I am rejecting this response because:this is NOT a protected HIPPA violation/complaint! This is a complaint of a switch and bait billing scheme!Because of their gross negligence in “protecting” my identity during the initial application process it has resulted in my identity being compromised as admitted through their recent class action lawsuit!!! They have already been neglect when it comes to my identity, NO need to “protect” it NOW!!!
