Blue Leaf Estate Auctions Reviews (46)

I would like to say that I was at this auction that [redacted]. posted such a negative comment about. I understand that her opinion is her opinion, but in my opinion and observations, what I saw that day was an Auctioneer who did an outstanding job being very professional and patient with a lady whom broke down crying, changing her mind about selling anything and started putting outrageous reserve dollar amounts on practically all of her stuff. An Auction is exactly that, an Auction, which is a sale of property or goods sold to the highest bidder! This Auctioneer even took the time to explain to everyone bidding that the owner was trying to raise enough money to buy a travel trailer and would appreciate everyone taking that into consideration and bidding higher. I'm sorry, but you can't force people at an auction to pay more than what they're willing to pay for something especially when it's not really worth it! There was one lady bidding who wanted a heart shaped stone thing and when the auctioneer asked the owner what her reserve on it was, she said $20. Well, that's her right I guess to put whatever reserve she wanted on it, BUT this item ended up having a price tag still on the bottom of it that said like $8 and the lady bidding paid more than that! From what I saw, a lot of the items had been broken and glued back together or were still broken and she was truly asking way more than what they were worth! I have been to a lot of auctions and this was the craziest one I've ever been to. A lot of people that came to this auction drove a few hours to get there, rented u-hauls or trailers and some even paid to stay in hotels since it was a far drive for them. A lot of money was spent and wasted on this auction by us and others that I know of, because this lady decided to change her mind and canceled the whole auction at one point in time, after the auction started basically, and didn't even barely ever give the Auctioneer a chance! To contradict her statement "They then proceeded to sell everything in my home for less then pennies on the dollar"...all I can say is WOW because they didn't hardly sell anything because she wouldn't allow them to sell anymore! Matter of fact, there were people that came to the auction to specifically bid on the Harley Davidson and the truck she was supposed to sell but changed her mind at the auction! As far as the auction being advertised..I specifically heard people that came to the auction say that they read about it on [redacted],etc.
The comment about "the ONLY people that came were 15-20 of his venders that follow him to his auctions because he sells everything for nothing" is totally unfounded and untrue! I have been to a few of his other auctions where items have gone for thousands of dollars and I was just amazed at what people were spending on these items! I do believe that this lady could've sold her items for a pretty decent amount had she followed through with the auction and had they actually of tried to sell some of the stuff that was actually worth something/more! I know I didn't appreciate this lady blowing smoke in my face almost the whole time either. Unfortunately, I do not believe that this lady ever allowed the Auctioneer to do his job! If she wanted an unreasonable amount for her items, she should've never agreed to do an auction in the first place in my opinion. There were too many people let down at this auction whom spent a lot of money to get there and I do not believe it was the Auctioneer's fault at all!

I had my sale with Blue Leaf a few weeks ago. I called them after a couple weeks picking and sorting through my tools with my son in the middle of the summer; and couldn't be happier that I did! I had no idea my stuff was worth that much and was on the verge of giving it away for donation. On the day of the sale there were about six or seven trucks and trailers lined up and within a few hours they bought EVERYTHING, and received my check not long afterwards north of $3,000. The money was much needed and I don't think I could've gotten it without the help of Blue Leaf. I highly recommend you go to one of their sales if you're thinking of selling your items!

We want to express our thanks and gratitude to Blue Leaf Auctions for their professionalism, hard work and honesty.

We have dealt with auction companies in the past and the

process we went through was not pleasant in comparison with this company. WE can honestly say we would use the services of Blue Leaf again and we have subsequently told

several friends and family about our positive experience.

With Thanks [redacted] and [redacted]

I went to this auction this weekend to buy some antiques for my store. the owner of the items being auctioned started bidding and jacking up the prices. this should never be allowed . hold an honest auction or just put the prices you want on the items and sell them.

I'm so glad I called Rowlan at Blue Leaf Auctions! They were able to sell everything in my home, and service was incredible. This is definitely the best estate sale company anywhere around, a true credit to their profession!

Before I knew about the estate auction process, I cleaned out my Grandmother’s house for almost three months straight. There were so many things that we threw out and even donated to Good Will. When I called Blue Leaf Estate Auction, Roland answered the phone and was ready to help answer all of my questions. He asked me if I had thrown anything away and I regretfully said yes. I didn’t realize that what we think may be “trash” can actually be valuable or just valuable to someone else. Roland explained that he had someone available right away to come and look at the remainder of things I had left to make sure it was enough for the estate sale.

When I met with Stephanie, she was extremely kind and caring. She assured me that we had enough things still to have the sale, went over the entire process with me, and scheduled my estate sale much sooner than what I had expected. I was happy about that. She was very prompt with sending me all of the information over email that same day as well as scheduling a day to come back and take pictures. The picture process took less than an hour and she took a lot of pictures to help the estate sale be more beneficial. She also explained to me that I was more than welcome to attend the sale.

On the day of the estate sale, Blue Leaf had already arrived at my Grandmother’s house before me and I was early! They were so efficient and nice. The process of the sale went smoothly and I enjoyed seeing what an estate auction was all about. Almost everything sold and was completely removed from the house the same day. I could tell that Roland, the auctioneer, was very experienced and good at what he does. He was also very kind to everyone. Overall the entire process went so smoothly and Blue Leaf would be my company of choice if I ever needed another estate auction again. Roland, Stephanie, and their entire team did an amazing job and I’m very thankful for that.
