I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I would like to note that I was not instructed to call back, the first customer service representative hung up on me without stating that they canceled the membership.  Therefor, I had to call a second time to confirm the cancelation. This company is straight up lying about there customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My only comment on their explanation is that I did in fact contact the business within the 14 day period and informed them that I no longer wanted to receive any future shipments of their product.  I was told that they would take care of it.  That is why I was upset to see charges on my credit card, and even more so upset that they would not give me a full refund.  I will be happy to accept their most recent offer, which will amount to a full refund.  I just wish it didn't have to come to this, a complaint with the Revdex.com, in order for them to do be good on their word.  Thank you so much for your help with this matter.

The trial expired on 04/14/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged for the original shipment $79.95 for the BioSlim Garcinia.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 04/14/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled and refunded.We immediately cancelled the account and issued a 50% refund $39.97 which the customer accepted.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund $39.98 for the charge on 04/14/2016.Here is the refund confirmation:$39.98 Trans ID:[redacted]  dated 05/07/2016Refund should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

The trial expired on 06/13/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $79.95 for the original shipment of.Customer was also charged $69.95 for the BioSlim Forskolin however this charge was declined. Customer contacted our Customer Service with their financial institution on the line on 06/15/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.The customer had also asked for a refund ,our Customer Service terminated the charge for the $69.95 for the BioSlim Forskolin and offered a 50% refund $39.97 BioSlim Garcinia which the customer accepted. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund $39.98 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. The trial expired on 03/17/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/17/2016 $79.95 for the BioSlim Garcinia and $69.95 for the BioSlim Forskolin and the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 04/17/2016 the customer was charged again for both products and 2 more bottles shipped out.Customer had contacted our Customer Service via email on 03/04/2016 regarding the cancellation policy. Customer was made aware she would need to call our customer service line by 03/16/2016 If not interested in continuity . The following month on 04/09/2016 the customer was charged again, $84.90 for the Bioslim Garcinia,$74.92 for the BioSlim Forskolin for both products and 2 more bottles shipped out .Customer contacted our Customer Service on 04/14/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.We also issued a 75% refund for the charges on 04/10/2016 to settle the account, $63.67 for the BioSlim Garcinia and $56.19 for the BioSlim Forskolin which the customer accepted. Customer’s financial institution contacted  the company on 04/15/2016 to validate charges,the financial institution validated the charges and confirmed the order.Customer called on 04/25/2016 requesting a full refund be issued, customer was informed that the account was already settled at a 75% refund .  However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund for the charges on 04/10/2016. $21.23 for the Bioslim Garcinia and $18.73 for the BioSlim Forskolin. I am rejecting this response because:  I received TWO shipments of $39.98 each (one with free shipping).  I am aware that they are crediting me for ONE along with that shipping charge.  However, I NEVER ordered either of these.  I offered to return them (at my expense - they are sealed and unopened), but they did not want them back.  I want the complete refund for BOTH. I do not know how they were ordered, but I have never nor will I ever purchase items like this, especially for weight loss.  I do not have a weight issue and never have.

The reference within the complaint filed, mentioning lack of clear terms, must be related to affiliate’s (3rd party) web pages, which our company’s outsources. This instance has been noted by the company.According to our records, customer ordered our product on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/18/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 06/01/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $79.95 for the original shipments. Additional to the trial orders the customer had also added a product for $19.99.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/20/2016 and requested for the order to be cancelled, however the customer’s order had already been shipped.
