Horrible Customer Service and WAY OVERPRICED!
This company is horrible to work with. They do not respond in a timely manner. It took over a year to get emails set up on our cell phones. Website updates take days to accomplish, and then they only did half of what was requested. Obviously no one looked at the updates they put in on a desktop because it looked horrible. They also charge over $100 a month. The other company I am going to work with is only charging $119 for an entire year! Save your time, money, and frustration and find a different company to work with.
I submitted a request to receive my FTP information to begin the process of moving the website to the other company and they said I would have it in 24-48 hours. 90+ hours late I still do not have this information.

Totally disappointed
I own a natural skin care line, my old web designer did almost all things correct except fix my company not being able to get alerted by email once a customer order; I was told by Ashley oh thats nothing to fix. really two weeks later and all they have done is messed up what took our team including the old Web designer a year and a half to do for a quick fix to get paid; I spent the 1499 and was told id get Seo, advertising for social media page lol nothing I dont think these people truly understand that without knowing what your orders are you cannot fill them meaning you have to stop until its fixed, they like the last company are costing me money oh and the manager finally gets on and says we have no control over how long your ad words get seen hmmm it may take 3 to 4 months ; honestly if you think I'm going to pay $500/ moth to see results you claimed would be quicker cancel my contract now and Ill find a better place to handle the sight as your company did all it could to get my money then you put a long wait on something that only needed a email update I'm over you companies that lie to get paid lord where are the real companies that are truly honest and understand a persons hard work my web looks so generic now and instead of it looking polished with a real great company attached on the end lord they have woo hoo omg that says enough for me thats such a cheap website mine cost over $8,000 what a crock of dung ,,,,

My advice please entrust your web to a company worthy of the money they are asking for ...

So Far-Disappointed
BizIQ approached me about 5 days ago and offered their services to list my business website at Google, Bing, and City Search. I was told that all the changes, etc., would be completed that evening for a one-time fee. BizIQ wasted no time charging my CC for the one-time fee. However, I've been less than impressed with the updates thus far at Google, Bing, and City Search. Nothing has been done to update the old website at Google. The site at Bing has been updated, but they have the incorrect phone number, and the incorrect business schedule. Additionally, after entering key search words on Bing, I can't get our site to pull up.

So far, I'm disappointed, as I was promised more much sooner. I'll award BizIQ 2 stars as they have responded to my inquiries that they're working on my listing. Pending their response and the updates, I will change my rate.

This guy named Alex Cross, who works for (https://biziq.com/) BizIQ called my law firm and other colleagues of mine with a complete lie about how my ads were being run in order to try and trick us into doing business with them. It is so pathetic the tactics these sleazy salesmen have to go to just to trick people into doing business with them. If they were a decent company they wouldn't need to lie to try and get business.

Biz iq called the office I work in and asked for viva which is the owner and my mother, I could tell this was a marketing phone call and I simply said she is not interested. I then hung up because at this time of year we receive many phone calls asking for money and or donations. At this time of the year my mother does not invest, buy or purchase any additional items, programs or etc other than normal purchases. Your telemarketer called me right back and asked for viva again and told me that I could not know if she was interested without hearing the sales pitch from him. That is as wrong as can possibly be because not only am I the owner's daughter, I am the secretary , and I keep the company's books..So I know everything about this company , of which this company will be mine one day. I can guarantee that this company would never use or hire biz iq now, in the future or ever.
I am telling biz I q to never call this office again. Even if your product would have benefited this company, we would not use you.

Everyone I have spoken with in this company has been patient, kind and helpful. They check in often and have done their job and more to make mine a little easier. I have worked more with Jared C[redacted] and Derek M[redacted] and appreciate all their help in making this process a little easier for our company.

Evan has always been so very helpful to stay on top of my web presence. He has made recommendations that has saved me more and more money as well. Always pleasant to speak with. I give them an A+

Biz IQ so far has been great. First we hired them to get rid of our duplicate business listings on Google and Google Maps after changing our location. Then we proceeded to hire them to take over our website with a new design and fix all of our online listings globally. We are really happy with their service so far.

I give BizIQ a glowing 10 stars... From day 1 BizIQ has been informative and helpful in every step of optimizing our online presence. The team at BizIQ migrated our old website to the new one. We worked in depth with Aaron and Evan to get our current website to what we currently have. Whenever there was a question both gentlemen were more than happy to not only answer but explain everything in depth. BizIQ goes above and beyond all service requests to ensure our website and online presence is optimized for the best of our business interests. There is never a question too trivial nor is there any issues that this web team has not been able to solve for us. For the service BizIQ provides the fees they charge are extremely fair as they are more or less at our beckon call whenever we have a question for them.

For the most part, I have had a positive experience with BizIQ, especially this year with a new agent assigned to my case. If you have any concerns or difficulties, be sure to ask for management and ask for the issues to be remedied. It will get done. Customer feedback and accuracy is important for this to work well.

I am the office manager for multiple businesses under one roof. Several years ago I signed up with a "lifetime - one time fee" to have the internet presence cleaned up and updated after new ownership occurred with slight name changes (new EINs). I had to do the verification process with Google, Yelp and Bing for EACH company. It was a little time consuming for multiple businesses, but just part of the process — you just work through it. At that time I had difficulty finding the time to get updated information to the agent assigned to me, but as I did, the updates did not get made. I just stopped hearing from the agent working with me. Her ad copy she had written up was used, but not entirely accurate for services we provided.

Recently, I was contacted to add a website for one of the businesses. I asked that the pre-paid multiple business updates get taken care of immediately if I were to invest any more money for advertising purposes; such as their website they were offering. The new agent assigned to my case took care of this quickly and with great care! This agent, Jessica R., has been very patient and helpful with my many concerns I have had to be sure that all text content was accurate for the services we do and do not provide and to be sure that they understood our specialized services for the keyword usage they used for SEO. There is a LOT to clean up on the internet when you need to update your information. Each time I find something, I just email the agent and she takes care of it for me.

For one of the companies I manage, I run Google Maps all day every day for booking freight loads. I am now seeing that as I start to type the company name, it is there to chose from - and IS CORRECT even though I had been experiencing a conflict over the "retired company" showing as "closed". This is a great service to us now that we are showing up immediately! I have noticed a small increase in phone calls. I feel that is because the new company is appearing before the old company that was closed; using the same address & phone number.

For the lifetime "Online Presence" optimization, BizIQ added a few photos to each company name location on Google Maps to get us started, and I have added more photos per company name located on our large property. Our logo with phone number appears in these photos to help identify the company. Business cards and job site photos are also on display to help identify the different TYPE of services we offer. This is important to me.

I am pleased with the WEBSITE for Billman's Trucking that was created by BizIQ; www.billmanstrucking.com (not to be confused with another trucking company of similar name). I have had this for a few months now. BizIQ focuses on SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION. I would not be able to pull all of that together if I tried to build one myself. I'm not so sure any local "professional" website designer could offer as much as BizIQ does with that very important element of SEO when building a website; at least for the fees charged. They use a lot of content rich text and keywords. They check on the page ranking and links monthly.

I made my own edits and text content additions; which they incorporated them well. I was able to get important information added that helped people understand that the freight transportation business service we offer on the website is a secondary company under the parent company that has been in business for over 50 years for mobile home moving — when including the previous owner. That was important to me since the current owner grew up in the business; having 20 years of training in business, driving, mechanical maintenance and knowledge of HOS for DOT rules, but has only owned the company for 4 years! BizIQ allowed me to do this WITHOUT pushing me to purchase additional websites for the other companies at this time. This saves me a small amount of time by not having to explain that we are one and the same with the multiple businesses under one roof.

Any time I have suggestions for changes, it usually happens within a day or two. Any time I have a question about how something works, I usually have an answer immediately. I DON'T get hit with additional fees for this customer service.

The fee for the "Online Presence" is a one time fee, and I am still getting service with cleaning up the small errors or old content that I find in random places on the internet when I search to see what is still out there.

The fee for the WEBSITE is a one time fee to build it and then a monthly maintenance fee is in place to manage all updates. I feel the price is fair, especially knowing that SEO is the biggest and most important element of all.

Overall, I am happy with the services provided by BizIQ. It is a relief to have someone managing all updates, quickly and efficiently, for our online presence with the multiple businesses I have to manage. I do not expect them to have all issues dealt with in one month as the online world is huge and it just takes time to manage it all. Be patient and as helpful as you can be with providing information to them, and they work on giving you the results that you need.

I was very glad to meet Ashley and to work with her I believe it will be a great opportunity to work with her. She had some great recommendations to correct the areas that I have not been pleased with.

Wildfire/BizIQ has been charging his credit card, but doing nothing, however after working directly with Mr. [redacted] to address his concerns, he chose to continue services with BizIQ. addition, we have also included a copy of the sales receipt which clearly states there are no refunds on promotional offers.

 

The Local Listings require our customer to participate in the process many times, which includes the customer to verify their submission to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] by phone or postcard. The search directories do this to make sure that only the right people are able to change any public data about our customer's business. This means that once the customer receives the verification postcard, they must call us so that we can contact [redacted], [redacted] or [redacted] on their behalf to get their listing live and searchable online. [redacted] did verily her business listings with [redacted] and the Local Search Directories. [redacted] was verified on 1/23/14, [redacted] was verified on 1/21/14 and [redacted] was verified for a second time on

3/12/14. Her [redacted] listing did have to be verified a second time because the business address was not

displaying with [redacted] correctly.

 

In regard to the additional services being offered, all our customers receive a free competitive market analysis of their visibility online. Additional services were offered to the customer based on her market analysis, however those services are not required.  As stated from the beginning, the services for the [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] local listings will continue to be maintained and serviced for the life of [redacted]'s business at no additional cost.

 

To address not receiving a phone call or communication  back from an email sent, [redacted] representative, on

4/24/14, [redacted] identified over the phone that [redacted] was sending emails to the incorrect email address, therefore, [redacted] did not receive any of the said emails. During that same phone conversation,

[redacted] stated that she would reverse the [redacted] complaint she issued based on miscommunication and incorrect email addresses.

 

[redacted] works very hard at maintaining clear and open communication  with our customers. We are very sorry this customer is not happy, however all services have been provided. No credit is due to the customer.· Please close this dispute in favor of Wildfire/[redacted].
