My husband and I own a small Heating & Air Conditioning Company ([redacted]l) in the Farmington, NM area. We were unsure how to build a website and even more unsure on how to promote it & get ranked on Google. BizIq was the answer, they have been amazing to work with. First they did a great design for our website, then they helped get us improve our ranking with Google searches. We are now on the 1st page of Google searches in 9 out of ten of our search categories. BizIq Customer Service is second to none. Everyone on Staff is Very technologically knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with, (Lisa our Account Manager and Megan the Director of Client Relations, are the best!).

Every promise they made to me they kept and then some!

Would recommend them to anyone wanting to design a great website and grow their business.

I have never seen an online marketing company provide the same level of service as BizIQ. They provide an interactive reporting dashboard that actually shows you the listings they have published for you as well as the active mobile and GPS data providers they have you subscribed to that they pay on your behalf. When there are so many companies making promises of top of first page rankings and how cheap they can do it, BizIQ is the only one that follows through and actually calls at least every 2 months to check in and make sure you're happy with the progress of the marketing campaign.

I spoke to Denni in july of 2016. I signed up for there google listing to inform my customers of my current address. As there are curently several old listing in the google advertising. After I paid the $150.00 fee that was a lifetime listing. and waited 8 days or so I could not find my listing. I called the company and was told that a rep would contact me the next day, to help me. The next day the rep called and informed me that I would need a website that I told the first rep that signed me up that I didnt have. They also told me I would need at least 5 reviews to put me in the top 10 on google. The charges to build a web site and to keep all old addresses out of google, would be a fee of aprox $600.00 dollars. I ask why this was not explained up front and they said it would be to confusing to the customers like me. That normally they would contact me about 60 days from my signup to explain the other charges and services. But that I had pushed to be contacted about it now. I assume my add is somewhere in google, mabye number 50 in the listing, I dont know. I wanted to be in the top 10. At this point I feel like I have thrown my money away that I paid them. The rep said he was sorry that I felt that it was usless. I told him that it wasnt a feeling it was a fact. He seemed disappointed that I didnt take the bait and pay the other $600.00 dollars. Still to this day I havent found my add, I think its there. Just dont know where. The rep assured me that he had found it. Guess he is smarted than I, and my customers.

I originally left the negative review regarding this business. Today I received a phone call from the Vice President of the business who listened to the recording of the call I received and apologized for how the employee acted and informed me the employee was disciplined for his actions. He stated that is not how they run their business and is not a good representation of their company. I appreciated his call and knowing that the situation has been taken care of.

We are a small family business who has let BizIQ take over our advertising as the old phone book is just not working anymore. BizIQ built us a new web site that [redacted],[redacted], and [redacted] like and works well to get seen more. I admit it did not come as soon as we started with them. But as our Account Manager Christine took over she has been on top of every detail and work is now coming in as we had all hoped it would. We are getting new customers if not every day at least several new ones each week. Thank You BizIQ for being the BEST in your Business.

BizIQ was instrumental in moving my SERP (Search Engine Results Pages) placement to a superior spot. It is amazing to have a team around me that was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and ahead of the curve.
