We had a large oak tree fall on our house during a Friday night storm. Blue Ox was able to get the tree off our house the next day. We were relieved as we couldn't get responses from any of the other local tree services on a Saturday. We would highly recommend Blue Ox.

Blue Ox Tree Service showed up at scheduled times for estimate and removal of trees, trimming branches and grinding out the roots. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area prior to departing. The trimmed trees now have great shapes.

Blue Ox removed 4 pine trees and trimmed a big oak in our yard in about 4 hours. [redacted] encouraged us to watch and be a part of the death defying acrobatics that isart of removing trees. Not being shrewd business people ourselves - we told him how much we had and he said that he would make it work. Well instead of taking us for all of our money, when he came back to check on the finished product - he noticed that a few more things could have been done and as a result we had money left over!
What an honest guy not to just take us for everything we told him we had!
Now, if you expect them to know the squirrel houses out of your trees - you need to try a different way - next time I'm taking the keys to the bucket truck and won't let them down until they scare every last squirrel out of the house and do some demolition of the squirrel condos in our tree.
I will use them every time we have a need for a tree service!

As a landlord, I've used Blue Ox a couple of times now. I have property in Lincoln but do not live there. It is so great to have a company that I can call and trust to get work done properly every time. Blue Ox answers their phone (rare these days), provides estimates within a day or so, communicates frequently via e-mail and text, even sending me photos so I don't have to travel to inspect the work. My tenants say that it looks like nothing ever happened because they clean-up so well after their work. Their prices are very competitive as well, so they are on my "go-to" list.

Blue Ox was great. [redacted] gave us a consultation and was right on the money when it came time to pay. The work was done as soon as they could get out (considering weather) and when one part of the job wasn't done the right way (due to misunderstanding), [redacted] took every possible step to fix it right away. The end result was great. I'd highly recommend them for tree-trimming services.

These guys were awesome. I needed to remove a 35y/o white pine that was extremely close to my neighbor's vinyl fence, my own pergola and my garden. These guys dropped it without a scratch to any of the above. They were here and gone within an hour and you would have never known it. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use them again.

Blue Ox was good about coming out for a quote. It was a few days before they were available but on the scheduled day the crew arrived early, did a great job trimming six trees and removing a smaller tree. They were open to our ideas, but also let us know what they thought would be best for the trees and did a nice job of cleaning up.

Blue Ox provided great customer service! I emailed for a consultation on a Thursday afternoon and had a visit and an estimate Friday morning. A very reasonable price and was able to come back that same day to do the work. I had 1 stump and 6 large root clusters ground down within 45 minutes. I had never seen this work performed and was pleasantly surprised to see that it essentially tills the surrounding area. Now I can plant my flower beds with much less effort!!
