I have reviewed the response submitted by the business. The business lied--there was a problem with THEM, and not the shipping. While my order was placed in December, it was not processed...

until late January (when label was created). Then it was not sent out by the distributor for another full month, in February. I eventually received my product, but it took a total of 3 months. Additionally, the business' customer service never reached out to me despite multiple attempts at communication and even blocked me on social media to suppress my problems. Despite this, I have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

We have given the customer a full refund we had shipped the order but we see that their were no more updates. Even though I believe the items were lost the customer has waited long enough so it is best to refund at this point.Proof of refund:

Customer received her items on October 5, 2016 One day after she submitted complaint.

we have tried to contact this customer several times in order to receive a correct address for her order. please see attached screen shot we were given an invalid address by Ms. [redacted] an incomplete address that does not exist, we will try to contact her one more time if no response again we will...

just refund her.
