After seeing Gutter Guard advertisement on television we decided to give them a call and was very impressed with the salesman and after getting over the price, we decided to go with the companyThe installers did a very impressive and professional job and after seeing the scope of the work involved I could understand the price betterIt just confirm the old saying that you get what you pay forWe're very impress with the company over all
The company cannot finish a job on time and the product is nowhere near what is advertised or soldInefficient and terrible customer service
The initial salesperson was decentThe issue arises with the district manager and the contractor on the jobNeither have any professionalism or integrityThere is never any proper communication, no one is ever on time and the job has taken much too long to finishThe initial contract was signed 10/23/It is now 4/6/and the job is still not completethey advertise 2-days for a brand new shower and months later, we have people sharing the other shower because this one is out of commissionThe contractor is consistently late, hours after he is supposed to be thereThe district manager is condescending and even got sarcastic with my son, implying that if he knew so much about the shower being unacceptable, that he should be paid to finish the jobIt would actually be wonderful if we could get someone else to finish this job,

The manager agreed to take off that fee but still would not give me a detailed quote

After August Problem caused after the first big rain we had sometime in October or November I was away in Florida during the time of the bad weather I was gone from October 27, to december 3, Due to the heavy rainfall, excess water ran over the guards on to the property causing an overflow and washing away of the soil causing plant stands to sink into ground causing the plant stands with flowers to fall over When maintenance man came out, he found a paint can that was left in side of the gutter under the gutter guards and also leaves which had been left by the installers Had the overflow not happened again when I notices the last big rain which was in Feb I would continued to THIS PROBLEM I called the company to let them know that I want the guards removed and a refund issued because I am not satisfied with the service I received The letter I mailed today will e
