Very good service! The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough He did an excellent job and even weather-wrapped the faucet pipe when he was through installing the new outdoor faucet without being asked I was very satisfied with the service and the price

Service done quickly and correctly - same day service - Clean and well done!!!

The whole team from ARS Rescue Rooter have been very amicable and available for all of our needs. Our project has been under budget and on time due to their professional services and experiences. I look forward to working with them with future projects.

I called ARS Rescue Rooter Saturday 11-09-16 to have my washing machine cut offs replaced. When the service man arrived he did not even have the parts to replace the cut offs. I asked him how much the charge would be and he stated $340.42. I told him that was too high and that my regular plumber ( which was closed on the week-end) would charge $150.00 for the same job.He called his boss and would not lower the price and he left
My regular plumbing company came out Monday morning and did the complete job for $151.93 and guaranteed the job.
What a difference in the price for the same small job. It is always smart to get a second quate for home repair with a respected company.

In regards to the entire project- this was an insurance claim filed on her home to repair damages. The insurance company, as part of usual practice- will pay to repair the damaged areas to get the home back to its exact, pre-loss condition, Less their insurance policy deductible of 1,000.00, as it is the out of pocket to the insured for the repairs. The deductible is required to be paid on all claim repairs. The ins. co. has a Set price program- they pay a specific dollar amount Per item to be repaired. Prior to beginning the ins. co is given an itemized list of repairs to be done - this list of repairs is fully reviewed and approved by the ins. company adjuster - and again, they pay a specify dollar amount for Each repair/item to be done.
In regards to the amount in question, we were paid $768.03 by her insurance company for the hand-scraping that was Not done on her flooring- we had provided the approved list showing this said amount to Mrs. [redacted] and at our last meeting this was also discussed and shown. Mrs. [redacted] was sent the 768.03 check which was the exact amount BCC received for the item not completed.  We do not have any numbers showing 1300.00 that's mentioned. The homeowner had elected to not have the hand-scraping done and this was to also help lessen the out of pocket expense of the 1,000.00 deductible that is required to have the repairs completed.
In regards to the carpet seam repair- the project manager had reached out directly to Mrs. [redacted] after the 2nd repair was done and she had mentioned she was happy with it. However if a new issue has arose with the carpet, we will happily address this issue as we want all the completed items to be correct and satisfactory. In some cases, the ins. company does like to try all avenues to Repair before they Replace. As this was insurance claim, all repairs were and are reviewed/approved/paid by the ins. co., - If the carpet repair is unable to be done correctly to match the existing- the ins. company will have to address another option to better suit the area. We are happy to help Mrs. [redacted] move forward with helping her on the carpet issue until she is satisfied.

Andrew was courteous and knew his business. He quickly diagnosed the most likely problem and wrote me a quote to complete that job. We added one additional activity at my request and we mutually agreed to the price. He was thorough and efficient, had the right tools and knowledge for the entire job. When he finished all drains worked perfectly. He wore protective boots to prevent tracking dirt into the house and cleaned the area around his job after completion. I could not have asked for a better service technician. I recommend him highly.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY Mr. Mike Ganger and Mr. Daryl Richard.

They both went beyond the cal of duty to make sure I received service today, although it meant working beyond 5:00 PM today.

They were thorough and took their time to explain everything, and answered all my questions in layman terminology.

[redacted], the plumber, seemed very knowledgeable and did his work thoroughly. The price was reasonable compared to other plumbing companies.

ARS has come to my home several times with Pluming Problems and have also bought an AC from ARS. THey are prompt and all there employees are very Courteous and helpful. Whenever we have a problem with Pluming or AC we call ARS. There the only ones to call to fix the problem. John (JT) Townley was the service man that came out today for the plumbing problem. He was very Courteous and took care of the problem

Mr. [redacted] from ARS/Rescue Rooter Dallas acted very professional in all aspects of today's service call. He notified us prior to arrival, discussed all options prior to performing any work, and performed the work desired to our complete satisfaction.

Manager RIchard [redacted] and Master Plumber Adam Roberts provided us at MISSION POSSIBLE KIDS with GREAT service and attention. They did what they said they'd do FAST. the work was done well, on time, and the price was rightwhich as a children's nonprofit we GREATLY appreciated. Thank you, ARS Dallas!

I am rejecting this response because:  They said that I am agree the carpet was fine, because they called me to my job to check. I asked my son and (apparently) he told me the carpet was ok, but when I got home I check and I find out that the carpet was short 1 inch in one side and 11/2 inches in the other side, I'm talking against the wall. I realized that the carpet is not worthy any more, so the carpet has to be changed. My biggest issue here is, they told me that they were going to return me $1300.00 and they returned to me only $768.0 If I exchange the floors (in other words if I take the original and I put a cheaper one), they own me $531.97.  They tried to confuse every body talking about the carpet and no body is talking about the money. Please help me to get my money back ($531.97) to complete my $1.300.00, that was an agreement but they broke it. Now my carpet is no good, I have to change it and I don't have my money back, as I said before I made this deal with them because I'm a single mom and I thought I was doing a good deal to pay the deductible with the 1300.00, I paid the deductible with the credit card, wishing when my $1300.00 came to pay off my credit card, but never happened, now I'm paying interest on the credit card but they don't care.

On Thursday, August 11, 2016 my shower started leaking. I googled emergency plumbers and after some transfers finally connected to the Dallas ARS group. They wanted to charge $120 for after hour repairs but they couldn't tell me how long it would be until the tech arrived.

I was impressed by Jimmy - he called and walked me through turning the water off at the street to prevent a huge loss of water. That's where the good service ended. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, August 12 at 11:00 am. I didn't even hear from the company until 12:25 pm at which time they told me the tech would arrive in about 30 - 40 minutes. At 1:20 pm I called back only to find out that the tech was stuck in traffic. the tech finally arrived at 2:00 PM and proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $260 to replace the pins in the handles of the shower to stop the leak. I reluctantly agreed.

20 minutes later the tech told me that a screw broke off and he was going to have to replace everything. This jacked up the price to $395.000. He then told me he didn't have the parts in his big company vehicle and had to go to Home Depot. Almost an hour later he gets back, finishes the work. I asked him how much the parts cost and he deflected the question saying that the company pays their techs on commission so the repair rates are a flat fee. I looked up the parts he installed and the kit cost less than $60.00 and yet the repair cost went up $130.00. He also wouldn't provide an itemized account of the fees. By the time everything was finished over 5 hours had elapsed.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work. I was in a bind and needed to get the work done but if I had known it was going to take 5 hours I could have done the work myself using YouTube and saving myself at least $250.00.

I called to make an appointment for a service call to my home, the person who answered the call was very complete and courteous. When calling the day of my service call I was greeted on the phone with the same courtesy and it extended to the service tech. Work was not complete in one day, but they returned the next day to finish the process I experienced the same awesome service from all ends. Great company, great people and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

I recieved help from chuck. He was friendly, quick, and effective

We called at 6:30am for a toilet clog and they were there within 2 hours.
Cleaned out the drain and the price was extremely reasonable.
Would recommend and would use them again for any other drain issue
Both guys professional and knew what to do, appreciated that very much

Our plumber Ray was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. We could not be more pleased with the service we have received from ARS Rescue Rooter.

Our problem was a leaking garbage disposal. Michael V. was our representative and he was very engaging and knowledgeable. We felt like we were in good hands and the project was finished to our extreme satisfaction. THANKS MICHAEL!

I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, [redacted] was professional, and explained everything to me, And even took a video for me. In fact he is going above and beyond by contacting the city, to explain what their findings.
