Great experience getting gutters for the back of our house The entire experience from start to finish was very professional We are very pleased with our gutters and appreciate the house being protected from destructive water going where it's not supposed to go!
We are very happy with the job that Gutter Guard did for us Gutters and Windows We were VERY picky about the final outcome of the job and they were very intent on making sure we were well pleased with the job that they did A big investment that they made a pleasant experience
The company has repeatedly failed to service its product by not showing up on time or date determined or via contract obligations
The product (gutter guards costing $5486) was purchased in June Within a week of installation we had leakage behind one of the guttersThe company was contacted and a date and time of service was givenNo one showed up nor did anyone callThe company was subsequently contacted to inform them and a second date was established approximately a week later
Again we had a no-show and a failure to contact us as to why the company rep showed upThe company was informed of this and after several calls I was told that the employee that was to service the issue had been fired for similar issuesA supervisor subsequently came to our residence and fixed the issue
All of this was understandable until a second issue was noted in May The company was notified on May that water was flowing out of the gutter and soaking into our foundationI
