient as much additional time as he/she needs to wait until the patient has all her/his personal issues resolved before we continue with treatments This patient has started receiving treatments already and has used materials, supplies, and services that have already been purchased, paid for, and neither refundable with BioDerm, nor BioDerm can refunded to the vendor All patients undergoing treatments must sign an acknowledgement receipt that all sales are non-refundable and final Please contact me if you need any additional information

BBB, Please note that BioDerm has been performing thousands of procedures yearly and we have provided beautiful results to thousands of patients. Patients are informed that once a purchase is made, we then immediately procure all materials, supplies, and equipment in order to perform the... treatment. The client purchased a set number of treatments and they are now available for him or is wife to use at their discretion. Our staff are trained by myself, a cosmetic medicine physician practicing for over 12 years. Our staff are all laser certified by the state and have years of experience. The consultant/esthetician who sold this client his treatments and treated his wife went to our location in Arlington to help cover for a few weeks but has since returned to the Garland location. He/she is welcome to return and finish the remaining treatments left on their invoices at their convenience. Please let me know if you require any additional information. BioDerm Skin Care and Laser Center is a medical clinic that
has performed countless Laser Hair Removal treatments on patients with similar
skin issues as this patient. An
overwhelming majority of these patients have had great results and are very
pleased with their skin.
Unfortunately,
as with any medical procedure, it is not an exact science and results from
these treatments vary from individual to individual, based on each patients
skin’s ability to respond to these treatments.
Patients are given consent forms to sign and acknowledge,
before any treatment is started, that there are certain risk that must be
acceptable before proceeding with any treatment. These consent forms clearly states the following risk:
Failure to
receive desired results, or no result at all
Hyperpigmentation
(dark areas), Hypopigmentation (light areas)
Blistering,
Scabbing
Scarring
No
guarantee or warranty as to result or cure
This patient has signed and consented to the procedure and
clearly acknowledges these risk prior to starting the treatment. Each patient is also given a written receipt
that states our No Refund/No Exchange policy upon purchasing of any treatment. All patients then sign on the receipt noting
acceptance of this policy at the time of purchase. Bioderm maintains a strict no refund policy because of the
following reason:
1.
Upon receiving payment for any treatment, BioDerm immediately
procures all the necessary material, supplies, equipment, and personnel needed
in order to make available all items needed for the treatment for the scheduled
treatment date.
2.
Materials for these treatments are purchased from a vendor
immediately upon a patient purchasing the treatments from us. Once the material has been used on a
patient, it is no longer available for refunds or exchanges as it has already
been used
Unfortunately, this patient may have experienced some mild
scabbing and superficial burns. This is
a common side effect of this procedure.
I personally followed up and examined this patient and the skin was
nearly completely healed, and I anticipate it will heal without any lasting
effect, except a significant reduction in hair growth, which was the reason for
the original purchase.
This patient has received all purchased procedures and an
additional number of free treatments.
At this point, there is no treatments with value left on this patients
account to be refunded.

Bioderm has provided countless medical procedures for over years All of our treatments are FDA approved non-surgical procedures that are proven to be safe and effective Patients are provided a thorough consultation as well as a consent form reviewing all the risk and complications

I am rejecting this response because: Due to stress and depression; I was not able to be active in communications for a whileMy apologies for the delay in my response.I just had the opportunity to read the response from the company of Bioderm and I find it inaccurate; the company NEVER mentioned anything related to refund to the contrary my last phone conversation with *** *** when I asked for my refund she stated that it will be discussed at the meeting. To my surprise the meeting never took place and I never saw Mrs***, the onlythe person I met with for the first time *** *** and begun to show me my pictures and tried to convince me there was an improvementnot only that he aggressive in the tone of his voice and kept saying "this is America" to this point I do not know why he was saying about seven or eight timesI told Mr*** *** that I came only to discuss the refund and that this meeting supposes to be only about the refund and not as an interrogationMr*** *** said that he has NOTHING to do with money, he is only a physician; and yet he is the one who wrote the response to my claim! Please see my attached picture dated today, January 9th, which will contradict the finding of Mr*** ***. I am moving out of state permanently, this is not a personal situation that will resolve in time as the business stated. The procedure(s) purchased require appointments every 3 weeks which will be impossible now or in the future. I am requesting a partial refund.
