This guy is rude and shadyI bought a used washer/dryer and paid for itI also purchased the "day warranty" and delivery for an additional feeThe dryer did not work on delivery day, and it was swapped outI did not get a matching pair, which was the only reason I purchased this onebecause it matched the washerThe replacement had to be serviced 2-times, and wouldn't even work for a week straightAny time I called to get assistance, I was greeted by cursing and accusations that I was lyingI finally was fed up with not having working appliances and proceeded to do a charge back on my bankHe countered the charge back stating that he had not been in contact with meI find all of this out one day when my account has $pulled out of it (that the bank gave me as a courtesy while they did their investigation)I called the police, they filed a theft report (since he had already picked up his merchandise)He denied ever receiving any merchandise, yet his delivery guy distinctly remembered meWithin an hour, I had a cashiers check for the moneyI would not recommend anyone do business with this company, as it is more trouble than it is worthThis guy is shady, manipulative, and lies to get his way and take advantage of people who don't know any better

I needed a disability lawyer after being denied by social security I filled out an online form to have Zeigler and Lane, LLC contact me They didn't I waited four business days and then followed up with a phone call They did not answer the phone during business hours and I left a message I waited three business days and then called back after getting zero response I proceeded to call continuously for minutes on the FOUR phone numbers I could find for Ziegler and Lane, LLC I did not get a real person on any of them despite almost 'robo-dialing' with my cell phoneDial, get voicemail, hangup, dial againFor minutesWith Not One Single Person Answering They still have not contacted me This is my first experience with Zeigler and Lane, LLCIt has not been a good one

Incredible Incredible how people can try so hard to bend the truth in attempt to distort the facts This customer lives outside of our operating market This customer had to pay a third party driver to drive the two hours to her home and install this range ovenShe was fully aware of the fact that she would have to make accommodations to bring this appliance to us for future warranty claims if necessary because we only service Greenville and Spartanburg countiesCertainly not Anderson county where she resides Hence her not qualifying for delivery and having to pay someone to deliver/installShe purchased a tested, serviced and confirmed high end convection oven She tipped the driver after he completed a full presentation of operating procedures on this oven as it was installed and running in her kitchen Yes she called a little over a week after she purchased the oven claiming she had incurred an error code( power failure: Ampage surge) she was in fact transferred to one of our technicians, however she failed to mention her location to us ( out of our service jurisdiction) until her call reached my deskUpon further investigation( realizing her non qualifying location and recalling our conversation regarding warranty compliance upon purchase with her ) and doing a little digging into what issues this oven may have/ have not had upon initial inspection, diagnostics, testing and completion of mfg spec operating procedures by our technicians only to discover that this unit had no issues at all and was 100% After repeated insults slander and constant bickering from this customer whom conveniently forgot any and all conversations at purchase, I had to hang up on her She then called one of our technicians on his cell phone( because we are warranty compliant having connected her to our technicians and intended initially to proceeded to service this customer until we realized she was knowingly out of our service area and attempting to bypass company distance policyWhich she is fully aware of) continuing her rant which ended up with her commitment of paying one of my techs on the side to come that distance on their own time after hours to fix her ampage issues causing an error code on this appliance Surge protection is a very important component to implement into your home Thank you

My rebuttal is .for them to say they have no knowledge of their technician, ***, coming to our home making repairs is absurd as he was there again this past Saturday on 1/30/because the dryer is still not workingI am convinced that they have no intention of doing anything to get my machine running as they obviously have unethical business practices They took $from me in exchange for appliances that do not work properlyI have provided the receipt, however, when their technician comes out he doesn’t give any kind of receipt because we don’t pay him, they do

This customer has blown a control board through some sort of power surge Technician was sent out SAME DAY in effort to help this customer despite her uncontrollable belligerent outbursts and demanding relentless commands The technician attempted to reset
the control board however damage has been done and the part will need to be replaced Unfortunately we cannot control the Christmas timing nor the delivery timing of said part

UPDATE;
This customer was told a month ago ( the reason why they were not recognized as an active service customer during this calendar month) that they need to replace their receptical box that the dryer plugs into due to it needing repair, as well as the fact that they need to upgrade their breaker box to a amp breaker OTHERWISE NO APPLIANCE WILL PERFORM PROPERLY DUE TO LACK OF AMPAGE AND DUE TO A BAD RECEPTICAL PLUG BOX There are no issues with these appliances at allMeanwhile this customer knowingly placed bad reviews on our business here in the Revdex.com page as well as attempted to reverse charges on their credit card
The technicians notified the husband ( *** )( the reason why we did not have record of the wife's name) at their residence after our technicians did a full continuity test on both appliances, the customers receptical box, and their breaker box using Ampage meters, voltage clips and visually confirmed the issue of insufficient ampage required to operate these appliances properly according to mfg specs Apparently the WIFE and husband are not communicating with each other OR they cannot comprehend the fact that the issue is on THEIR SIDE.

This place is a rip off. Don't waste your time and money. Hes a con man selling junk and his attitude and language is brusque and foul. Sold my husband a 12 year old fridge that didn't work at all. Immediately became ugly on the phone and he hung up on us 3 times. We took it back and called the finance company yourself to cancel the " leasing" contract. He said we had to keep it. Don't go there. Bad bad business practices.

The technician is a professional EPA certified refrigeration tech at the highest possible level of refrigeration skill set. He has successfully diagnosed, and repaired literally hundreds of thousands of refrigerators over the years of his career.  He does not have time to explain every aspect of his technical proceedures or explain Every component and its designated function to an irate customer in the field whom couldn't possibly comprehend the finer infrastructure of internal refrigeration systems or the technical languages associated which such. We sell thousands of refrigerators per year. 
 This customer will either become compliant to our company warranty procedure and receive another cpu board installed only after we receive the correct one for this refrigerator or this customer will continue to post standing garbage reteric on our Facebook page, continue to post false accusations to the Revdex.com, and continue to demand services which cannot be rendered until applicable parts are possessed. Now slandering the skill set and business demeanor of the technician who visited this customers house the same day of the complaint shows a substandard caliber of ethics and is not appreciated at all.  None of these tactical advances by the customer will speed  the due process involved with this service call. While we strive to keep everyone happy we understand that there will always be those whom express distaste regardless of the position taken by our company in the matter. Never the less we fulfill our obligations and stand behind our warranty within acceptable allocated time.

I am writing this review because I feel it is necessary. My husband and I visited this store a few days ago because we were shopping for a cheap alternative to buying new appliances for our rental home. During our visit I witnessed another couple in the store also. They were younger and obviously had very few manners as they were yelling and screaming at the owner because they dropped their refrigerator off the back of their truck attempting to move it into their home. I witnessed the owner holding his composure throughout quite a lot of childish cursing and slander by the young couple. I myself probably would have told those two where and what bridge they could go jump off of but the owner calmly and politely explained that he was not responsible and he mentioned the fact that they had been given the option of paying for delivery, which they declined in order to save some money. I've read somewhere on a review of this store that said the owner was rude etc. I simply do not believe that, especially after seeing him handle such an absurd situation like that. I suppose he encounters many irresponsible people who destroy or break their own merchandise on a regular basis. I also suspect that many of these people conclude that he is rude simply because they do not like or want to hear the truth. Hats off to him. I am sure that if some customers are that ridiculous to think that it is his responsibility to replace appliances that they themselves damaged, then perhaps those same customers are ignorant enough to go leave bad reviews because they are mad at him instead of themselves because they fail to take responsibility for their own actions. Just plain bad parenting in my opinion. Thank you

This is so untrue is it sickening.  First of all our driver ran this washer on ALL cycles right in front of the customer at delivery as we do EVERY ITEM SOLD HERE. The drivers name is ** and he has no problem testifying that this fact whenever needed. Further more the driver stated that the...

husband was upset that his wife bought a " red washer" upon his arrival since he is OCD. and instructed her to return it.  After the wife discovered a week later that we do not refund money she demanded we come fix it but refused to acknowledge an address to do so. After we asked for her address 5'times over an hour of her constant dramatization and false claims that we supposedly store customer address iinformation ( we comply with privacy policies and do not save customer info of any kind) she conveniently decided that we were not coming and sent us text messages with threats of her posting slander online then she  went to [redacted] list where this company advertises online marketing for our products  and she ran several slanderous derogatory postings in attempt at hurting this business using words like," fraud, scam, warning , " etc  as well as posted every communication online she could. She also decided within the same conversation that day with us that she would" push the red washer into the garage and was going to buy another one. She posted online not to come to our store but rather to go to [redacted] outlet instead since we are such scam artists.  We are now in the process of considering suing this individual  on the grounds of defamation of character considering how many ads she posted in public forum.  [redacted] list posting numbers as follows ; [redacted] So, to sum it all up.  The husband sent the wife to buy a washer. We delivered it, installed it and ran it  in front of the customer ( wife) while the husband got pissed off and went back into the bedroom and never returned because  she bought one he didn't like the color of as it did not match his washing machine. Once she realized she couldn't just up and return it for just any reason she concocted a story that would benefit her painting her as a victim of the situation and pushed the red washer out onto the garage as she went and bought a new one the very same day she called us.   I have several pictured of her slander and lies copied from the Internet.  As of this moment we are considering our actions as a business which has been subjected to blatant public slander and lies as we confer with our legal council.  Thank you.

 The following is one of this owner's responses.  Does this sound like someone who is attempting to fix a problem with a defective oven?  He keeps saying I live outside of his service area.  That should have no bearing AT ALL on the fact that he sold me an oven that never worked at all.  It is ridiculous for him to think that anyone would believe that he could diagnose a wiring problem at my house 45 miles or more away when neither he not his  technician have ever set foot in my house.  The delivery person was just that:  a delivery person who turned on the burners to see if the stove was connected.  He was not a service technician and did not pretend to be one.  His job was to deliver the stove, set it in place and plug it in.  He did not know any thing about this stove.  Anyway, here is one of several disrespectful responses this guy made to me:
We don't have to set foot into your house to determine an error code, genius. Keep talking [redacted] about us though because that makes you sound correct even though you don't know what your talking about. It's ignorant misinformed people like you whom continuously slander other people over your OWN power issues that are the real problem. You can continue to place blame on us by stating the oven never worked if you like but that is a lie. We never had any error codes here when our professional technicians did full diagnostics, amperage testing, temperature testing and continuity testing on that unit. But you have error codes and now it's us selling you a bad oven instead of you acknoweledging your power issues. Incredible. Also, so u know. People don't go to google and place good reviews after they purchase and appliance. They only go there to whine and complain because they received some of the same thing their dishing out or because they refuse to face the facts about why they are experiencing a problem rather than the problem itself. Blaming someone else is always more convenient. You claim we sold you a defective appliance and the oven never worked. This is not true. You blew a electrical component on your oven caused by surge. Period.

These people were assigned a technician the very first day they contacted us.  His name is [redacted].  [redacted] spoke to the customer over the phone that day instructing the customer that they needed to turn their water back on to the washer for it to work and rectified that complaint on the spot based on an error code which the customer relayed over the phone.  A WEEK LATER the same customer called back and claimed that the washer does not work and after we asked the address several times to send [redacted] out they finally gave us the address ( because they only wanted a refund because they already bought a new washer) but within the same sentence they claimed to have already " pushed the red washer out into the garage and went to [redacted] outlet and bought a new one that matched our dryer for 650-"  Also this customer at this time started posting numerous slandering untrue ads online on [redacted] list stating our warranty is a fraud, and that customers should go to [redacted] instead since we do not stand behind our warranty.  Further more since the customer dragged the 200lb sensitive front load washing machine to the garage there is literally no way for a tech to correctly operate, diagnosis, monitor operations or repair anything without the washer being properly leveled, and hooked up to pressurized water sources along with the proper power source. 
  This customer has not been compliant with warranty procedures, nor has this customer presented any valid complaint regarding this washing machine at the time of the call although they have  conveinently uninstalled the washer and moved it to an area ( garage ) where it can not be properly functional on the very same day in which they called us.  Several issues can occur to a sensitive front load HE washer when moved improperly without the correct equipment.  Namely leaning the washer forward, which causes the stainless steel wash drum to slide forward thereby breaking the plastic computerized door switch that communicated with the main brain board allowing the door to lock and proceed with the wash cycle, along with several other issues which can arise from irresponsibly moving sensitive equipment. This machine was professionally installed and test ran on all cycles at delivery in the presence of the customer before receiving acknowledgment and departing. Uninstalling and moving this merchandise without consent or without us having our right to inspect this unit beforehand is clearly seen as non compliancy. We will not be held responsible for damage incurred due to negligence.  Thank you.
