My warranty company sent Blatz Mechanical to do service work at my residenceMy daughter, *** *** was home and paid the service fee of using her credit cardBlatz Mechanical billed my home warranty company, *** *** ***,(***) stating that the service fee of was not collected on that visit of 7-24-I called my home warranty company and explained that my daughter has a copy of her credit card statement proving the Blatz did indeed charge the service fee of to her credit card*** *** *** and I have called this company several to get this matter corrected but no none at the company will correct the bill

Excellent service! The guys were very professionalMy furnace replacement turned in to more of a job than expected, but they stayed late to finish with no extra charges*** took the time during the install to explain proper venting as this was a safety concern of mineVery positive experience

Office staff was nice and accommodating, tech was on time and very very nice! Had to wait for warranty company to approve but Blatz Mechanical fit me in next day to install new ac

First of all, let me begin by stating that I rarely waste my time by writing poor reviewsI usually push off bad service as to someone having a "bad day" or possibly not understanding the impact they had on their clientHowever, this is not that scenario, I gave this company TWO chances to make their mistake right and they CHOSE not to and in doing left a six year old boy WITHOUT HEAT ALL WEEKEND!
An engineer from Blatz was sent to my home via my Home WarrantyHe was on-time, polite, and seemed to be educated in his craftI showed him where our HVAC unit was located, told him about our issues (not having heat ALL SEASON) and offered him something to drinkAt that I let him be, because I know I do not care to have someone looking over my shoulder as I workFor the next two hours I heard a lot of banging, smelled some awkward things, and heard him, make some callsAfter two hours he came up apologetically and announced it could not be fixed but it was no fault of the HVAC (which by the way had been fixed seven times in a year and he was aware of) oh no I needed to call a chimney sweep! I asked him a few follow up questions, including if he took in to account whether or not the HVAC had been worked on SEVEN times in the past year AND that I use my FIREPLACE EVERYDAYHowever, he assured me that he was the professional that the two are different and he was 100% sure that if I acquired a chimney sweep everything would be fixed and my heat would be onSo I set upon the task of finding a chimney sweep in December!
As I called every company in the city, because they are all booked, I tell them about the problem we are having, hoping someone with take pity on me...I told them that I have a six year old and my HVAC company said there was no other way to get my heat on and without them it would be VERY cold in my houseIn all of my calls these companies listened to my problem and assured me I DID NOT NEED A CHIMNEY SWEEPSo I called Blatz back, explain what I learned, after an hour of back and forth with the receptionist the Manager finally got on the phoneHe stated again " I spoke with my technician and I saw the photos and his report for myself and I know FOR A FACT that this is a problem, actually I am 100% certain"As any concerned parent looking at degree weather looming, I was willing to spend anything to get my heat onI found a company willing to come outFor $I had a chimney sweep come to my house to tell me that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with my chimneyI called Blatz mechanical to inform them of the outcome of the report and give them a chance to fix their mistakeI also called my HSA and asked if they would send the same company, to give them a second chance (I know if I made such a mistake and put a family in danger I would want to right that wrong)Blatz REFUSED to work on my furnaceIn addition, when I called to speak with the Manager he refused to speak with me and has yet to call me back, even when I called him to give he the results of the second HVAC opinionwhich defiantly did not call for a chimney sweep!
I am not upset that they made a mistake, I am appalled that when questioned they refused to see they could be wrong and I am appalled that they would be more concerned with their own pride than the SAFETY OF A SIX YEAR OLD BOY! Moreover, who has a company that encases customer service yet refuses to speak to their customers? I have never been treated with such a lack of respect, nor a complete disregard for my or my family's safetyI would not recommend this company to anyone who would like an honest and trustworthy company to come into their home

The company came to my residence Tuesday, 12/4/18, they identified the issue said it would be a minute fix He needed to get a part The company called me after a few hours and said the part needed to be ordered They rescheduled for 12/5/at 2:pm I left work for the second day early in 12/5/ Nobody showed up I called the company many times, and nobody’s answers, or returned my called At 5:pm I finally got notice over text they were on their way, and it would be minutes I waited till 6:20, and got notice that my job needed a follow up I heard from nobody My heat has been off for days and it is freezing

This homeowner has a contract with a home warranty company and we are a third party vendor. First, we would like to apologize for all of the confusion with this install. We definitely had our issues with equipment supplier regarding availability for this particular furnaceWe were
eventually able to procure the furnace and complete the install on November 9th.Is it safe to assume that this complaint was made before we installed the equipment? If this complaint was made after the installation, we would ask why the homeowner wouldn't have canceled the install with us and requested through the home warranty company to use a different vendor. To wait until the equipment was installed and THEN ask for a 50% refund??Please clarify

I called the office to set up an appointment due to the AC blowing warm air and they had me scheduled the same dayThe technician arrived on time and had the system running within minutesGreat service I will be calling them if have a problem again

I am rejecting this response because:Blatz Mechancial did a botched job on my installThe work that was covered under my warranty which was only the install of the furnace was correctBy when it came down to the out of pocket cost of $ which included the ductwork it was a messBlatz Lead Tech came out and even agreed that the duct work was botched and that the company would rebuild the piece and install and new oneI guess they never expected to do thisI guess they only told me this to shut me upI've only talked I Kendall onceHe is very hard tho very a hold ofI would always leave messages with the secrertary who was often rude and completely lost with day to day functions and protocol with the companyHe one time I spoke I Kendall he seemed very upset and I felt that it got alirle personal because his son did the installI can also upload pictures of the ductwork

Horrible service First technician sent by warranty company spent hours scratching his head "Must be a bad wireSpecialist will come out tomorrow." Office never answered nor returned messages Next evening, new guy showed up and had no clue what was going on Said we needed a new fan on condenser Not sure if he had one in his van Went to van, got on phone and pulled away We assumed to get a part Never returned Now stuck for 5th straight night with no A/C and leaving town tomorrow House sitter is staying here so we cannot leave an now need emergency service Do not use this company

Did not like there serviceTech came out bbn to my house and told me to close some vents down stairs and maybe I might get heat up stairs

Blatz Mechanical came to my home to fix our AC through AHS on 6/08/My husband witnessed the service rep breaking the disconnect with his wrenchWhen he left he apologized to us bothHe said that he would write up a ticket saying that he broke it and to have it fixedNow Blatz Mechanical is saying that we owe them $to fix the disconnectThe service rep *** is denying that he broke itHe is saying that it was not on the unit when he arrived and usually that part is removed when someone wants to steal the unitOur unit is years oldThe disconnect is still on our AC unit and its still brokenDo not trust this company

Technician came to my house on August 19th and told my home warranty companie (AHS) that my grass was too high causing my compressor to over work and stop working .there for also causing my cconditioner to stop workingThis this cause my home warranty company ( AHS)to deny my claim,

Terrible If your warranty company assigns you to Blatz for hvac service, request another company They showed up four hours late, tech tried to tell me furnace service wasn't covered, then looked at problem and ran out and said he needed ladder When he didn't come back inside, I went out to find him We said he'd been in an accident and couldn't work on furnaces and the office would assign someone else Office never called me so I called into office who said warranty company has reassigned this job to another company Reached out to warranty company who explained they had not reassigned and that Blatz had made up the story Scary Stay away

Good Morning,I apologize that your call was not returned in a timely manner.But also after this was dispatched to a different we are instructed that [redacted] will call the customer.Again I apologize that calls did not get returned.

We left a vm for Mr. [redacted] and are awaiting his call back to discuss a remedy for this issue.
