Blackrock development did warranty on [redacted], damaging concrete with leaving paint behind on concrete[redacted] is a neighbour to where the warranty work happen. I noticed the damage on may 6 2015. Blackrock never asked for permission to go onto our property. We want our property cleaned. No damage to our property or pay for someone else to clean. We want to know when they are coming onto our propertyDesired Settlementreplacement or pay for someone to clean it. A third party to hold the money.
