Drew was very knowledgeable, fair, friendly and honest. I would recommend him to everyone. I was honestly skeptical of big plumbing companies because I had heard all the stories and read reviews online of these companies up-charging you and just trying to get money off of expensive unneeded repairs. Drew, was very honest and upfront right off the bat, he figured out the problem and gave me a simple solution and did not try to up-sell me on anything that I did not need.

I found this business online since I had an emergency. They came to my house and addressed the problem within a few hours. Came back a few days later to do more work. They were very professional and worked till the job was done, I feel like the job was done very well. I will call them again.

Neil V. was the plumber who came out to unclog and clean the drains. The service was prompt, efficient and courteous.

In regards to the flooring, prior to beginning the project manager and Ms. Jeffrey had discussed the overall look of how the floors would be. Her damaged flooring that we were repairing for her, had hand-scraping done. At this meeting she elected to not have this additional hand-scraping done and to have a credit back for the cost of said hand-scraping, As this was an insurance claim BCC had only been paid a specific dollar amount for the hand-scraping item: this amount was 768.03, paid to BCC from her insurance company at the time. She did pay the required deductible of 1,000.00 upon signing and any remaining balances would  be handled at completion. She has also been mailed a check for the 768.03, the credit due to her for the hand-scraping cash-out.
Upon discussing the wood flooring she understood- she also had mentioned she was unhappy with a carpet seam repair done. We addressed this area and had a new technician come and repair the area again. We called Ms. [redacted] after this repair was done and she advised us she was now satisfied with the repair and we ended on a great note.

Great service, good price, problem solved. And Jack was kind enough to visit while he worked. Great guy....good work Jack! May God bless all the work of your hand.
