Ordered my product last year and still never received it!
I placed an order with this company one time and I received my order promptly. However, later down the line, I wanted to place another order with the company. I never received my order. I was given the run-around constantly, and she never replied to my emails, chat message on the website. Not only that, but I am still furious til this day because I wanted to support this business, but the customer service was the worse I've ever experienced. Furthermore, I would have respected the situation if there was candid communication, but the fact that she completed ignored me and never sent my products has rubbed me the wrong way tremendously. She lost me as a customer forever.

User's recommendation: Just dispute your transaction through your bank because they will not respond.

we have tried to contact this customer several times in order to receive a correct address for her orderplease see attached screen shot we were given an invalid address by Ms [redacted] an incomplete address that does not exist, we will try to contact her one more time if no response again we will just refund her

I accept her response, but the way she handle her business is horribleShe has poor communication skills when dealing with paid customersI was blocked from her *** page because I was asking about my package,
she also was deleting people comments who also asked about their products I did receive my package but not in the time frame I was told and all communication was cut off

I am the owner of Bloom Within, The *** link you provided was incorrect and would not work so there's some ambiguity to what my response should be and what information you are looking for.The customer stated that she never got her order and put in the wrong email addressWe did not receive
any emails from her correcting her email addressOne day after filling this complaint the order was delivered via *** tracking number ***I do believe that if she had put the correct email in at the time of transaction this confusion would of been dealt withWe have a 5-business day processing period and her order was delivered on timeThis matter is all cleared up!Thank you,*** ***
