Review: BOOKS ORDERED ON NOVEMBER **, 2013 NEVER EVER RECD, PHONE PROVIDED ON WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK AND WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND THRU THE EMAIL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, I WAS INFORMED THE BOOKS WERE ON BACK ORDER, I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED A REFUND SINCE I WAITED OVER 4-6 WEEKS AS ADVISED WHEN PURCHASE WAS MADE, THEN I NEVER RECD ANOTHER REPLY OR A REFUND, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER SENT MY BOOKS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU AND POLICE FOR INVESTIGATIONDesired Settlement: I WANT A FULL REFUND, THEY TOOK MY MONEY NEVER PROVIDED THE BOOKS AND NEVER REPLIED AGAIN ONCE I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK, THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Review: On December **,2015 I ordered and paid for a magazine to be mailed to my son in florida. After researching in the mail room and tracking my payment we gave not received the merchandise. Whenever I have called to asked about the product I get the run around.Desired Settlement: Item needs to mailed to my son or monies put back into my account.

Review: On 5/*/2015 I placed an order with this company the items purchase was to mailed to my husband, on 5/**/2015 I sent an email to [redacted] to inquires about the the order but I got an error message so I forwarded the email to [redacted] letting them know of the problem & they replied by saying that (the order has been processed & should arrive this week or early next week.thanks) On 5/**/2015 I replied & said ok Thanks...Then On 6/*/2015 I sent a message to [redacted] asking when the items would be shipped because the items still was not received, I got a reply on 6/*/2015 asking what is the person name the order is being shipped to??? On that same day I replied by giving them the person name, address, date & order # which was on the paid invoice receipt they emailed on 5/*/5015, They never replied to the email after the info was sent...On 6/**/2015 I sent another email to the [redacted], asking for a refund on the order since it has passed a month & 4 days??? Which I still have not gotten a reply, as of 6/**/2015 the items that was purchased have not been received.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $51.90 that was paid to this company on 5/*/2015...The money was already taken out of my account after the order was placed...

Review: Placed order #[redacted] on 8/**/2015 for 3 magazines and received acknowledgment of order and payment by credit card on 8/**/2015 in the amount of $49.73. Items were to be shipped to [redacted] #[redacted], [redacted] and have not been received according to the customer and the facility as of 9/**/2015. I spoke with a gentleman rep on 9/*/2015 who assured me that the items were shipped on 8/**/2015 but subsequent calls to the company have resulted in either being put on hold to check the order and never return to my call or no answer at all and my leaving messages on voice mail to return my call.Desired Settlement: I prefer that the customer ship the magazines and if not then return my payment as a refund on my credit card.

Review: Ordered some magazine from this company on July ** 2015 for my boyfriend whom is incarcerated At [redacted]. waited about a wk and he never received them. Call the company and was told they were shipped out. Waited another wk an still no magazine. Call back an ask them to read back the inmate number an it was wrong. argued With the guy who told me I gave him the wrong number. Well I gave him the number once again an made him repeat in back to me an was told they was being ship out once again on the [redacted]. Well its the ** of Aug an still no magazine. Call today an was told the same thing they were shipped out. Ask him to read me the number again. An he still put it in wrong. I have all the phone call to this company n my bank statement of proof it was taking from my account.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund for my money, sent to me in a check. Because I had that card cancelled because the company still has my card number and after going through all that I don't trust the company. Tryed to pull them up on the Revdex.com site an they can't be found

Review: I purchased a magazine called [redacted] on 12/*/14 to be shipped to my brother [redacted] at [redacted]. This company specializes in sending magazines and books to correctional facilities. On December **, 2014 I emailed the company at [redacted] and gave them my reference number to track my order because we still had not received the magazine or received any tracking information. The company informed me by email that order shipping to correctional facilities take 2 weeks to ship and asked if I wanted a refund. I told them no thanks I will wait for the magazine. I called again Jan **, 2015 to check status of shipment and this time I spoke to a representative at the store that confirmed my purchased, but this time he said since I ordered a collectors edition it takes 3 months to receive, and that I will definitely have the magazine by February. Well it is now April **, 2015, and I still have not received the magazine, and have not heard anything from the company on tracking of my package. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. The company is no longer responding to my emails, I have sent 2 since Feb. I just would like my money refunded at this point. Review: On July **, 2014 a $22.50 Money Order was sent to a book and video store in New York called Black Star. I ordered a book called "Shower Posse". The book cost $15.00 plus $7.50 for shipping and handling. I also sent $17.50 for a magazine from the same company called Phat Puff. $10.000 for the magazine and $7.50 for shipping and handling. However, I've gotten the magazine but never the Shower Posse book. I have written this company three times about this situation. I even asked to have the book substituted if they did not have it in stock. Then, last but not least, I asked to be refunded. However it is now February, 2015 and I have yet to hear not one response from the editor or the staff. The money was withdrawn from my inmate trust account to purchase this book. This is a defrauding situation through the mail.Desired Settlement: Will you please help get either my book or my $22.50 back?

Review: I purchased 6 issues of Phat Puff Magazines total price $76.53 and never received them. I've emailed them and wrote a letter. No response at all. I've paid by [redacted] with a Gift Card and with a Gift Card you get no refunds. So I lost out of $76.53. I've collected and kept all the emails from me to them. I'm also sending a copy of all the emails to the Revdex.com in Manhattan.Desired Settlement: I want my order if not then these people shouldn't advertise and sell there magazines online or at newsstands.
