Review: I ordered magazines from this store on March **,2015 the money was charged to my account on that day Store stated I didnt order the magazines until March **,2015. I have called each week to since the order was placed and each time I have been told it was shipped. On Tuesday April * 2015 I was told again the product had been shipped and when I asked for the tracking information I was told I didn't pay the extra charge for the tracking information therefore I couldn't be given that. I have not received the products and it has been almost a month. When talking with the [redacted] he stated we never send anything out when we say we will and hung up on meDesired Settlement: I would like my money back as well as other peolpe to know not to order from this company

Review: I went to this website because I want to order to particular movies this website had these two movies and there were available for order. I did the process online and I paid for it with my credit card and it this was 2 weeks ago. when I tryed to email back to the people the email list I gave me said it was not delivered to this email recipients.I can not get in contact with people about my order so it's been over 2 weeks and no product. I'm not sure at this is a real company because they accepted my payment, but I have seen my merchandise and I can't email them because there is no email or contact information on their website and I keep getting an Error mail not received so I believe they have scam me out of my money. This does not seem like a legit business cycle business company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my payment because I never received the merchandise
Review: On July *, 2015, I placed a merchandise order with Black Star Line Music and Video. The order was for magazines which were listed on the website as being available for purchase. An invoice was generated by the site totaling $63.94 which included sales tax and shipping charges. After waiting about 4 weeks (early August 2015) and not receiving the order, I called the contact person listed on the website. They informed me that the magazines had not been in stock and if I could wait a few days, he would get the merchandise. I told them yes. Those few days passed and another call to them, they told me that they could not get them and offered other merchandise in place of the originally ordered merchandise or a refund. I told them that I would like a refund. They told me that my account would be credited within that week. By this time its late August and there was still no refund to my bank account. Since then I have been calling them every week with the same result - mistruth and nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my $63.94 refunded to me ASAP.
Review: I ordered two magazines from this company by the name of "sweets" . I ordered them on May **,2013 and the inmate received them on July **,2013 ...almost 2 months later. Additionally and most importantly the magazines delivered were two totally different ones and on the invoice it says that they were out of the magazine I ordered and they decided to pick and choose without any regard for the customers preference and deliver what they seem fit. They delivered two magazines by the names of "pole" and "adore". I contacted the business at ###-###-#### on July **,2013 at 1:39 pm and spoke to someone who was completely rude and denied that they would never send an alternate magazine. He wouldnt even allow me to talk and raised his voice over mine the entire time and told me to call back and speak to [redacted]. I called back at 2:10 pm and spoke to [redacted]. He informed me that he didnt have the magazines in stock and that he had to ship out different magazines to 300 other customers and that I was the only one complaining. He told me he sent me better magazines and more expensive magazines however the invoice with the magazines delivered lies different. The invoice states that the "pole" magazine is 5.99 and the "adore" magazine is 6.99 plus shipping of 7.50 for a toltal of 20.48...I was charged on may [redacted] in the amount of 29.27 a total of 8.79 more then I should have been. There only argument is to ship them back, which I already know they will never do anything anyways and wont credit back any shipping, so I will pay shipping twice for magazines I never ordered. They already knew before hand that the magazines were ordered for an inmate and that is not an easy task to just ship back as well as recover any shipping cost.Desired Settlement: Refund of the whole amount of 29.27

On Wednesday, Octover [redacted] I ordered a total of $56.24 worth of magazines from the company I an filing a complaint against. I have attempted several times to reach out to them. Via phone, left various messages, wrote to their [redacted] page and even attempted to email - to no avail I have not been contacted back by any means. At this point, I am looking for a return credit to my account. I find it bizarre they are able to withdrawal my money so quick, yet I cannot get in touch with anyone. Their phones ring and forward to a different number leaving numerous customers angry.Desired Settlement: I believe the business has a responsibility to either 1) send the products that were ordered & paid for or 2) refund my payment as I have nothing to show for the $56.24 they took out of my account.
Review: I placed order #[redacted], Ref # [redacted] and received a receipt with above reference number on 8/**/2015 in the amount of $49.73 billed to my [redacted]. Order was to be shipped to [redacted]. Spoke with a representative of the company on 9/*/2015 who assured me that the order was shipped on 8/**/2015. After speaking with the inmate several times and calling the Mail Room at the facility, I was advised that the magazines were never received. I've made several attempts to reach them by email using the address they sent the receipt from which is no longer valid ([redacted]). I just called them at [redacted] and was put on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called back and no one answered. I've left several messages on voice mail and no one has returned my call.Desired Settlement: I would prefer that they ship the order as promised otherwise I will expect them to refund the charges to my credit card. I would appreciate an email or call to let me know the status before I notify my credit card company that the product was never received and I want a refund.

Review: I placed an order for my husband in [redacted] terre haute indana [redacted] on 07/**/2015 and it took until 07/**/2015 to supposedly be mailed out but ultimately it was never received per the mailroom at the federal prison. whenever I called to ask information about my order to the company I would speak to the same rude, unprofessional staff member.Desired Settlement: full refund of 37.19 for extensive service time and poor customer service.
Review: I ordered some magazines on feb **, 2013 for my boyfriend that is in a correctional facility , sent a money order called lots of times they said it was sent out. Finally 2 months later I got a trcking # from this company because thats all they could do to help they (the post office) said it was refused on april ** at the facility and sent back. I waited a month he said hed call still never heard anything so I start callin every week nothing, blackstar just kept saying they havent recieved it back yet.. I then called the post office since it had been 3 months they said they would do an investigation they called me back a day later and said they didnt find anything, they along with many other people said since he is the sender and it will eventually come back to him and you already waited for almost 4 months for I believe 5 magazines , they said why are you trying to track this and has he offered to do anything? witch he hasnt been very helpful at all I swear ive called 30 to 40 times maybe more I said the other day can we do something about this since the magazines will come back to you could we just get some more for the same price and when the others come just keep those or can we order some and I just pay another shipping fee and credit the account when they come? nothing? so Things like this im sure had to happen before so does he just keep the money and the customer eats it up? He has since moved to another facility. His name that the magazines were being sent to is [redacted].. At this point, he could of offered a refund or something ? So hopefully you guys will help because I dont think ive been the only one. He wants the magazines Im just fed up!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for him to ship him some other magazines for the inconvience, and when the others come back just keep them, its just been way to long! I have been advised to write to the Revdex.com to contact you on the situation I am in with this magazine company called Black Star music and video. Now the reason I'm writing is because I ordered a magazine called straight Stuntin' around 4-*-13, I sent them a facility check known as a "green check", the cost of the magazine $10.99 plus shipping and handling $7.50 which comes out to $18.49. Now I never filled out a green check before and put all the money that was on my book at the time which was $56.33, which was supposed to be $18.49 and when I learned that I messed up and overpaid them it was too late. On part of the order form is said that they give no refund but said something about I should be issued a credit so I wrote Black Star music and video letting them know I messed up and overpaid them and the rest of the money which should have been $37.84 shipping, and told them to send me 3 more magazines. One was uncut raw assets and the 3rd one was Hustlenomics, they never respond to my letter and never send me any more magazines, I wrote them more letters asking their company what's going on and still haven't received a response or any magazine. I had my sister to call their ###-###-#### phone number to see what was the problem, they told her to call back and they will check on it but in the meantime to tell me to write to them and they will respond. I wrote them again and let them know the situation told him to send me 3 more magazines which is the same in this letter, along with the letter I send them a copy of the facility check/green check that I got but she told him that she have evidence that I sent $56.33, she said that the person got quiet for a 2nd and then told her that they will check on it and to call back. My sister moved out of town and I lost contact to find out what happened, all I know is that I still haven't received any magazines. I've been told Revdex.com will take care of these situations are magazine companies and other companies, and if you like I can get another copy made of my facility check.
