This customer Was instructed twice today to bring us the dryer if they  are experiencing any issues before they posted this complaint.   our 60 day warranty is free and includes free labor and parts if you simply bring us the item. All items have been professionally serviced by...

appliance technicians before sale. This includes physical inspection, amp, and voltage monitorizarion period, heat gun laser technology, heating element continuity testing, preventative air flow maintenance and physically drying multiple weighted loads of clothing.
To avoid blowing out a heating element as you have twice now, we suggest the following;
A) Make sure the dryer vent is not kinked preventing air flow from th back of the dryer.
B) clean out the lint filter after every use
C) Do not place anything on top of the dryer when operating, ie laundry basket or clothes
D) Make sure not to overload dryer
This particular individual claims to have had this dryer serviced already once after the initial purchase and received a warranty reset from the original purchase date. Therefore this customer is already FULLY AWARE that they can obviously get service by simply bringing us this dryer. Instead they elect ignorance rather than compliance when consulted on the phone.  Good day.

Their technician was at our house for the 5th time on Saturday 01/30/16 because the dryer was still not working.  That is the first time that he mentioned to us that because he
could not figure out what was wrong with the dryer that maybe we should check or replace our 220 receptacle box.  The technician only mentioned this, he never actually checked the outlet
or the breaker; he suggested we have an electrician test it for accuracy.
My husband had an electrician check it and we were told the outlet was fine.
However, we had the outlet replaced just so there would be no question.  Per the electrician, the breaker box does not need to be changed or upgraded, as all other appliances in the house operate as they should.
Our other dryer worked fine with the breaker box and receptacle for over 3 years, so no, that is not the problem.

The technician was back out last night and says he really does not know what the problem is.  He wants to take the dryer to their shop to continue repairs.
I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges because the merchandise is not performing as promised by the merchant.
My credit card company has settled the dispute and refunded my money as of today.  The merchant is welcome to pick up their merchandise by arranging a date and time to do so.
However, they did take my old set and the technician told us that it would have been sold by them as well.

From the comments of this merchant it is very clear that they practice unethical business practices.  I have talked with other people that have also had bad experiences with this business.
Also, we have no problem “comprehending” that the problem is NOT on “our side” but on theirs; and the fact that they sell below standard merchandise and expect customers to be okay with
that shows their lack of interest in customer satisfaction.  Maybe they have customers that are accustomed to paying for merchandise that doesn’t work properly; I am not!
This business owner is not only lacking in character and ethical business practices, he is also very rude and obnoxious.  I don’t intend to do business with them again but I do intend to tell everyone I know
about the experience I’ve had with them.  Consumers should not have to deal with people who conduct business in this manner.

I give up trying to talk to this lady.  She has a tech coming Saturday to fix her electrical issues.  I have typed back and forth with her many times on our receipt customer engagement platform with zero progress.  No matter what we say, she continues to act ignorant and non compliant.  Thank you for your time.

Our claim was taken care of by the company the appliances was financed through and have resolved the complaint. Thank you for your help in trying to help us resolve this issue.

This guy is rude and shady.
I bought a used washer/dryer and paid for it. I also purchased the "60 day warranty" and delivery for an additional fee. The dryer did not work on delivery day, and it was swapped out. I did not get a matching pair, which was the only reason I purchased this one... because it matched the washer.
The replacement had to be serviced 2-3 times, and wouldn't even work for a week straight. Any time I called to get assistance, I was greeted by cursing and accusations that I was lying. I finally was fed up with not having working appliances and proceeded to do a charge back on my bank.
He countered the charge back stating that he had not been in contact with me. I find all of this out one day when my account has $758 pulled out of it (that the bank gave me as a courtesy while they did their investigation).
I called the police, they filed a theft report (since he had already picked up his merchandise). He denied ever receiving any merchandise, yet his delivery guy distinctly remembered me. Within an hour, I had a cashiers check for the money.
I would not recommend anyone do business with this company, as it is more trouble than it is worth. This guy is shady, manipulative, and lies to get his way and take advantage of people who don't know any better.

Service tech fixed the unit and satisfied the customer. Customer posted a 4 star review on Greer appliance warehouse Facebook page 12/7/15 stating such.  Thank you

My rebuttal is…….for them to say they have no knowledge of their technician, [redacted], coming to our home making repairs is absurd as he was there again this past Saturday on 1/30/16 because the dryer is still not working.
I am convinced that they have no intention of doing anything to get my machine running as they obviously have unethical business practices.  They took $421.00 from me in exchange for appliances that do not work properly.
I have provided the receipt, however, when their technician comes out he doesn’t give any kind of receipt because we don’t pay him, they do.

I needed a disability lawyer after being denied by social security.

I filled out an online form to have Zeigler and Lane, LLC contact me.

They didn't.

I waited four business days and then followed up with a phone call.

They did not answer the phone during normal business hours and I left a message.

I waited three business days and then called back after getting zero response.

I proceeded to call continuously for 45 minutes on the FOUR phone numbers I could find for Ziegler and Lane, LLC.

I did not get a real person on any of them despite almost 'robo-dialing' with my cell phone. Dial, get voicemail, hangup, dial again. For 45 minutes. With Not One Single Person Answering.

They still have not contacted me.

This is my first experience with Zeigler and Lane, LLC. It has not been a good one.

We are sorry but the problem here is simply a matter of the customer not answering their phone. Yes, we ordered a control board for this unit and it came in over a week ago however every time we call we get no answer. We have left a message however no reply. Feel free to call [redacted] and ask...

for [redacted] He will coordinate a tech to come out when you do.  Thank you.
