I wish I could keep individuals who are willingly buying insurance from Common Ground from doing so. We are on our second year with them and we have no choice since it is employee coverage and they refuse to go with another company because of cost. We have had NUMEROUS problems with them. We have never had a bad experience with any other insurance company. And they continue to have problems!! They have over charged us multiple times and with our $12,700 if I hadn't been keeping track of every penny I may not have known. We are talking battling 7 months to get refunds from them and they kerp doing it! I have over 50 hours of recorded conversation with them trying to get problems solved and in my book, that is not acceptable. Buyer beware!!!!!
