Black Opal

This company basically has no customer service. On multiple occasions I've called and emailed and have received no answer or return correspondence. I ordered some products and paid extra for expedited shipping and I ended up having to take off from work in order to receive the package because they put an obligatory adult signature requirement on a shipment containing shaving cream and skin moisturizer. I was not able to contact the shipper to waive the signing or change the shipping address. [redacted] was very helpful and available to schedule a day that I could take off to receive the shipment and I've yet to receive one return call or email from Black Opal. This is subpar for any company and their customer service is nonexistent. Customers should be aware.

Review: I received my package this morning and it is NOT what I ordered. I've attached pictures of the packaging slip and the items in the box I received. The samples that were included are also not the samples I chose.

I have called customer service last week and left a message in regards to this order prior to it arriving. Now that it has arrived and is inaccurate, it is VERY DISAPPOINTING as this is my FIRST TIME ordering online as most of these products aren't available in my area drugstore. I use your products for my makeup clients and this is very inconvenient!

I can't get a person on the phone via your customer service number and have sent an email on your 24/7 customer service email and have yet to get a response. I've ordered many foundation sticks and received finishing powder and 2 samples. To say I'm upset and dissatisfied is an understatement. I'll have to file a claim to get my money back if this isn't rectified immediately.

I've sent numerous emails, posted on their Instagram and Facebook pages with NO RESPONSE. The money has been taken out of my account and I haven't even received a call to discuss this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I paid for and a store credit for my trouble!

I have never had this problem with any online order!

I've spoken to the VP of marketing and she was able to overnight my package that I never received. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
