[redacted] called and scheduled an appointment with me right away after I submitted a quote request. During the walk through we discussed the best options for which branches and trees to remove for my project. I was working with a tight timeline for the removal and [redacted] fit me in quickly. Four workers showed up on the day of the removal. They worked effectively and efficiently, yet they were very personable. I would hire them again and suggest them to anyone needing tree service.

[redacted] and his crew did a great job taking out three of my dead pine trees. They were very responsive and contentious of my other plants and property. I would highly recommend them.

[redacted], the owner, called back within 30 min of my call to their office, was at the house within 3 hours, gave me a great quote and ground 2 stumps on the spot! Superb gentleman, quick and outstanding professional service and a fair price to boot!! This is an all-too rare customer-focused business. I had an old tree stump ground out of my vegetable garden raised bed.
When I called Blue Ox they took all my information and was told that they would get that information to their office.  The person who took my information was friendly and courteous.  I was surprised when [redacted] called me about 45 minutes later to tell me that he would be over in the afternoon.  I was not expecting to get it done in the same day that I called. When [redacted] showed up he came to the door and introduced himself.  We walked to the area that needed work and I explained what I needed done.  [redacted] quoted me the price and we were thrilled.  As he was beginning to get started he explained that he was going to get over the lip of the garden and that he was worried it could split the wood edging.  I told him that it was okay and he proceeded.  It made me happy that he checked with me and showed care with the edge of the garden.  It took him about 30 minutes to take care of the stump and he cleaned up the area when he was finished.  I was so happy with the work that I plan on contacting Blue Ox for other jobs that need to be done in our yard.

We have used Blue Ox in the past and we have been very satisfied with their work both times. They were friendly, provided adequate cleanup, and worked fast. They were open to our wishes/thoughts but offered good suggestions for what would be best for the trees.

[redacted] came out and gave us an estimate the same day I called and left a message with his answering service regarding wanting an estimate. He then called a few days before they came to let us know the exact day they would be out. On the day, they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. All of his crew members were very nice to work with and always asked if we were satisfied with their work. They removed a large tree and ground the stump. Also trimmed several other trees. We would highly recommend them if you need tree service.
